I got the whole wheat roll..and they loaded it up with swiss cheese, ham, and roast beef. They add as much lettuce, tomato, pickles, peppers as you want. I get my fully stuffed. They were out of cooked bacon..so they quickly made some fresh and loaded it onto the sandwich. I like it Mike's way..which is with this yummy spicy red pepper sauce and vinegar. If you sign up for their email they send you coupons now and then. So we were able to get a bag of chips and a drink FREE Non-alcoholic of course..While we were eating the manager gave us a few cookies and said thanks to us for waiting...it was worth the wait. The first time I went to Jersey Mike's actually wasn't in New Jersey it was in Myrtle Beach South Carolina. they had one right across the street from that big car show that they have with all the old cars that are antiques. Me and all my boys went right cross the street to Jersey Mike's and loaded up on some good subs to walk around and eat while we was looking at the cars. They have many different options to choose from, you won't go wrong with this place. It's also a healthy option to get a lot of protein, and healthy carbs. read more

Warning! While in Jersey Mike's today, all employees and customers were wearing masks. There were two women in line without masks in front of the sandwich making area. Today is the first day in OC that masks are not required, so I did not say anything; however, one woman sneezed boisterously spreading germs everywhere. She ordered and proceeded to sit down in the restaurant. Employees said nothing. Jersey Mike's needs to require people to wear masks in their store, especially with the food out in the open like it is. There is no way that little barrier is stopping germs. My first Jersey Mike's experience! Gave this sub shop a 3-star review because yes, it was "A-OK". My regular sized, tunafish sub on wheat w/ tomatoes & lettuce was tasty indeed. However, the layer of tuna was pretty thin. This is a problem when served on thick bread like Jersey Mike's...I could barely tell the tuna was there! But, it tasted great. Popped in here tonight with my boyfriend to grab sandwiches to-go. We ordered at about the same time. Then he sat down, and I went to pay for my sub. The cashier rang me up for $16, so I had to tell him that I was just buying the tunafish sub to which he responded "Oh, you two are separate?". It was just a bit awkward. On a normal night, one of us would have footed the entire bill, but I had actually just given my boyfriend a Jersey Mike's giftcard, and didn't want him to have to pay for my sandwich with his gift. We were obviously together, but what if we had been a new couple that didn't pay for each others' food? That would have been uncomfortable! It was also FREEZING in here. The door was wide open on a chilly night. We were hoping to find some warmth especially after having snowboarded all day. I came in and asked if i could use the restroom and a very nice employee said yes and then two other guys behind the counter are literally staring at me all creepy and talked shit on me the entire time, loudly, i could hear them even when i was in the restroom, saying things like "who goes into a restaurant to use the bathroom?" Food always good however, the last time 3-4 times I've come here my sandwich is wrong. I always order the sub club. Pretty simple. I always say everything in it and mikes way easy oil and vinegar. So every time they don't put bacon or mayo. When I have them fix it they say "oh most people get mad when I put mayo or bacon so I don't put any". How does that make sense. I said specifically everything on it. What is a club sandwich with no bacon? A turkey and ham sandwich! If i wanted just a turkey and ham sandwich I would order that. Usually if someone doesn't want something in their food they ask to have it left out. I've noticed more and more the exceptions are starting to become the rule... So irritating! Went in here early, so I missed the dinner rush. It wasn't super clean, but their food seemed fresh and pretty good quality. Their bathrooms were dirty too. The service was okay, not very fast considering I was the only person there. Their menu seems overpriced for what you get. I had a regular Italian Sub, which was pretty good but a little dry. They charge extra for avocado which is annoying. Considering there are other sandwich places in the area that are probably a lot more reasonably priced, I wouldn't recommend this place and I probably won't be coming back anytime soon. read more

I've always passed by this place on my way home and today I decided to give it a try with my fiancé. I was very delighted with my experience! The staff were one of the most polite staffs I've seen at a restaurant in quite a while! I'm a picky eater and ordered the philly Cheese steak most people give me attitude for asking no veggies, but the staff were very polite and were just thrilled to make my sandwich. I was at first shocked by the price of 15 dollars for a sandwich but once I opened the wrapping and saw how much the stuff into it, it was well worth it. I only was able to eat half so come hungry! Went in tonight after a long and stressful day at work and didn't expect to have such an awesome experience. The two workers Ian and Will were both really great people and made my night a hell of a lot more enjoyable due to their great customer service and their ability to make the customer laugh. These guys were honestly some of the coolest workers I've ever met at a Jersey Mikes, so this will definitely be my go to location from now on. Been coming here since they opened a couple of years back and still very happy with it. My wife and I have tried many different subs here and I have to say they are all very fresh and delicious. Our favorites are #7 (turkey) and #13 (the Italian). Also, they have a secret menu, so don't forget to ask about #99! This place has become the default go-to spot for us to go eat if we can't think of anything else. I have to admit that Jersey Mike's has completely destroyed any other sandwich shop for us, such as Subway or Quiznos... those places are really disgusting compared to Jersey Mike's! The staff here is really friendly, and the atmosphere is very relaxed. There are never long lines, unlike other Jersey Mike's locations. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because every once in a while they do mess up our order, one way or another. But hey - no one is without fault, and it is usually very minor, nothing serious. Overall, I am very happy with this place and I will keep coming here for as long as they stay in business. read more
