We enjoyed our meal so much that we will be back when in Vegas!

Don't leave without trying the authentic Mediterranean coffee. It's rich, bold, and full of flavor--the perfect way to end the meal. The service was just as impressive as the food. Definitely take advantage of the six course tasting menu. It is $75 a person. It is way more food than you will likely be able to handle but you get to taste everything. The first course was garlic shrimp with a giant loaf of bread for dipping. The second course was tomato lentil soup. The third course was a variety tray of hummus, tzatziki, baba ghanoush, falafel, and pita chips. The fourth course was a pineapple with skewers of steak and chicken coming out of the top. The fifth course was a bowl of fall off the bone chicken with lots of herbs and spices. The sixth course was dessert. It was sort of a baklava style cake filled with bananas and walnuts. It was way more than we could both finish, but it was absolutely delicious. Every detail is thought of even the presentation. They do love dry ice at this place lol. While you eat, there are belly dancers dancing around the restaurant. It was very entertaining. Overall, we had an amazing experience and I would definitely do this again.

They bring the food out to your table. I love the CocaCola freestyle machines. Unfortunately this one didn't have any diet or zero options other than Aha sparkling water. That was a bit disappointing. They do have canned Diet Coke along with some interesting Greek drinks in a refrigerator. I ordered the gyro plate and my son got the falafel gyro. We both got the feta fries. These are really delicious. There was so much feta and herbs on the crispy, coated fries. My portion was great on my gyro plate. The salad was pretty but the Greek dressing was very mild and lacking in flavor for me. The same with my gyro meat. It was just okay. When you mix beef and lamb, it creates this delicious flavor and I just didn't get that here. The tzatziki was very bland to me. It was almost just straight yogurt. My son's falafel pita was very good. It was soft in the inside with the slight crisp on the outside. It was a large size pita and filled up my teenage boy. The desserts sounded delicious and the baklava in the case next to the registers were phenomenal looking. We didn't make it that far to get to have dessert. Since my son loved it so much, we will be back. I will try a different plate next time and hopefully be able to get dessert also.

I highly recommend everyone try their lunch. The price is incredibly reasonable, and the food quality is top-notch! For an appetizer, a whole fish entree, and a dessert, the Restaurant Week special is only 40 bucks! Even if you can't make it out to taste the food during Restaurant Week, their usual lunch prix fixe (with the same dishes) is only 45 bucks. Compared to the Mayfair Supper Club I just went to, this place handles their fish remarkably well. It perfectly retained the tenderness and juiciness of the fish, and the skin and edges had a bit of charred, fire-roasted aroma. It left me thinking with great satisfaction: this is exactly how fish should be prepared--simple! The octopus appetizer was also incredibly tender with absolutely no fishy taste. The kitchen's grilling technique and heat control are just exceptionally well-handled. I also quite liked their dessert, Greek yogurt and candied orange peel. I think using orange peel has an advantage: even though it's been candied, it still retains the natural bitterness of the peel, so it's not overly sweet. Speaking of olive oil, the olive oil at this place deserves a shout-out too. It has a very strong grassy aroma and a distinct, pleasant bitterness with a sweet aftertaste. We also added an order of their signature appetizer, which is thinly sliced zucchini and eggplant fried and stacked into a tower. It was seriously so crispy and delicious!!! And very eye-catching! This dish is great for sharing, though it did get a little greasy toward the end, since it is fried after all. This single appetizer costs a whopping 41 bucks! It's even more expensive than the Restaurant Week set menu! But it's super eye-catching and tastes great! Oh well, let them have my money.

I gave these stars to mark up credit SOLELY for the work ethics of the waitress that served us and for the 2 items that I actually enjoyed when dining here which was the falafel BALLS (not the falafel PITA sandwich which for some reason after i was asked what i wanted to put in out of the 5 or 6 things that i wanted, it came with nothing but hummus and it was so so dry. AAAAAAND, I'm out of stars. The manager or the owner or whoever is running this place knows nothing when it comes to customer service. I've dined here twice when coming from LA on vaca, and both times I came it was busy with 2 servers, no one at the hostess desk and the same person who's the owner probably just sitting there and just watching his waitresses get crushed at their tables and although they may handled the dining room just fine with no need for help, what got me is that when i came in to get something to go, I just stood there at the front desk watching the dining room getting spiced up and no one came to see what i needed. The waitresses aren't supposed to cuz they are handling their sections okay but The manager? why did every one acknowledged me visually and out of them no one decided to ACCOMMODATE not to me but to the increasment of their sales? WHAT IF i wanted a table for 6? what if i wanted a 100 to go orders? i didnt but what IF? they would never know cuz usually for waiting this long after ive been acknowledged i would usually leave . ANYHOW i got the falafel PITA and that was the conclusion of my life-span experience at this place. From the first to the last minute of me finishing less then half of my dry sandwich after i got to my hotel, disappointment. I WANTED TO GIVE 5 STARS and I WOULD DO THIS IF simply someone came to me and said "HI blah blah blah blah blahhhhh WERE BUSY blah blah BUT I'll be right back for you sir! it's the little things that TAKES A SECONs SAVES A CUSTOMER read more

I only have one word for this place-- WOW! Just thinking about them makes me so hungry right now! When it comes to Mediterranean food, this is my go-to restaurant. I just don't think you can go wrong with deliciously made falafels, hummus, and meat. OMG! The meat! Don't even get me started on describing the deliciously made meats here. Usually, I get Mediterranean Beef Kabob on the menu because it's nice and juicy to the taste. I love how they season it so perfectly with the right hint of salt and spice blends. The portions are absolutely huge too so you can never go wrong with buying this one since you can bring the rest home for another meal. When you buy an entree with this restaurant, you have a choice of couscous, mashed potatoes, rice, french bread, french fried or Israeli salad. I always go for the rice with this particular entree just because there's something so homely about the duo. My other favorite here is the matzo ball soup. I always tend to get it in seasons like these because they are just deliciously made. The right amount of seasoning is all in that bowl of soup. The thought of it sounds cozy already. My favorite part is the matzo ball because it's the perfect texture and seasoned right. I also like the service here. I'm always greeted with a smile when I stop by, and when I'm not too sure with what I want to order, the waiter or waitress are never short to annoyance unlike other restaurants. They consistently asked if I needed anything else, and refilled my water every time they see that it's half way. I would definitely take my friends and family here every time they want something comforting. Oh, but keep in mind that this place practices the Shabbat which means that they close the restaurant in observance of it. I'd call to make sure! read more

Went to dinner with the family..absolutely delicious food and great service. The place was completely packed and still the customer service was outstanding. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the host at the front of the restaurant she immediately took us to a table, and a few minutes later our waitress was there to take our drink order and brought us water. The food also came out very quickly and was delicious. We ordered hummus and a combination meat plate, we also had some soup and a variety of salads for the table that came with a basket of pita bread. Everything tasted as it should ,and you could really tell the quality of food, I have tried many different Mediterranean places around town and I can oficial say this has been one of the best I have tried yet. The staff was also very welcoming and friendly, are waitress was very attentive and made sure to come by our table regularly to make sure we didn't need anything, (I can't recall her name)with the amount of people in the restaurant I thought it showed great customer service skills for everything to seem like it was running so smoothly. During our recent visit to Las Vegas, we decided to revisit Jerusalem Grill, a restaurant we had always enjoyed in the past. However, we were disappointed this time around. It had been two years since our last visit, and unfortunately, the food and service did not meet our expectations. One significant change we noticed was the significant increase in prices. For instance, a Shawarma plate now costs $40, which we found to be quite steep. To make matters worse, the portion size was smaller than before, consisting only of a small salad and a limited amount of shawarma. Unlike other kosher restaurants we have been to, Jerusalem Grill did not provide any additional sides such as hummus, and if you wanted even a small portion of hummus, you had to pay an additional $20. We found this to be exorbitant and unjustifiable, especially considering that other establishments in the area offer generous portions and a variety of sides at more reasonable prices. It seems that Jerusalem Grill is taking advantage of their monopoly in the area, leading them to charge whatever they please. This approach is unfair and leaves a negative impression on their customers. read more

Wow ! I'm surprised ! For the last few years I used to hate coming to Vegas for conventions cause I only keep kosher and te other kosher restuarants are really blah ! This was the first time I walked into a kosher restuarant in Vegas and the tables weren't sticky, the menus didn't have ketchup stains, I was greeted with water and some free starter salads ! Yes it's true thee guys get really busy and maybe sometimes it would take ten minutes to place your order but believe me it's worth it ! The food here is great fresh and has a nice touch of home to it ! It's very busy everytime I come but everyone always come back because once you are taken care of here it's an unbelievable tasty experience ! I EXTREMELY recommend getting the Baby Chicken Pargiyot , Rib Eye Steak , and the Shawarma is always fresh and juicy ! This restuarant made my last few visits to Vegas amazing and this is the only kosher restuarant I bother eating at ! Do you self a favor and just come here ! We decided to give this place a try, and let me tell you, the food quality was top-notch. We ordered a spread including eggplant, hummus, Persian kabab, chicken tacos, and a side of potatoes. Now, don't let the list fool you - despite the variety, the portions were surprisingly small. But hey, we're here for the taste, right? And taste-wise, we were not disappointed. Everything hit the spot, but the hummus? Oh man, it was next level - definitely up there with the best I've ever had. That said, there's one thing that's hard to overlook - the price tag. This place is seriously expensive for what you get. I heard of this spot through a coworker and decided to come with my girlfriend to try it out, especially after hearing their current price for AYCE which ranges from $17-$20. Parking out front for us seemed compact but we did come during peak hours so it was expected. The waiting area has a theater-like setup with a big TV playing movies which I thought was a unique touch and made it easy to pass time. They have the usual KBBQ side dishes and a nice selection of Appetizers. We tried the signature Premium Steak and Kings Galbi and it was nice portions and delicious. A must try! ( ^^ ) Our server Key was super helpful with the menu and made sure we were taken care of throughout the night and made our experience a lot of fun and friendly. Try to get him when you come. My criticism is not of the food here, the food was actually excellent as I've eaten at many Mediterranean restaurants in the country most likely Arab owned and operated though. As me (a black man from the Midwest), my other black friend, his white wife, their mixed child, and a white friend of mine entered to eat, nearly every patron and staffers' jaws visibly dropped! As a law enforcement officer of nearly 20 years, I could easily feel and see the tension in the air with many patrons walking out with the look of disgust on their faces! I could clearly see that this restaurant is not used to serving non-Jewish clientele as I did not see any non-Jewish customers enter in the hour or so that I was there....which strikes me as odd in such a diverse city as Las Vegas! read more

I visited Jerusalem Grill for lunch today and I had such a great experience. It was quite busy when I visited but the service couldn't have been better. I was immediately greeted at the door upon entering and each employee I came in close proximity to said hello. While I was studying the menu to decide what to try, I noticed some of the dishes the staff were bringing out to people and it stood out to me how well-presented everything was. I can safely say the standard of food here is amazing and such great variety! It's so nice to find places like this in Las Vegas that are SO close to the strip but don't have the crazy prices you would pay to eat on the strip. I flew into vegas for CES expecting little to no kosher food but to my surprise there where a small handful of kosher restaurants not too far from the strip. After visiting 3 different restaurants i can say that Jerusalem Grill is by far the best! The tapas menu was filled with middle eastern classics with a modern twist, also there hummus was delightfully authentic. But where Jerusalem Grill really shines is the beef! I was in town with a few of my non kosher partners for the CES Convention, and let me tell you THIS PLACE ROCKS! Te house was packed but because there staff is so quick the expected hour waiting turned into only 20 minutes! I had the hummus shawarma appetizer which was fantastic but my main meal was the best! Nice upscale Jewish classy restaurant. I was in Vegas last week for a week and ate dinner here every night. They have a good selection of a steak house and felafel house combined. Only issue was the prices are very high compared to any other kosher establishment. Also, they automatically add the tip in the bill, which I did not like. For example, I had to pay $3 for a side of babaganoush, should have been free of you ask me. Either way, I would probably return since there is no where else to eat in Vegas. read more

Traveling on business I was excited to find a kosher restaurant. I ordered matzo ball soup and was disappointed that it had no flavor at all. I took a couple more bites and then found not one but TWO hairs in my soup! The owners son was there that day, I showed him both hairs which were obviously not mine (I'm bald) and I told him I lost my appetite and wouldn't be eating my chicken I ordered. Pretty impressive. Was a good experience. Went two nights in a row. Tried quite a few items on the menu and all was spectacularly good. The tehina was just perfect! So smooth and tasty! Delicious! One of the greatest restaurants in Las vegas, It is kosher (and its quit hard to find delicious restaurants here), and it serves the most delicious food. Wow! Wow! Wow! Coming from California to Las Vegas for work, I did not expect better kosher food than what I have had back in LA. Must tell you guys that I enjoyed this restaurant that much, I had to visit there every day while working in las Vegas. The soups are great, the flafel is to die for and the side salads are amazing! Kosher and Vegas are usually two words that don't go well together, but the last few years Jerusalem has changed that! Always Starting with their warn falafel to their amazing hummus appetizer! My wife always get their famous chicken skewers and I'm in love with their Mediterranean Shish Kabob! This place is all about service and quality kosher! Wouldn't even bother looking anywhere else! This is my favorite kosher restaurant by far! I'm in love with a lot of the food that they have to offer along with the quality. I don't normally get kosher food but when I do, this is the place to go. Why? Evenly seasoned meat to the tender bite! I have to say that I'm totally impressed with what they do. I went to Jerusalem Grill for dinner the other night with some friends, the food is absolutely delicious I highly recommend trying as much as you can off the menu. Got shawarma platter and some non-alcoholic Israeli beer which was very tasty. The Shawarma platter was served with a large number of salads on the small plates, and fresh pitas. Pitas were excellent. Hummus was good, and tahini sauce was very good. Shawarma was pretty good as well, quite tasty. I didn't like any of the salads, however - red cabbage, green cabbage, corn, carrot, eggplant - all in all, the flavor was just not there. Good service. Overall, it was an okay experience.

For those who might get lost trying to find it, they're pretty much right across the street from Burger King. After I finally located them and walked in, it looked odd since it felt like almost behind the counter, but you can just walk around to the dining room and the front of the counter. I was recommended a couple of choices and went with the Black Angus Steak Shawarma as a Laffa wrap ($24.50). The employee had me walk over to the Chipotle-esque assembly area after and then walked me through the choices. I recall getting hummus, a mild green sauce of some kind, raw sumac onions, fried onions, fried eggplant, cucumber, pico de gallo, and purple slaw. Then the cool stuff happened when he offered to let me sample some sauce and then get multiple sauces on the side. The curry mango amba is some really challenging stuff that resembled something I've tried at some Indian lunch buffet ages ago, so I'm glad I didn't get it on the wrap. The creamy BBQ aioli (kinda like a sweeter fry sauce, I felt), dill & roasted garlic mayo, and tahini were all better options, the former going especially well with my included side of fries while the dill plays a great supporting role and the tahini just does its thing. I sat down and got to the actual wrap, and it was delicious. The laffa is fluffy and thicker than I thought it might be; it ain't a lavash, that's for sure. The steak is pretty tender, often has that char from the vertical rotisserie it was carved from, and free from chewy bits. It has a nice warming spice rub which you can get more easily before starting to experiment with sauces. All three aforementioned choices worked. Overall, it isn't cheap (especially if you don't have cash on-hand to avoid the surcharge), but I enjoyed it. I also got a bottled lemonade ($4.95) of some sort which they've imported from Israel. It had a little more actual lemon character than American brands, and I kinda plowed through that thing pretty quickly. I'm kinda curious whether the mango, peach, or grape options would have also worked. Shawarma Paradise is a very good, albeit pricey option for steak shawarma and likely for other protein needs. Check them out if you get the craving, as I'm not confident that there are many if any better spots around.

We did not research the restaurant enough before going. It turns out that they serve their very special 12 dish Vegetarian food only on Wednesday and Fridays. That was what we were looking forward to having. Other days the serving are primarily meet (Lamb and Beef) with injera. No realy selection of veggies other than a salad. The staff did their best to put something together for us and were really helpful. We'll have to come back someday to try their Veggie dishes on a Wednesday or Friday.
