We tried Jet's last night for the first time. Ordering was a little wonky, I ordered through Yelp paid with PayPal when it got to the final screened it timed out no confirmation. I then called the store to confirm they received my order, after that I received an email confirming my order. We did pickup, which went smoothly, pizza was ready when it was said to be. We were visiting our son and decided pizza for dinner. We each ordered something different. 1st step, order online. Was extremely easy and quick. Step 2, waiting for delivery. Order came 15 min faster than estimated. Step 3, delivery guy was friendly and full of smiles. Step 4, packaging, incredible! No sliding and pizza looked perfect! Last step, taste/quality. Veggies were fresh and cooked just right that they were not too crunchy not too soft, mushrooms didn't soggy the crust. You get to pick how much/what kind of sauce and crust. Our pizzas were more than perfect!! We will for sure order again and wish we had one in our area! Best pizza we have had and we are military and move a lot so we have tried all. This is the best deep dish pizza option around. If you're in the mood for a buttery, thick crust, lots of cheese and toppings, this is the pizza for you. The cheese bread is outstanding also and I highly suggest their deep dish duo, which is a small pizza and an order of cheese bread packaged together. Honestly the Pizza was good but you just lose so many stars when you forget the marinara sauce for your jets bread. Literally ruins my "bread stick" experience when something so small is over looked. Website is hard to use. After ordering, An idem was missing from order. Second order was added but for some reason didn't go through. We were not charged. But called to reorder the missing idem and asked for the 20% off (which company offers if you order online)and to wave deliver charge. No only did manager refuse, he had a bad attitude. I will not be calling them again. This is the second problem I've had with this company. So I suggest if you do order from jets double and triple check your order. Do not expect them to take down you correct information when you order your food. I waited 2 hours for my food before calling in to see why they never called or came to deliver it. When I called about them not bringing the food they blamed me because they thought my street was in a different city and the wrote down the wrong phone number so they could not call. My street has been in the city of Delaware for over 60 years and they cannot find it Calm ST.
