This location might be a one and done for me. I didn't love their customer service as they let me know just how busy they were when I went to place my order in store. Once my order was placed and they were prepping my food, they were just plain messy. Food toppings were dropped on the counter and some was thrown back onto the sandwich and the meat on the salad was more torn than it was chopped. Because they were so messy and reckless, I felt the end product was underwhelming. I also don't understand that if you offer a sub in a bowl (salad) then there should be some type of salad dressing and not just vinegar and oil. This Jersey Mikes Subs is very well managed and super clean. Met with the very friendly and upbeat sub maker, Erin, who set a good vibe for the short time I was visiting the store. I ordered a regular Italian sub for $11.00 at 990 calories. So I did not want to add a Coke and chips which would have jacked up my caloric intake for one meal to over 1500. Just the sub was perfectly filling and the taste was consistent with the other Jersey Mikes Sub stores in the area but Erin set the bar high for other stores with outgoing personality mixed with professionalism, and its obvious the manager runs this store well. I do not recommend the Mini sized subs for an adult human - two bites maybe - for a tiny child its OK. They have four tables and a small bar inside and no outside patio eating area. For a national sub chain, Jersey Mike's does it very good. I would go as far as to say that Jersey Mike's is my favorite of the national sub chains. I have had a lifelong obsession with subs and pretty much sandwiches in general. I grew up in New Jersey, where subs and sandwiches are truly elevated to a culinary art form and when I moved down here to sunny Florida back in 2001, I was shocked that great sub shops were pretty hard to find and that most relied on the national sub chains. So, after a lot of trial and error (and do many errors), I found that Jersey Mike's was my favorite of those national sub chains. Let me start by saying that Jersey Mike's can never compare to those great sub shops in New Jersey, to paraphrase Dorothy in "The Wizard of Oz," we ain't in Jersey. My go-to at Jersey Mike's is either their Italian sub or if I want a hot sub, I will go with their Big Kahuna cheesesteak. I would recommend both of those subs. It is a regular chain location but the extra benefit is the friendly staff. They say "hello" as soon as you walk in and have huge smiles. They work efficiently so service is FAST! I absolutely love jersey mikes. It's my favorite sandwich spot. I found this location near my job and headed there for lunch. It's a small place but has seating. I ordered my favorite sub, the big kahuna. I usually devour this sub within a few minutes... today was a bit of a disappointment. Unfortunately, things seem to either not be up to par in this location (because I'd hate to think it's just an overall downgrade) or the recipes have changed but this cheesesteak tasted off, perhaps the meat? Not sure but for the first time ever I couldn't finish my sub, threw away most of it. Meat seemed boiled, perhaps too much moisture on the grill? Not sure but it was def not tasty. I spoke with the manager and told him my sub did not taste normal and that I was going to throw it out since it didn't taste like usual. Manager didn't seem to care at all about my concerns, minimal eye contact, just brushed me off. That was a bit disappointing too. Jersey Mike's makes a very tasty sub. I ordered a medium turkey sub. They have many varieties of meats to choose from. They have a nice variety of toppings and the bread was very fresh. I liked how the person who made my sub asked me the amount of dressing I wanted on my sub. A lot of times they just put on whatever amount they think is right. It would be nice if they had more desserts. I ate my sub there and the restaurant is kept clean. The employees seem happy to be here. Make sure to sign up for their app to earn rewards. read more

Over the years on the road it was comforting to see them in as far as Washington State while traveling for work. So why this location and my milestone review? Well headed over with my two work colleagues for lunch. We got there before noon as I have done pickup here before and it does get busy. As we walk through the door we are warmly greeted. Wow! That speaks volumes and so sincere especially in times like these when we need more kindness in the World. I get my usual the #2 Jersey Shore Favorite provolone, ham and cappacuolo It truly is the taste truly brings me back home to the Jersey Shore. It is than seasoned Mike's way as that's the way you would get it in Jersey. Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions, Vinegar, Oil and spices. Let's make it a combo so I get chips and a Diet Pepsi fountain drink. Don't forget to put in your phone number to collect your points. It is amazing how quickly they add up for a free sandwich. We get a table and enjoy our lunch. There is something for everyone as my colleagues both got hot subs. This location is so clean and inviting so glad we decided to eat in today. Well let me start off with the bad first of all because I have been here multiple times and the service is always decent they always say hi welcome in and give good service but when I saw the floor that they were all working on and kept throwing more and more stuff on the floor I was grossed out..If the floor looks like that how do you think the cooler looks or anything behind that can't be seen.They always seem very busy with orders and pumping orders out.I really enjoyed this place until I seen the floor all it takes is a quick sweeep up and put it in a pile.So the meat is fresh it seems and the bread isn't bad but jeez how can I want to eat here with such a mess read more

Stopped in here after a long day at ikea just to grab a drink for the road. The ladies working tonight were so sweet! They saw we had Nothing Bundt Cakes so offered to give us silverware so we could eat our cakes on the ride home. The store was so clean and well stocked you could tell they are proud of their store. The ladies were so nice & helpful we decided to order dinner also. Sure glad we did! You could see that all of the ingredients were super fresh and they made them right in front of us. When I showed hesitation to trying their oil & vinegar sauce, they gave me a small container of it to take home and try! Overall really great experience, fast, fab food and friendly service. They don't toast the bread however they do offer to throw it on the grill for you if you prefer a hot sandwich, but to me it's perfect just the way it is. The ambiance is relaxed and chill . First time and definitely last time at this Jersey Mikes !! The sandwich was prepared by a very nice young lady who helped me choose my sandwich of choice and it was good. This review is not on the food but on the worker/ cashier girl (ambiance). I preceded to ask her how could she work here with this "regatón" Spanish music so loud. She shrugged her shoulder as to not cause problems. Just left it and I preceded to tell her well I'll eat in my car I can't relax or enjoy lunch with this loud music.. if we were in the beach the music would have been fine but not in a restaurant. Later, the cashiers boyfriend was purchasing cookies while he tells her in Spanish what I said. The cashier stated well too bad ... in Spanish to her friend. Fortunately, since I am bilingual I butted in and said no not too bad? What a response! Why should YOU subject everyone here to your particular LOUD music. Lower the volume and I have no problem with the music . However, if only you can choose a tune with no Spanish vulgarity then we will all appreciate it. I told her have you not noticed that everyone is shouting here because the volume of your music is like being in a club. She responded with an attitude well there was no one here so we can play our music loud. Of which I responded, I've been here for 15 minutes and so have those patrons and they should not have to shout at each other while eating & conversing. I went on to explain that I will have to eat in my car because of the music being so obnoxiously loud and with bad words in Spanish. I preceded to tell her that Jersey Mike's would NOT agree with music selection. She was rude, acted entitled and never apologized or turned down the music. Over the weekend, I grabbed a quick bite here with my daughters after their softball game. I have to say what incredible kids this establishment has. When we walked in the kids seemed to be having a race on who could make the fastest sub and explained to us they were getting ready for a competition. There was a girl almost sticking her finger up her nose to scratch it. I said something to the other female in there and she said she's not touching food right now. I certainly didn't want my receipt after she was rubbing boogers all over it. Now of days Covid is still out there. No excuse she needed to be washing her hands to handle the scanner for my code not nasty boogie fingers that others are going to touch. Then when I walked out the staff started to talk about me to each other in front of other customers. My sister was behind me and heard them. I guess you should make sure the other customers aren't related to each other. Not good business practice to talk in front of other guests. I'm very disappointed in Jersey Mike's. read more
