Food is great just don't order online if you expect to get your food on time. I saw customers in person orders come out before mine did.

There was a donation drive for cancer at Jersey Mike's on Friday, March 22. I always donate, sometimes very generously, but I did not donate not even a dime today because the Cashier was rude. I saw how she asked a few people ahead of me, but they did not donate either. When it came to me, I was in a giving mood, but she incorrectly assumed that I would not donate because I was Asian. She didn't even try to ask. She also asumed that I did not speak English. Idiot. She can't expect to rack in donations without knowing how to deal with the public. That's too bad, I won't be back eating unhealthy, salty processed meats anyways. The woman taking the orders, making the sandwiches, was great. I would hire her for my own business. Love jersey Mike's sandwiches but I do not like this particular store. I made a purchase using my debit card. and unfortunately the name of this business appears as "LILELU INC SAN DIMAS CA" which has no indication of it being a sandwich shop. so my bank called me to tell me that i would be getting a new card due to suspicion activity at "LILELU INC SAN DIMAS CA" i tried to tell them that i made that purchase for that exact price at Jersey Mikes and that it not fraud. but they still canceled my card and now I'm waiting for a new one in the mail so i would try not to use a debit or credit card to make a purchase at this store. They have great sandwiches but doesn't give that fact that i now have no bank card due to the wrong name being on the merchant/business account. read more

Damn I always love going to this store because it's just so fresh. I've had food from this store for about 2 or 3 years now and in my laziness I've never written a yelp review for them. That ends today! I will cover the 3 B's in this review. Bread, Beauty of Sandwich, and Best Friends Forever. Bread... have you ever tasted such glorious bread. Every bite i take from there bread is like sinking my teeth into dough crafted by the gods of Orange County themselves. I broke up with my girlfriend to eat this bodacious miracle gifted to us. Beauty of Sandwich... every time I get a sandwich I have to take a second to admire the glow that seemingly emanates form the pores of this sandwich giving it an ethereal glow. My grandmother who was once blind, now see's with only the help of 1.5 and 1.75 lenses... that's how bright and beautiful the sandwiches here are. Best Friends Forever... I have a lot of friends ( Not really..... i'm a IRS agent... not that many people like me.. ) But the people at Jersey Mike's are special. Every time i walk in they say "Welcome" or "Welcome to Jersey Mike's" and it makes me feel good inside. To know that i am in fact welcomed and not disregarded like i am at Alberto's Burritos. Then as i take my order as i do every 6th day and every Friday the 13th and every Monday that falls in the lunar cycle of rebirth... i see familiar faces. Faces that have come to know me and my favorite sandwiches... i dare say that if i were to walk in Blind, Deaf, and Unable to feel sensation in my skin... that they would still prepare for me the most glorious sandwich that my mouth has ever tasted. We've been to this location numerous times, and have always had perfect experience. On our most recent visit, there was a loud, rude, and somewhat intimidating man wanting to pay for his food with a $100 bill. Clearly posted in front of the registers is a sign stating that no bills larger than a $20 bill would be accepted. This guy was a jerk and a bit of a bully with the words he used. Employee Nathan (Nate) listened to this guy, and calmly reiterated the $20 bill policy. Nathan proceeded to handle this guy's crap with maturity, grace, and respect, setting a great example to his coworkers and customers alike. It gave me a "ready time" so I decided to go in 5 mins after the time given to allow ample time for it to be ready since I only take 30 minutes on lunch. Get there - and they "forgot" is what I was told - SMH So today, me and my buddy make a phone order. I told him previous situation so we arrived five mins after the time they gave us. I usually go to the Jersey Mike's in La Verne, but since this store was on my home I stopped by here to grab a sandwich. I've been to this store in the past with no issues, as I enjoy a number 8 and I always substitute capacola for the ham. This time the guy (who didn't even acknowledge me for at least 3 minutes) asked me what I wanted, I told him and I asked for the substitution, he told me that they don't do that. I told him that that is the way I always get my sandwich. He said not here you don't. I told him the last 3 times I was there I did. He told me I was mistaken. He said that I can only substitute meat that is already on the sandwich. What? How do I substitute meat that is already in the sandwich? It's not like I'm asking for some real expensive prosciutto, I threw my hands up and said "forget it" and walked out. Well, I guess that I won't be visiting this store again and be taking my future business to the one in LaVerne. read more

Love this Jersey Mike's...staff is always friendly and we always get the freshest tastiest sub. We love the Italian or the Sub Club, but their cheesesteaks are good too. Love the points club- we get a free sub about every 8 visits or so, nice perk for loyal fans!! read more

I would give NO stars if it was an option. If you go to this Jersey Mike's make sure you dont use a gift card. They will tell you there is no money on them (even if there is) and make you pay cash so they can steal your card. We just went there (only because we had gift cards) we checked our cards before we left the house so we knew we had money on them. My husband ordered food, then swipped the card and bam sorry sir this is empty. Now since the food was already in the bag he had to pay cash. When I called MARVIN said sorry there is nothing he can do. I asked for the cooperate number and MARVIN didn't know it. When I asked for the regional managers name he said he was not allowed to tell me. Best part is 10 minutes after I called they "found" my card and guess what the money was on it. OMG it's a miracle. I frequent this location regularly and today I wanted to make sure that the crew here was recognized. When I arrived it was the busiest I had ever seen it with only 2 people working. Working In the industry I can understand labor costs and in a time like this to be profitable sometimes sacrifices are made. However, the service level of the 2 people working was phenomenal. They greeted every customer in line with a smile and thanked everyone. What was even more surprising is a few customers had very specific requests and the girl who was working was on it.. I have been to paces where the worker shows the customer annoyance because of special request especially when it's busy but these 2 deserve recognition for a great experience. read more

I am a JM lover, so I was so thrilled that one opened closer to my home. This location is tucked away in the costco shopping area. When I walked in the girl working the counter was super friendly and welcoming. I ordered my sandwich the JM Way, which i suggest that if you are taking it to go......hold off on the oils and vinegar. The bread gets super soggy. Last night was my first time visiting this Jersey Mike's. I am closer to the Azusa location so that's where we normally go to for convenience. Well I guess the Azusa location is closed until the 28th. It would've been nice if that location updated that info on their website or had some recording when you called stating that they weren't open. When I went to the Azusa location there was a sign saying to go to the San Dimas location. Walking into the San Dimas location was like night and day from the Azusa one. I was greeted with friendly voices as soon as I walked in. You could see how slammed they were with online or call in ordered but with their amazing customer you wouldn't have known. I'm huge on customer service sometimes more then the food itself. The staff was very kind and polite to each other as well as myself. The Azusa location seems so annoyed you are there the moment you walk in sometimes and throws your sandwich together like they have elsewhere to be. Not here! Our sandwiches were phenomenal! Their were two gentlemen working one who could have been the manager? Not sure, but he took the time to actually have a conversation with me while making our sandwiches in a timely manner. They all had masks on and had a good set up for social distancing with clear signs outside the door with what was required before entering. With how the world is currently going some businesses are extremely busy and overwhelmed and it can have a negative outcome or a great one. These guys seemed happy to be there even if they weren't and took pride in what they were doing. I truly hope that customers understand that just because there isn't a line outside the door doesn't mean they aren't busy with online/call in orders and have some patience with possible wait times. We have come to this locations many times but recently it's gone down hill... 5 girls working and no one in the store you would think service would be prompt and efficient that was not the case. We ordered pretty simple by the book sandwiches nothing complicated the girl that seemed to be barking orders had an employee that was new make a chicken bacon ranch she had to ask 4 times what sandwich she was making and what came on it... and I get it when your still learning you need guidance but she was left alone other girls were laughing and again the one that seemed to be in charge was just in the back... we waiting about 10 mins again no one in the store... and we asked is that sandwich almost done and again the one that's in charge "Jamie" laughed and said "ya we messed up we are going to have to make it again" no apologies or consideration we have be waiting forever already... once the sandwich was done she threw it on the counter and walked away no words were said... another employee nicely gave us our other sandwich that was behind the counter. Jamie was rude from the get go and she shouldn't be training new employees. Probably won't go back to this location and it's a shame. read more

I like Jersey Mike's sandwiches and have purchased them regularly from the Monrovia franchise, where they have a great friendly crew and owner. They also take American money, even $50 and$100 bills! Unfortunately, 2 of the 3 times that I have been to the San Dimas Franchise and offered a $50 bill to pay (one time for a sandwich order of $24), I have been told it is store policy not to take anything over a $20 bill. When I asked why, I was given the unlikely answer that they didn't have change. We'll I didn't have any other payment, so they finally relented and somehow found that they had change! But with this policy, and with several other sandwich shops in the area who do honer American money in any denomination, I will not return to this franchise... read more

I love this place - go in daily for lunch. The staff and manager always ask how your days going, they always talk to my son when he goes in there too. The staff and manager have always been professional, always are interested in you, as the customer. The food is outstanding. The staff will give you ideas of what you could add to make your sandwich better, if you ask them. Katie, the manager, is always working when I have been in there (which is daily) - she doesn't have her cell phone out, she doesn't sit on the table bossing people around, she is behind the counter working with everyone else. I have been in other J Mikes around the area, and yes I work in San Dimas so its easier, but always a pleasure to go into the J Mikes in San Dimas because of the customer service. San Dimas Jersey Mikes did it again, quick and friendly service. I was here Saturday morning getting sandwiches before my daughter's all day volleyball tournament and they got me in and out quickly which I appreciated since given I had a 40 min drive to the tournament. When it was time for us to eat, the sandwiches were nothing less than delicious and hold up nicely, not soggy. You could also ask to hold the vinegar to make sure it doesn't get soggy. My boyfriend and I begin to order and (we've only been to jersey mikes one other time and don't know the way the ordering goes) and what it seems to be the manager cuts me off and says "you don't do that here you tell them". Then, we continue down the line, my boyfriend's sandwich was already made (when he wanted it made a certain way) and the girls tell us that we were suppose to mention that in the beginning. 1.) we did mention it in the beginning to the joke of a manager 2.) very unorganized. First visit here and I was not too excited. Forreal sick of sandwiches but it was my manfriend's pick. I was excited that they had wraps and not just sandwiches and ordered the chicken baja wrap. It was pretty good but nothing mind blowing. The employees were super friendly and talkative, giving reccomendations and such.
