Great food. Great service. This place is fire. I had the michelada and it was perfect for the weather. I also got the taco monchis and dang it was super tasty. Finished with the tres ceviche and man left feeling like a King!! I will definitely be coming back. Looking forward to it.

Parking can be difficult during the busy hours (although they have plenty of parking space). Service could be a little better where servers don't come to check in on you so often but u can see they're busy. Food is awesome! We love the Monchis tacos. They serve it to you open (looking like a tostada) but I think it's because they actually fill it with enough carne asada and shrimp! Love love love them! Hubby and I come here just for those! He enjoyed those more than the tacos gobernador! The monchis mixed mariscos plate is delish too! A mixture of seafood and different ways of shrimp. What I love is it's very lemony!!! I usually always have to ask for more limes at mariscos restaurants but not here! It's the bomb!! Try it you won't be disappointed! Prices are comparable to other mariscos but this is legit! Will cont to return!

Great place with good quality Mariscos. I had the Aguachiles rojo and ceviche de camaron. Both full of Flavor and spice. It could get busy but staff is quick and attentive to your needs. Definitely recommending this place if you're in the area and craving Mariscos Only thing missing is un grupito alv. Music they play there passes the vibe thought.

Food was excellent. Always a packed lot and busy inside so have never had the chance to dine in. I couldn't wait any longer so I ordered out and that was a great move. The wait is over and I can definitely say I will be back. The mixed ceviche plate I had was phenomenal with their black sauce. It was spicy and packed full of flavor. Plenty of seafood and perfect amount of veggies. It took us 4 different servings to finish the trio plater. Give them a shot, I want these guys around forever.

    All 3 exactly the same.

Unfortunately they got our order wrong. We had 2 orders of tostada de ceviche de camarón, no spice. Both were spicy as hell. So much so that we could barely eat it. We got one order of tostada cruda mixta camarón , no spice and it was 100% tostada de ceviche de camarón & also spicy af. When my daughter & I picked the order up, the about 7 females working the dining room were rude. Didn't acknowledge us whatsoever after standing there for several minutes. I finally had to approach someone myself and she made it obvious we were bugging her. Absolutely No one was friendly but that could be because we weren't men because we could see that their demeanor with males was different And this is the second time we've noticed that. We've only been here twice and the first time we dined in and the same thing. The waitress was not very courteous, and we noticed the whole male female thing, but the food was so good that we tried it again only to experience the same thing minus the good food. I am very upset because our order was almost $70 for them just to mess it up and make it to where we couldn't even eat it. Such a waste of my money. I won't be back again, and I'll make sure to tell my friends of what we experienced. I rarely ever leave negative reviews on here, only when the situation calls for it. This called for it.

You won't regret it highly recommend, just a heads up. The parking is not the greatest food and service makes up for it.

Small place with all the vibes, music is nice on the weekends they have a small grupo live you can pay and get a sing request. Food is honestly a hit and it gets packed for the same reason. Order ahead on weekends if you don't want to wait

This one's worth the hype. I arrived on a Sunday afternoon to a parking lot that was quickly filling up. To avoid a wait, I sat at the bar and ordered a drink within seconds. I paired my Modelo Negra with the Monchis Plate, and shared it with my girlfriend, which we both couldn't have finished alone. With plenty of tostadas and crackers provided, the meal was perfect. My favorite part of the Monchis Plate, however, was the aguachiles negros. If and when I'm not sharing a meal, I'll definitely be ordering the aguachiles negros all for myself. The restaurant itself was bustling with workers coming in and out of the kitchen, but at no point did I feel neglected or ignored. I'll definitely be back when the craving returns.

Our first time here and everything was AMAZING!!! We got the Monchis Plate Butana and everything was seasoned perfectly. It came with aguachile, cooked shrimp, ceviche and we subbed the scallops for the octopus. The tables are set with tostadas as soon as you walk in and the salsa negra is the way to go. Also don't sleep on the creamy orange sauce at the table! Tiffany was amazing as our server. We will surely be back :)

Tried this Mariscos spot for the first time. A little sketchy from the outside and located right next to a strip club. Inside, the decor is plain but clean. Waitresses are very nice and helpful but be prepared for music playing a little loud. Ordered the botana trifecta and you choose the type of sauce, verde, roja or negra. They recommended Negra without mentioning there is an additional cost of $3 for that one. They provide all the tostadas or crackers you want and only sell canned sodas and beer. The seafood tasted fresh but the Negra sauce was very salty. Despite all that, I'll be back for a tostada or two but I'll choose a different sauce.

My friend took me here for lunch. I had to come back and bring my whole family. We love seafood. This place is amazing. Great food, huge portions come hungry and get ready to take leftovers home if you love seafood just like we do this place is for you. The aguas frescas come in a water bottle make sure you ask for a cup of ice on the side other wise you will just get the bottle of water & it gets hot pretty fast. I order the monchis plate with black salsa omg! It was so spicy but it was sooo good. My hubby order the shrimp cocktail it was huge with lots of shrimp in it, the fish taco was great. This is a great sea food place the prices are reasonable & the service is good. The only reason I took out a star was because when you arrived to the place, you don't know whether to sit down or wait to be seated. There's so many people at the front entrance, but nobody to attend to you. I had to go walk over to a waitress who was cleaning a table and ask her if I could sit down, or I have to wait to be seated. She told me she will be right there so she can sign me in. I went back to sit down, but people just kept coming in, making the front very crowded. There was pick up order, Uber eats, phone orders there was just so many people at the front it's overwhelming just my thought. Maybe you should have the pick up order's Uber eats and everybody else that it's not dining in outside? other than that this place is great. I highly recommend it I would definitely come back.

The staff was attentive, professional, and incredibly accommodating to both me and my guests. Everyone felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the event. The food was absolutely delicious, and the quality exceeded our expectations. One of the things we appreciated most was how clean and well-maintained everything was, along with the ample parking and overall high-quality experience. It is very spacious and well spaced. Separation of regular diners and bar drinking is nice, to keep a family friendly environment separate from the potentially more rowdy crowd. We asked what was highly recommended, and of course, it was what we came for, as others do too for their first and most likely, only visit there. I do not recommend this restaurant. We ordered their special of the day, which was a ceviche. It was made with raw shrimp, not cooked in any way, like straight from the freezer, thawed, chopped, and put into a bowl with the other fresh diced stuff. Usually, the marinating time the shrimp sits in the ceviche "cooks" it, not this one, gray shrimp. We read a review that said the octopus was life-changing, and we love a well-cooked octopus. If the octopus was just cooked, or just heated, or just slightly on the grill for a second, it would have been super delicious and life-changing, however, it was finished-cooked so poorly. My guess is that someone thinks that grill marks make it good, wrong, they burnt it. The flavor is burnt! It becomes bitter and burnt! Well, guess what, we ordered the fish.... And guess what.. it is the same!!! BURNT! Not grilled, BURNT, ON PURPOSE!?! If you want good Zarandeado, I recommend you go try Mariscos Martin in La Puente or Baldwin Park. Like I said, skip it, I do not recommend it. And, it was not cheap neither. It looked so upscale, so awesome, smelled good, then just burnt! Don't believe all the hype. This is definitely a hype restaurant, or somewhere to get drunk and not be able to comprehend what you are digesting.
