This is our go-to pizza spot when we want to "splurge" a bit. It's not the cheapest but you definitely get your money's worth with their quality & consistency. Our usual order is a 14in half Mighty Meat/half Garlic Chicken. We've ordered this pizza multiple times with beer batter crust.. and each time has been the same delicious quality. The crust is slighty sweet which I think makes their pizza waaay better than other places. This time around we ordered the cinnabites thanks to another Yelp recommendation. Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting and expensive. We paid ~$30 for a gluten free spicy Thai pizza and it was terrible. I still feel sick from it nearly two hours later. It just tasted like it was loaded with sodium and oil. Flavor was completely off and the crust was burnt, not to mention it was the consistency and appearance of cardboard... oil drenched cardboard. Jet city pizza is my favorite pizza place in Marysville. The Thai pizza is delicious and they are really good about customization. I also really like the Cinnabon style cinnamon bites that they have they are perfect for an after pizza extravaganza. I find that they have pretty good customer service and they never disappoint. read more

Food here is always great. Do not I repeat do not order for delivery. Delivery was almost 30 min later than what was told to us. On top of that I tried calling the number posted online and after multiple calls where it went to a voicemail that was full someone finally answered. Now I am Korean American and speak English perfectly fine but I could not understand the person on the other line. We exchanged confused words for a few sentences and then they hung up on me. 5 min later my pizza showed up and I could not understand the delivery driver as well. I tried to explain to him that I tried calling and couldn't understand what the person on the other line was saying and he just told me that there was a language barrier. Yeah no kidding. Love jet city and the pizza but will be sticking to pickup only from now on. Out of curiosity I checked other reviews and the biggest thing I noticed is that not one of them had a response from jet city. As a small business owner myself my customers are my number one priority. The fact that they don't respond to any of the negative or positive reviews is mind boggling to me. This is only our second time ordering from this place. The first time everything was perfect and the food was delicious-the chicken was so juicy and saucy and hot we couldn't even finish them. The pasta was so good we cleaned the plate. This is why we ordered again. This time the chicken...the first wing was ok, the second was hard to get off the plate, the third was stuck to the pan so much so that I could lift the hole pan just by grabbing the wing, when you pull it half the meat sticks to the pan. The pasta tasted alright but it was burned all around the edges and top. We also ordered cheesy breadsticks but received regular breadsticks. I haven't wrote any reviews in awhile but my experience with this pizza place made me jump right back in. I ordered a delivery the other night for for the family and was not impressed. After 45 minutes and no pizza with the kids wondering why dinner was late I called and asked what was going on. I was informed the delivery guy was five minutes away and I was reassured it was fresh out of the oven and I should be patient. OK, well It showed up about 30 minutes later and was stone cold. Then on top of cold pizza the order was wrong and the driver was pissy because I gave only a $5 tip which was appropriate for a wrong order and cold food. I called and complained and I was told they would only give me a discount on my next order. Well sorry but I won't be ordering again.
