It was Father's Day and this was definitely not our first choice even though we weren't celebrating (we were not with our dads). We were hoping to try a barbecue restaurant, but it was very packed so it was a choice between Denny's and Jersey Mike's. Jersey Mike's was not crowded at all and I ordered the Mike's Famous Philly with Rosemary Parmesan Bread. I walked in with the hopes of having a decent sub, but instead, I was welcomed by a cold breeze and an unsettling silence, like I was about to be the protagonist in a horror movie. The sandwich "artist," who looked like he just emerged from the depths of a fast-food apocalypse, asked me what I wanted. When I ordered a Club Supreme, he stared at me blankly, as if I had just asked for a sandwich made from the tears of fallen angels. Then, without warning, he slammed the bread onto the counter so hard I thought the universe itself might collapse. He didn't even toast it. TOAST IT! I asked for extra bacon (because, you know, I like my bacon like I like my love life--crispy), and he rolled his eyes so hard I thought they were going to get stuck in his skull. When he finally gave me the sandwich, I almost wept. The bacon was limp, like it had been soaking in a vat of regret for hours, and there was more lettuce than a rabbit could ever consume in a year. I took one bite and immediately felt like I had bitten into the sorrow of all humanity. And let's talk about the "service." The cashier didn't just ignore me; he actively avoided eye contact like I was some kind of mythical creature he couldn't comprehend. August Stop 46 Came by this Jersey Mikes during my lunch break. There are a ton of offices in the area so lunch time can get busy, as with every restaurant in the Miramar area. I placed my order online and ate it at the store. It was super easy to pick up, as I was able to cut the line to the front and they handed me my order! I've been going to this location for some time now and they're by far the friendliest staff of all of the Jersey Mike's I've been to! I would be there in person more or less during the work week and when I switched to having ubereats deliver it, they figured that it was me that was ordering it and provided me with some of the sides that I used to ask for in person that I couldn't do through the uber app. It's one sub that's I can always count on for being tasty. read more

I've been to other Jersey Mike's but this was my first time at this location. Sadly, I don't think I would frequent it again. I came during the middle of the day and not another customer in the store. I got two subs, the #7 Turkey Breast and #10 Tuna Fish. While making the tuna sub, the server had just finished putting the tuna on the bread when I asked if I could add cheese. The server then admonished me for not telling him sooner and to do so in the future. Serious?!? All he did was put tuna on the bread. How was this going to affect making the rest of the sandwich? I hadn't paid for the sandwich so there wasn't any issue with the price. How about you asking if I want cheese when I order the sandwich? I've never heard of such a thing as telling me I need to inform them ahead of time. I've read the other reviews and claims of "using only the finest ingredients" but with the Turkey Breast sandwich I'm going to have to disagree. I would argue even Subway and Which Wich use better quality turkey than what was served at this location. They use a giant white loaf of pressed meat and as for the taste... not what turkey tastes like that I know of. And as for the tuna, most places use Albacore tuna but here they use plain tuna. When I was checking out, I was using the card and the server literally pointed at the screen to leave a tip! When did this start? I'm supposed to tip before I've even eaten my food? When I order dinner, the server doesn't take my order and then ask me to tip them. Here's a novel idea... how about letting me make up my own mind. You don't need to point at the screen asking if I want to tip. And if you're going to chastise me for ordering cheese for my sandwich, you probably shouldn't be directing me to leave a tip. As I said, I've been to other Jersey Mike's and certainly have had better service. As for the food, I've had better at different sandwich chains and certainly at deli's. I'm sure I will get a note from "Cathy B." like the others, but to save you some time Cathy, I stand by the review and I'm not interested in coming back in to give it another try. I was the only customer in the store so I don't see how the service and/or food would be any better another time. As expected, Cathy B. did send me a message and informed me "tipping is optional". Very shady, I had multiple subs worth of sandwiches saved up and now they say I have 0. Then they say call corporate but they don't have a number to call. Very close to losing a corporate account. I worked at Subway Sandwiches part-time years ago. To prepare tuna, we were expected to drain and squeeze the juice from the tuna prior to adding the mayonnaise. This prevents the sandwich from being saturated, which is exactly what happened today. I returned to my office to find tuna-mayo juice running from the paper and a soggy sandwich. Their sandwiches are decent and the online ordering for pick-up is really convenient. They could work a little on their sub-in-a-tub though. More than 3 shreds of lettuce would be nice. So this is an update about the review. Jersey mikes was able to filter the review. The review was accurate to my experience. I was not the only customer that walked out that day due to no bread. Why would Yelp want to have the review filtered. How about Jersey Mike's instead of filtering it actually state why a sandwich shop does not have bread when this is there main product. My wife and I stopped by this location a couple times last week and one time it was 6:05 and they was out of bread so they offered us a wrap instead. The other time it was around 6:15 and they was out of bread and had to turn down several customers. This store needs new management or employee if they want to sell food. Or at least turn the lights off and lock the door if they can't bake bread after 5:00. read more

Ordered the Philly Cheesesteak add mushrooms and a regular drink which I filled with cream soda. Both tasted fine nothing out of the ordinary. Around 8-9 hours I've been non stop to the toilet with the most uncomfortable stomach ever. It's now the following day and I've got no sleep from the many trips to the toilet. There is no question that I got food poisoning from this location because it still on going. The workers were super friendly and upon entering they even greeted me by name and pointed me in the direction of my food.
