I was in the mood for pizza and had not had Jet's Pizza in a long time so decided to give it a try one night. They are know for their Detroit style pizza and it's thick crust. I ordered the Detroit style pizza topped with pepperoni and mushroom with a side of dipping sauce on the side through Uber Eats. The pizza itself was Ok, but not that great. The crust was good, but there was no flavor to the pizza. It was very bland overall. The side of dipping sauce did help make a difference with the pizza. I have driven past the location and looked inside, and the ambiance does look nice and colorful for a pizza place. From what I have heard, the service is decent and ok, but not explemetary. Since I did order through Uber Eats, I cannot speak to the actual service at the location, but the service was wonderful through Uber Eats. However, I can say that I will not order Jet's Pizza again because it is just not my favorite. read more

I wanted pizza for dinner while staying here in Carmel at the Drury Plaza. I used the Yelp app to search the area and recognized several places I've eaten at before including Jet's. I chose Jet's because their service has been fast in the past, I like eating their pizza and we were carrying out. I ordered my usual hamburger, green pepper and onion on a large thin crust but added pepperoni to one half this time for myself. My sister ate the other half without the pepperoni. She had never had Jet's before and said she liked their thin crust. I'm glad I ordered the pepperoni because it wasn't spicy at all. We had no trouble finding the place and parking was available right at the door. They have three tables inside available for dine-in if you are interested. read more

Incredible pizza! Always amazing every time. The crust is immaculate. Even just a cheese pizza is so dang good. I was disappointed in the boneless wings though. The breading on them was very soggy and the buffalo sauce was very thin so didn't cover them well (saucy). We love the pizza, though, and will be getting it again. read more

I normally do not review places when just running in to pick up a pizza but the service was absolutely stellar at Jet's Pizza! Not only is this my family's favorite pizza place but today I had some pretty fantastic service! My father placed an online order but it wouldn't allow him to put in his promo code for some free Jet's Bread. I brought the coupon to the store and was immediately greeted and noticed the store was cleaner than I remember in the past. There was no hesitation for them to allow us to use the coupon though the order had already been paid for. I know they've had a few changes in management lately but if you've ever had a bad experience, please come back in and give them another try! I do not think you will be disappointed. read more

This place has really good service. As a joke, I ask them to draw various things on my boxes, and every single time they do it. I'm not sure if they have very bored artists back there or they just love to please, but it always makes me laugh to see how creative they can get. The pizza is pretty good, my favorite so far in the city. The place is so unassuming, but I think the quality is better than a chain like Donatos or Papa Johns. Jet's pizza at Nora is some of the best in its class. It's like what Little Caesars aspires to be, but can't quite achieve, albeit only on rare occasions. What Jet's has going for it is its consistency, and a good price to pizza quality ratio. You get excellent pizza for the price, even at the low end of what they make. No fancy advertising, or ridiculous pizza design variations and unpredictable pricing structures. Nope. Just good pizza at the same, reasonable price, every time. I usually get the rectangle pizza with various toppings. You can get a lot of pizza for well under $20. Each slice is usually pretty hefty (rectangle pizza), and very filling. Jet's is super good. Poor delivery service through Grubhub and order never showed and the manager didn't do anything to correct the situation, just passed the blame on someone else. I had a bad review on here once and now this makes a second poor experience so overall my faith in Jets pizza for having the best interest for the customer is gone! Never use again. If you are hungry...Order somewhere else. Awful. Don't order food from here because they are clearly lacking with their management basics and not trying to find a solution, rather just passing the blame on someone else! This doesn't work for me. I love Jet's Pizza! We switched to this location after our previous fave seemed to be having some quality control issues and was not offering the same specials we have come to know and love. This location has been excellent. They are friendly, and our order is always ready on time. If you have not tried Jet's Pizza, it is DELICIOUS. It's a deep dish pizza (they also have thin crust, but why?) in the Detroit style (not Chicago style), with the cheese on tops where it belongs. I ordered a pizza to the wrong address and then re-ordered the pizza and they gave me a credit for the first pizza. Then I ordered a pizza close to their closing time and they told me that it would be delivered that night. I grew up having birthday parties at a Jets Pizza place that had an arcade attached to it. While this place doesn't have an arcade they matched my expectations for the delicious fluffy deep dish pizza. Chicken Alfredo provided a more grown-up taste than the classic pepperoni served at those numerous birthdays. Never forget jets bread! Also, they're fast enough that it's worth it to just order and pick up all at once- I meandered around Goodwill for 15 minutes while the pizza and bread was in the oven. read more

Ordered my first pizza from Jets. It was amazing. The thin crust was wonderful, crisp and done all the way through. The sauce was delicious and the toppings were fresh. The lady on the phone was courteous and very helpful; she even added a couple of coupons to my order that reduced the price. How can you disagree with that? The delivery was really fast and the delivery guy was really friendly. I don't normally go on and on about Pizza, but this one was certainly worth it. Great job Jets! read more
