The staff always greets customers with a friendly hello and provides excellent service. They make great sandwiches and take the time to ask exactly what you want on your order. Lazy... Even the general manager. I've ordered lunch a few times from here through the app, and then show up a bit before the pick up time. Welcome to Jersey Mike's subs would have been nice, instead I get "What do you want?" The sandwiches come micro-Mini-regular size $8-$11-$18 for the most part. I order a regular steak and cheese which tasted good. I was perplexed by the black stuff on my bun, a dirty grill perhaps? Small Cups had no lids. Normally, a delicatessen or sandwich shop is not my favorite place to begin with. However, Jersey Mike's has a great steak sandwich that gives me a good reason to come over again, and very often. You must try the #17 Mike's Famous Philly. The textures of the Philly cheese steak are incredibly satisfying. I wish they sold a mini size #17. Also, it would be great if I could upgrade my sandwich by increasing the amount of meat for an extra fee. read more

This is my second 5 star review of this location. I came in last night and the gentleman that helped us was way kind. I believed he said his name was Estevan. He apologized for it taking a bit long, which honestly it was no problem at all. He was very attentive when taking the sandwich toppings as well. Best sandwich shop around for an Italian sub. I always get a giant number 13 The Original Italian Mike's way minus the salt. I add pickles, hot pepper relish and jalapeños to my order. I usually get home and eat half and put the other half in the fridge for later. Way better than the other sandwich shops around for this type of sandwich. My now ex-girlfriend turned me onto Jersey Mike's about 7 years ago and I've been eating here ever since. I also like the tuna sub and for a hot sub the number 56 Big Kahuna Cheese Steak is also a favorite. Highly recommended. read more

My Mom was waxing nostalgic for her childhood home of New Jersey and spied this store at our local Marigold Plaza. When she found out that Jersey Mike's originated in Point Pleasant, New Jersey, it brought back memories of fun beach vacations! So we sauntered in to get a sub fix, and were rewarded with some nice fat subs. The regular size is nice and large, and it made two lunches for each of us. It is a bit hectic and very noisy in this small production-style sub shop. I warned Mom that the fixins would be "California-ized" ie, a bit healthier than the old West side of Manhattan subs, but she was happy with the selection of meats and cheeses in her Original Italian style sub. I opted for their most popular sub, the provolone and turkey, and my husband got what I would dub the "Country Club" sub, with turkey, ham, provolone, bacon and mayo. We called ahead for our second round of subs, and they were ready for pick-up when I entered 20 minutes later, a convenient stop for a quick lunch fix! read more

I did a mobile order today at 11:30AM and I arrived a few minutes before my pickup time. However, in total I waited 30 min for my sandwich. I understand it was really busy and the store is clearly understaffed, however my sandwich was made completely wrong and is missing 4 of the 7 toppings I ordered. I have ordered the same sandwich at multiple jersey mikes locations, and this one is significantly smaller than ones I have received at other locations. So in total I paid $17 for a gluten free sandwich with only lettuce, provolone, and turkey. Staff was very nice but I am super disappointed. read more

For the second time my dad was treated like shit here. My sandwich was soggy and gross they put tomato on it know I'm allergic to it. The manager was so rude to my dad. It was super uncomfortable in there none of them were wearing gloves. Just because my dad looks homeless doesn't mean he is. He has a place to live. They said no dogs allowed. (His dog is a service dog) the manager said "I'm sorry but no dogs allowed" and my dad said it's a service dog and I'm covered by the ADA (Americans with disabilities act) the manager said "I know but no dogs allowed the health inspector said no dogs" that's not cool at all good thing my dad and I didn't have our phones. Love this Jersey Mike's! These sandwiches are made to order. The service is always excellent. So many choices, including three types of freshly made bread. I order their subs with Italian meat. They will also accept large orders for delivery. Everyone appreciates getting their lunch paid for on special occasions; I've sent boxes of sandwiches to the staff at a skilled nursing home. read more

I just stopped by this location (Saturday 7/1 around 7pm) on a road trip down from the Bay Area to San Diego. I complimented the young man helping me, and at risk of him thinking I was being sarcastic, I wanted to memorialize it in writing as well. I love Jersey Mike's and have been to probably two dozen different locations all across the country for who knows how many visits. The customer service at Jersey Mike's is generally quite good, but the man who helped me tonight provided absolutely outstanding customer service and put the most care and attention I have ever witnessed into preparing my food. He was clearly proud of what he was doing, and it showed. I will also say that he showed immense patience and grace with a fellow coworker who seemed either new on the job or was having a hard time this particular evening. If you ask me, this guy deserves an equity stake in the business. read more

I like Jersey Mikes Sandwiches, okay? But service is important. Last time I went in, I bought a sandwich, and a soda fountain drink. I am not into "sugar" drinks, so I look for sugar free. There is never an issue since most places have at least one. But not Jersey Mike's. I got a glass full of soda- just soda. And the staff were too busy to address the issue, and I was in a hurry. But the fact that they were charging over $3.00 for a soda, that turned out to be junk? I do not afford myself the chance to " go out" much, so was looking forward to that simple drink. One job. Make a delicious sandwich. We had an online order. They were slammed, for which could be lack of employees, etc- BUT- the only job this establishment has is to churn out a great sandwich. I did not mind waiting beyond my pick up time. What I do mind is getting home and finding poorly put together sandwiches and of the four sandwiches - ONE was correct. The balance of meat to cheese, to condiments and lettuce was terrible- the sandwich builder, I am assuming mixed up the tops to bottoms, the sandwiches were not cut in half. I order from this place pretty often, so I have a pretty good gauge on what they offer for sandwiches. Every-time (except for this time) has been consistent and great. Today I ordered a Big Kahuna Chicken Cheesesteak and asked for some Franks sauce. I got about 1/3 of a bottle of sauce, as well as some dry/old chicken (based off of taste) that tricked me into thinking I was eating the steak instead...I called in and the person who made my sandwich picks up and says it's dark because the grill was hot or dirty!
