Accidentally ordered from this store since their "automated" ordering system intercepted my call. It didn't announce that it was the Farragut store and enticed me to use it by offering a discount. When I showed up to the west store, obviously my order wasn't ready, so they called for me and cancelled the order at Farragut. Three hours later, noticed I still hadn't received refund. Tonight's the third time in a row we've come in and the dining room was closed. Only the bar area was open and packed full. I get they've got a lot of regulars who enjoy the bar area but it's difficult to get or keep new customers this way. They used to have one guy dedicated to keeping the dining room seated, orders taken and drinks kept full, and did most of the bussing. Guess he's not replaceable. read more

I have known of this location for years. I've passed it by for years. Recently I decided to take my lady friend in for a pizza and some beers. It's hands down my favorite pizza in Knoxville. We get the deep dish Hawaiian (small...which is plenty to split) and it's ALWAYS on point. Wednesday they have cheap wing specials which make for a great appetizer. They also have beer specials. Friendly staff and management. It's a local bar...you'll see the same faces there each week but everyone always seems to be in a good mood. Go hungry. Leave happy. read more

I am not a carry out pizza fan at all. In fact, I really don't care for most Italian food. The vast majority are tasteless compilations of mediocre crust and cheap tomato sauce. This weekend was my second time eating a Jet's delivery pizza. We got the All Meaty and the BLT. The All Meaty had a tasteful combination of sausage, pepperoni, bacon, and hamburger on a thick, square crust. The BLT actually somewhat resembled he taste of a BLT. As much as I don't care for pizza, I especially don't like non-traditional combinations but the BLT was alright. Now, with all that said, they initially delivered the wrong pizza but corrected it with another pizza and they charged our credit card twice. That is going to require us to make a trip back to their business to correct it which more than negates the convenience of having a pizza delivered. read more

Never post reviews but today is the day. Crap! stale crust, toppings chopped up to bits n pieces and near zero amount of it. Nothing to eat all day so was super hungry. Getting a bowl of cereal. Everyone raved about the pizza and yes it was really good. We love the whole bar atmosphere but so many standing and who ever the little female bartender is what a disaster she was. She didn't no us and was touchy and didn't make since. The couple beside us said yea she needs to go. The manger came over and finished our order she was awesome. It gets 3 stars for the pizza. The delivery driver was not very nice and asked that we "never order from them again as we were outside the delivery area." So, we entered it in Google Maps and were are only 13 mins from the restaurant which sounds reasonable. In addition, the online ordering system allowed us to order. We also informed him that we had ordered from them before and had it delivered and the driver said "No you didn't" insisting that were lying. We will NEVER order from this location again. I spoke to a manager regarding the fact that we found a fly in our pizza. Her response was "Okay? There are flies in restaurants." I said mam I didn't order a fly as a topping on my pizza and she "Okay? What do you want me to do about to??" Proceeded to hang up on me twice with people yelling in the back ground and told ME I was disrupting her Mother's Day. Please know that Ms. Angela could care less that there are flies in your pizza that you are supposed to feed to your children and is extremely RUDE to have a manager role. Good pizza, nice bar but the manager on duty when I was here with family is terrible talking to her employees. Very unprofessional. If I had a son or daughter working her under her I would have addressed it my self. It's a shame to have a great product and location killed by her. I will not go back just because of this. My pizza arrived tonight burnt around the edges. When I called to let them know, I was told, "I don't know what to tell you". I then asked what they do in this type of situation and was told they would get a manager. After waiting approximately 7+ mins on hold for a manager, the same employee came back to the phone to say again, he didn't know what to tell me and that he tried to talk to a manager but the manager was " too busy" to listen. I then asked specifically to speak to a manager personally and was put on hold yet again. When someone finally picked up the phone it was again, another employee who said he didn't know this was the call he was answering and please hold for a manager, and which point I just hung up the phone. With so many choices for delivery/takeout/dine in pizza in the Farragut area, I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Had another great pizza here drove 50 miles from Lafollettte TN well worth the trip we had the deep dish crust is AWESOME

We are new to the area and we wanted to try something new, we were intrigued by the Jets Pizza Detroit deep dish so we gave it a try. My whole family loved it, we did take out and it was prepared on time and was fresh when we picked it up. I love how the calories are listed online and on the brochure at the store. My wife ordered it online and found the process to be fairly intuitive. The only complaint is my daughter has celiac disease so it would be awesome if you found a way to dedicate a gluten free area that would make the gluten free pizzas safe for celiacs. Otherwise, great pizza and great service. We will be back for more. read more

My #1 go to pizza place in Farragut and West Knoxville. It's consistently delicious and the four corner pizza, I love that. I have never actually dined inside, but have picked it up often, and even had delivery when I was lazy (or already in my pajamas). I've always received courteous and "on time" service here for pick up too. My #2 go to is Marcos, for different reasons. Can't go wrong with Jets. read more

The Pizza was great. I love this brand and this location was consistent. We got a pizza and a antipasto salad and a Jet's Bread as part of a special combo. Everything was delicious and was exactly what we needed. When I called from our hotel to order, Joe answered and was incredibly friendly. He sounded like he was busy but wanted to give me his time to ensure I got what I wanted. Great customer service is lacking in a lot of places these days, so I was impressed. We ordered for delivery and were told we'd have to wait about an hour for our pizza, which was fine with us. However, it came in about 30-35 minutes instead. It might have been a classic "under-promise, over-deliver" deal, but we were happy that we only had to wait half the time. read more

Stopped around 3:30 and ordered 2 pizzas to be delivered at 5:30 for a birthday party.At Six pm I called and asked where were the pizzas, they said they just put them in the oven. Not too shabby! A couple of co-workers and I chipped in for a BBQ chicken pizza a few times many moons ago, it was quite delicious. And very fast delivery, making the name of the place pretty appropriate. I know Knoxville doesn't have much in the way of good pizza but the reviews were pretty positive so I figured I would try it. I ordered pizza and a cheese bread duo something, they forgot the sauce so the cheese bread was not good and got thrown out. The pizza is still pizza at the end of the day but basically this is a little Caesars very greasy and at the end of your meal you will be filled with regret and sadness. I hate to say the best pizza in town is a chain...but it is. The four corner pizza is the best in town. Get turbo crust. The Two slices + a drink for $5 is the best DEAL in town too. No commie goat cheese, wood-fired bs, with stained floors and college drop-out guy with beard talking about "craft" beer here, just REALLY good pizza. Wings are fair. Bad, bad pizza. Bad service and be careful they will add a charge in to your debit card 3 times. I called the manager and said it was pending 3 times and was told that it will only be charged once. it was charged once but 2 pending's still remine after 6 days.
