What unfortunately took away from my visit was overhearing the owner publicly discussing another I.e 16 handles local business and speaking negatively about its financial situation. Whether intended or not, it came across as unprofessional and wasn't something I expected to hear as a customer dining in. Conversations of that nature are better suited for a private setting, especially in a community-focused business environment.
