Just ordered a NY large style pizza and a chef salad. They had it ready super fast but when I brought it home the "NY style large" pizza looked no different from a pizza Hut medium... it was only a 13". I called them in hopes that I mistakenly picked up the wrong pizza but no they informed me a NY style was in fact this size... sorely disappointed and will not be ordering from there again. Especially since it was obviously overcooked. Our jaws were actually tired of chewing. The salad was decent until I got a chunk of lettuce where the center tasted like dirt. The pizza here is absolutely delicious. I'm used to the typical chains, and I like them, but Jet's is a step above. I especially like the deep dish: thick, chewy, flavorful, with fresh ingredients and tasty sauce. Make sure you try the turbo crust, too. It adds a nice garlicky flavor on top of the rest of the deliciousness. This particular location is prompt and courteous. We order from here at least once a month. read more

I would give it a 3.5 if I could because I think 3 is too low, but 4 is too high. I was expecting better but was kind of disappointed. Not that it wasn't good, it was, but the toppings weren't really fresh. The mushrooms were canned. The price was decent though and the people there were friendly. The only reason that I expected better because everyone was saying it was better than Papa John's and it's really not. The pizza toppings kind of reminded me of Little Caesar's. The best thing to do is not read reviews and try it for yourself otherwise you will be disappointed and want to compare. I ordered delivery pizza deep dish pepperoni and BBQ chicken. The pizza was cold and the pepperoni was dry like it had no sauce on it and the cheese was sitting on top like it was frozen. I love Jet's! I've only ever ordered deep dish square pizza, but it's always delicious. They offer a lot of ways to personalize, not just toppings but crusts as well. They do a good job of predicting wait times if you carry out/order in person. I will continue coming to Jet's because of the exceptional customer service! I went here because I saw some announcement that they were the best pizza place in Flower Mound (or best in Denton county or something) for 2019. Well, it's not very good and not worth buying again. Got a cheese pizza with their deep dish Detroit crust. I think the most important part of an American pizza is the crust. Crust is far from the best - it's fairly Pizza Hut-like, which is also not a very good pizza. Not only that, the tomato sauce was kind of empty. Perhaps it needs more vegetables and longer simmering time? A little detail: the side cup of sauce they provided with their cheesed up bread was cold. Competition in the DFW metroplex is fierce, so there's no reason anyone ever need to come here unless, of course, it's close to you and want convenience. For another chain, I find Marco's and even Domino's to be better. At any rate, Jet's is a far cry from the good pizza that's found in the Northeast and New York. Sorry. read more

I have listened to a friend of mine from Michigan (that lives here in Texas now) rave about this place for years. Apparently that's where this pizza chain started. Last night the boyfriend and I passed this new location in Flower Mound so I requested a stop to see if it was worth all the hype. First, they have a bunch of different flavors/seasonings for the crust. That's a unique perk we thought. We were told to try the deep dish as it's the most popular. We opted for the standard deep dish with pepperoni but then found out they also have spicy pepperoni! Hello!!!! We added that too. We chose the turbo crust flavor. Well....we LOVED it! Can't wait to go back. This pizza is worth traveling for since we don't live nearby. Prices were reasonable. Next time we plan to try the Jets bread too. The guys that work there are really friendly. We sat in the car while waiting for the pizza and our cashier hand-delivered it out to the car. :) we WILL be back! read more

The deep dish pizza is very good. It has a nice crust and the toppings taste fresh. The garlic cheese bread was also good. The only thing I didn't like was the price. It's pretty expensive. We ordered a large deep dish with 4 toppings, cheese bread, and a medium regular pizza with 1 topping and it came to over $40. As much as I like this place I'll do Dominoes for about $10-15 less. read more

Yes, the pizza is to die for. And the owners and co-workers are very friendly. But when I worked here they watched the cameras 24/7.. Yes it's good to watch the cameras but you have to understand that this is just a PIZZA PLACE. I don't think that it's right for you to watch every single move and if you don't like what they are doing, you call immediately. Yall act like watching the cameras is a hobby. read more

I ordered 2 pizzas and a 20 ounce bottle of Sprite for my daughter. The pizza took almost 50 minutes to get to my house, even though I only live 1.4 miles from the restaurant and was quoted a 35 minute lead time. When my order did get there, it was incomplete missing the drink. I tipped the driver 5 bucks, but brought up the missing drink. He checked the receipt, noticed I had paid for a drink and said he would be right back. We finished eating and he had still not returned, so I called the restaurant to ask where he was, since I had PAID for an item and didn't receive it. The drive answered the phone and said he was about to head out, so I asked him to bring another drink too as I was now thirsty. I gave him my card number, and he typed it in wrong, so I asked how much the second drink was because I probably had enough in spare change to pay for it. He said well it is $1.39 for the drink and $2.50 for the DELIVERY CHARGE?!?!, What I had already paid for the initial drink and the only reason he was coming back out is because he made a mistake. I told him to forget it and hung up, so I hope Jet's enjoyed that free Sprite on me. I will be sharing this experience with my co-workers and neighbors. Customer service isn't hard, or rocket science. I had to drive to Sonic to get my daughter a drink, also my wife is having a girls' night out and I was hoping Jet's could help me out with an easy dinner, no such luck. Stick to Enzo's or even Domino's for your pizza needs in Flower Mound, both of those places offer exceptional customer service. ***UPDATE*** The owner of this restaurant contacted me and explained that he was sorry and offered me an in store credit for my troubles. One of the Jet Pizza delivery drivers just about T-boned my car. It was a small pickup tannish/brown. My turn to go and I'm nearly in the intersection and he floors it to get in front of me coming from my left. Had I not stopped, he certainly would have crashed right into my driver side. The large Jet's Pizza sign on top of the truck was large enough to notify me to stay away from this place as they are unable to hire dependable safe drivers. read more

Best pizza! Best service (especially Dallas, who always has a smile)! We've been going there since a couple of weeks after it opened. Haven't gone anywhere else! We've had the hand tossed and the 8 corner, both with pepperoni and butter and shredded parm cheese on the crust. Excellent beyond belief! Son had the wings and liked them very much as well! VERY excited to have Jet's Pizza in Flower Mound! We stop by while out riding our bikes...to take a break and have a slice. Amazing pizza...and I am pretty picky when it comes to pizza. I am usually a thin crust lover...but their deep dish slices of cheese are incredible. The service is very fast when ordering slices to go. We haven't ordered a complete pizza nor have we tried delivery so I can't comment on that. We will definitely be stopping in once a week :). read more
