I went to this jersey mikes on Friday November 7th and have gone to this Jersey Mikes for over two years. My wife and I love this spot as Pablo the assistant manager is amazing and is always helpful. I am sad to say that one experience has led for us to find alternatives or just simply eat at home. Associate as we will not mention blamed us for being overcharged of another customer order and made us feel as if we were taking advantage of being overcharged which doesn't make sense. I don't usually look at my receipt and the customer that wasn't charged let me know that I had paid for their order. I appreciate the customer that informed us for paying for their order as it wasn't their fault. Upon mentioning this to the associate at store, they made me feel at fault. They also hyped up the line to make me feel bad! While I have money to pay for their mistake, I will it be coming back! Pablo the manager made the situation feel right while the associate kept poking as to why I should step off to the side! Camera footage will show who was right. I will not be coming back as it is unfortunate that a customer would get blamed for being charged more. read more

We were in a crunch with an event and I was able to place the order and pick it up the next morning super early pretty much when they open and everyone enjoyed the sandwiches thank you to the manager at this location. This is not an indictment of Jersey Mike's as a brand or the quality of the sandwiches, but rather this location. Every time I make an online order for pickup here, I wind up waiting 30 to 40 minutes after the designated pick up time. Literally every time (5 or 6 occasions). It is MUCH faster for me to travel to the much-further Lankershim NoHo location. Unfortunately, I'm done with this location and will stick with the NoHo or Studio City location. Sorry! Just went a for a sub. The mgr girl told the girl that was putting turkey and cheese on my sub that she put 2 slices of turkey too much and made her take it off the 2 slices and throw it away. In front on me .. that girl told me it was too much. WOW .. very shady and in front of me. No tips for them ever. I can give more but 2 slice of turkey is too much for them. Might be my last trip to Jersey Mike's... I have always order the Large 56 on White.... Maybe at 25-30 different locations because I'm on the road for work 4 days a week.. This was HORRIBLE, maybe 3 slices of mushrooms on the entire sandwich, 40% the roll was rock hard... the meat was almost CHARD with a burnt taste... O Well!! Live and learn! Walk in with my son, and just stood there for about 5 mins, no one asked to help us, or take our order. Maybe they didn't like the t- shirts and sweat pants we wore, but there were three other people dressed similar to us. To make matters worse what I assumed was the manager walked in the door, walked right past us, and we were walking out she was walking back out with us and we still weren't helped. I go here all the time. It get on one road. Burbank Blvd. right to Van Nuys blvd. About 15 minuet drive from my Mother's in North Hollywood. So it's a great location to grab some sandwiches to enjoy a Sunday with family. I love Jersey Mike's. I had my first when I was a child down at the Jersey Shore. I go there to pick up. Though there were few people in there, the counter was packed with staff. Maybe having a lot of take out on a Sunday, I guess. After a 10 minute wait, even though I ordered through the app fifteen minuets earlier, I left the Van Nuys location with the anticipation of a lunch that would bring me back to childhood on the Jersey Shore. Instead, I landed at my Mom's, in North Hollywood, with a sandwich I did not order. Can you imagine, the anticipation of biting into an Italian Sub with all the fixings, to find out you are staring down the end of a roast beef and turkey...with a slab of cheese and nothing else to the sandwich? So if you go, not only check and see if the sandwich they hand you is what you ordered, but also check the order number they write on the sandwich wrapping. They have been know so screw them a up, also. Now if this happened to me once, no problem. But three times? This means other people got my order. So this means it did not only happen to me, it happed to those three other people. The is the last time I will visit this location. Three female employees on the line and not one of them bothered to acknowledge me , I stood there for just under 5 minutes and walked out without ordering. The employee with the red dyed hair finally stopped gabbing with another employee when a couple more customers came in, she observed me leaving but didn't say anything however greeted them immediately. I love Jersey Mike's, but I honestly don't know what's wrong with this location... I had placed a Postmates order for 2 sandwiches and one 3 pack of cookies. Postmates delivered only one sandwich because they forgot to give them the rest of my order. I call the store and they gave me a credit for 2 sandwiches and the cookies, but that I would have to go in and collect it, so I did. I ordered one Kahuna cheese steak and one original Italian, both on rosemary Parmesan bread. I left and then realized that they forgot to give me my cookies, so I had to drive back to get them. Then I get home and realized that they messed up my order AGAIN... they gave me one kahuna steak on regular bread and another kahuna steak on rosemary bread. Not to sound like the Devil Wears Prada, but I don't understand why no one can get a simple order right... TWICE. I go to the store in person today and order the exact same 2 sandwiches (IN PERSON) and somehow they got em wrong again I'm not sure what is leading to these mistakes but it's quite disheartening to spend $40 on 2 sandwiches and not be able to eat them. Please make it right guys. 1 was a giant size big kahuna, on white, with NO peppers. (Allergies) Guess what? It was on rosemary parm!!! Wild! Who would get a cheesesteak on that bread?! And it had peppers. Second was the club sub ON the rosemary parm, mikes way, NO juice. They left off the bacon (it's supposed to be on the sandwich) and the sandwich was just wrong wrong. I took my sister and she has a speech disability and while we ordered and my sister had a hard time speaking and the employee started to hold back their laughter. Nice little jersey mike shop for sure! Parking can be crowded but you'll find a spot eventually. Also, if you want a cheap sub do NOT come here. A $10 to $15 sub depending on what size you want. Going in, everyone greets you and there seem to be about 6 or 7 people working on a ton of orders at the same time. Highly customizable for the subs and the got a lot of different options. We ordered three subs. Their Chicken Bacon Ranch, their Supreme Sub, and the Chipotle Cheese Steak. All as giant subs (which they aren't kidding, thing's huge). My girlfriend and roommate said theirs was delicious. Mine however was ok, due to one thing and one thing only. They annihilated my sub with ranch. I mean legit pouring out of the sides making my sub buns all soggy and just a mess to eat. Don't get me wrong, I ate it down, and it was good. Just did not like that at all. I would give them zero stars if possible. I ordered a chicken cheesesteak with mushrooms and my daughter ordered a portobello mushroom sandwich with chipotle mayo. After about 20 minutes and still no food, and watching other people come and go, I said something to my daughter about it, and she said, "oh Jersey Mikes always takes long". I explained that it shouldn't take any longer here than at any other place, and given the amount of people present, we should have our food already. So I go over to the deli case, right by the grill, so I can see what he's grilling, and I'm leaning on the case. This was after I had been just standing by trying to see, without anyone saying, "can I help you?" Instead, the woman who took my order says, "don't lean on that", or something to that effect. So, anyways, I didn't see anything on the grill that looks like what we ordered, but I'm thinking maybe I'm wrong, so I wait and watch them wrap up those sandwiches and give them to other people. No more sandwiches on the grill. "Where's our sandwiches?", I ask? Turns out, one of them had been sitting on the counter, for who knows how long, and they didn't make the other one. We were in the store BEFORE the online orders printed and they chose to do them ahead of people waiting in line. Those online orders food will be so soggy when they get to those people! I do find it challenging to find a sandwich/sub shop that is to my standards and taste. I have tried the other popular chain and non chain sub shops a few times but most were really just passable. Today being in the area I stopped in at this location. Never been to a JM's before. We ordered a ham with white American cheese having it Mike's Way without the raw onions and added some mayo, as well as the Veggie which had swiss, provolone, & green bell peppers along with the lettuce and tomato. After the first bite I was amazed how tasty both were. We ordered the regular size, $8 and change including tax for each. Each is really enough for two. The bread was fresh, crunchy, and soft inside. The ham freshly sliced keeping it's moisture, the cheeses on both sandwiches were good and the shredded lettuce was very crispy, and the tomatoes were great. Friendly staff. read more

Everytime there is a big ass like they're doing online orders first. Priority should always be people in the store, they're always a mess, they only have one good worker that greets everyone with energy but everyone else looks miserable, makes horrible sandwiches, and slow during peak hours.
