Been ordering pizza from here about every two weeks for the past 18 months. Pizza is fine and the delivery guys..... we have gotten to know and like. Last Friday I placed an order online at around 4:15 to be delivered at 5:30 to feed 18 people. Called the store about 5:25 when I realized I hadn't received an order confirmation email. Female manager sounded frantic and flustered....... she confirmed they had my order and said it wasn't arriving on time. She wasn't sure if the order had been started or not. As I was struggling to figure out how to proceed, while staring at 18 hungry people expecting pizza in the next five minutes, she hung up the phone on me without resolution. I called back and spoke to another female manager. She claims the other manager said I was rude and mocked her when I was actually just confused and not sure how to proceed with the order. This second manager took the time to find a status of my order which was....not started and no idea when it would be started or when it would be delivered. I asked her to cancel my order. She said OK and rudely hung up on me. No apologies and zero care about customer service. The lack of courtesy and concern...well....but the fact that alleged "managers" would rudely hang up on a customer...... well that is just unforgivable. Whoever owns this establishment....... Recommend retraining your leadership team to get them focused on customer service and emphasis on care of your customers..... Those so called "managers"........ just wow......never been treated worse. I will never be back and will make sure all my neighbors and friends in Farragut know how poorly customers are treated at this establishment. read more

We brought dinner for a friend and wanted to order his favorite pizza. He loves this pizza sooo much that he drives to Farragut from Lenoir City. Wow! This pizza was delicious and worth the drive. The crust had a great texture and taste. I ordered the pizza online through GrubHub and it was an easy process. The pizza was ready when I arrived and stayed hot until we ate which was about 25 mins from when we picked up the order. read more

Good cheap pizza to feed the kids or the masses. Reminds of Lil Caesars but more expensive. Heavy crust that it is a little doughy, sauce is average at best. They are generous with their toppings which is plus. Very basic, very average "fast food" pizza. If I was rating for One Bite it would be 5.9 With that said I still order it often as they deliver and are close to my house, 3 kids eat it so it works. read more

This is the second time I've ordered from this marco's and will be the last! I ordered a thin crust cheese pizza with extra cheese the first one was burnt to a crisp, called to get a replacement the manager Stephane was very rude and informed me that she made the pizza and nothing was wrong with it but told me she would send another one out in an hour and a half or two, I got the replacement in about 45 mins and this is what it looked like they threw it in the box from across the store 90% of the cheese was in the corner of the box very unhappy!!!! read more

Never heard of Marco's until I moved here. I like their pizza! I mean, when you are feeling like greasy oozy cheesy pie for pizza and a move night this is your best bet. Use a lot of napkins and try to dab up some of the grease cesspool before you dig in. Oh but it's good tho! I always get the pepperoni magnifico and I never regret it. Like most other places the carry-out is easy and I prefer that since delivery takes way too long. read more

I have a sever tomato allergy and let them know as well as requested they leave the tomatoes off my chicken club sandwich. They did not. I'm really glad I checked the sandwich before eating it because it was loaded with tomatoes. I don't recommend you order from here if you have an allergy. They don't take it seriously. Since the delivery time was 2 hours, I picked up my pizza right on time, 20 minuets after I had ordered. I was surprised because the box was not hot! When got home and opened the box I realized that all the onions and green peppers on it are almost raw!!!! It was like literally someone had chopped onion on the pizza after it was cooked and put it in the box!!! The mushrooms were also from a can and not fresh ones!!! So disappointed.... Wow. Hats off to Marco's Pizza for being hands down the best pizza delivery in West Knoxville. This place blows the other big chains out of the water. Their toppings are fresh and generous, and you can tell the regular dough is handmade and not that frozen junk. And their thin crust is even better if you like thin crust. I love just a plain ol' sausage and black olive pizza, but their specialties are delicious too. You gotta try the BBQ Chicken. I'm not big on breadsticks so I don't ever get Cheesy Bread, but those cinnamon things are outta this world. i just got an order delivered , i am so disappointed , they got the order wrong, and then i tried to make the best of it , but the food was really bad , i got the meatball bake a dried up mess of cut up meatballs and sausage , it was over cooked , with cheese on the top , in a flimsy container with a paper lid , the second thing i ordered was wings and they sent me dippers , they were over breaded and terribly dry.. they offered me a credit for this , but i wont go back and claim it , this was the worse food i have ever gotten :( it was omg , terrible. read more
