    Veggie Pizza

I think this is the best Jet's location on the north side, possibly in town IMO! Last time I tried to order from the Glendale (62nd St) location on a Saturday night because I was closer to it than Lake Circle. Online they had already closed (~9pm)? Which was strange to me, but maybe they did not have staff or were too busy. Regardless, I placed my order online at this location. My food was ready within the 20 minute estimate; when I arrived they were just finishing up my Greek salad and the friendly young man at the counter let me know it would only be another minute. While a pizza place is a pizza place, this kitchen appears cleaner than others and the employees here are always friendly and courteous. I tip them accordingly for that reason, and appreciate their commitment to quality here.

    Oh yum, sausage mushroom

Pizza!! Great place for pizza We ordered: medium cheese pizza $10.99 Large mushroom and sausage pizza $16.77 8 pc mild wing's $8.49 Medium garden salad $8.99 The Pizzas are GREAT! We really liked them and the price is good! Just a little puffiness to the crust, which we thought was just right. Great amount of toppings and cooked well. The wings were ok... if you need a wing fix, this will do... but they weren't my favorite. A few of the bones were broken. Sauce was good without being too spicy for mild, but your young kids probably wouldn't be able to eat it. And they were also a bit greasy. Since they were small and not to my most favorable liking (and that's my opinion), I found them to be a little bit overpriced, too. The Salad was good! I would have liked it to be a little larger for the price and what was included on it... but i did eat it all and enjoyed it! We didn't get to interact much due to pick up ordering... so I can't much comment on the staff. But pick up went quick and smooth... once they found our order. We enjoyed this for pizza night... and we will return!

    Extra everything but pepperonis

Use to be my favorite Jets location but in the last year, pizza has been hit or miss. It's always extra cheesy and saucy when i didn't ask for that. That messes with the integrity of the crust and pizza as a whole. I even ask for well done and that's not always granted either. Pretty disappointing. I think I'll have to find another location.

Large Jet 10 minus onion, add jalapeño, light cheese, extra sauce

Pleasantly surprised! Website ordering was great- super customizable- which I loved! Ordered the Jet 10, thin crust, cut the onions, added jalapeño. Also picked light cheese and extra sauce. The only bummer was we added the "flavorized" garlic crust- couldn't taste it at all. I figure it would've been more of an impact if we'd have something other than thin crust though! Everything else was perfect! Crust was the right balance of chewy can crispy- wait you can customize that too! We selected normal- but you could choose light bake or well done! Again- very happy! Plus they delivered right on time!

My favorite pizza place. I love a good deal and Jet's always seems to have one. Whether in those Val-pack mailings, rewards through Flocktag, or just random specials I have used it all to my advantage. I wouldn't work this hard if the pizza wasn't good, in fact, I just wouldn't even go. I always order the small deep dish sausage and cheese with turbo crust ( I love that you can flavorize the crust) and when I call in they already have my name in the system. This past time I visited I had a Flocktag reward so I got a large deep dish. When I went to pick up my order, it was messed up. There was a new person that originally took my order and didn't get it correct, but I didn't trip. The manager just made a new order and asked if I wanted to keep the pizza or they would have to toss it. I kept the pizza because I knew I had at least two friends that would eat it. Since I've become a patron at this establishment I've had orders messed up quite a few times, but the customer service that I received, whether calling in or in person, was good I won't lower my rating anything below 4 stars.

Delivered cold wrong pizza. When I called to ask for the correct pizza to be delivered I was told they would credit me for that pizza. I said no I want the correct pizza delivered. They said what do you mean no? I repeated me request adding that I paid $70 dollars for two small pizzas, bread sticks, and a brownie. I should get what I ordered since it was so expensive. He said well people make mistakes. They did not offer anything more than to make and deliver the correct pizza. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will NEVER order there again and I'd advise you to choose a different pizza place

I should have just gotten a frozen pizza. Their pizza has an odd flavor along with being burnt and cold. Not wasting my money on this again.

We went at 12:45 on a Thursday afternoon. We had a large group and were told it was about a thirty minute wait (which was fine). The food was good. I'm not a huge fan of Chicago style deep dish pizza but I hadn't had it in a few years. The crust was ok but not flaky enough. The sauce had a good tomato flavor and a bit on the chunky side. There were only a few pieces of sausage and the cheese was not very noticeable in the flavor profile. My Caesar salad was very good with lots of Parmesan cheese. The service left a lot to be desired. I'm not being critical of our server but rather the overall management of the service. They were very understaffed as servers were taking orders, bringing food and drinks, and clearing tables. The food came out of the kitchen slow. And there was one person (who I assume was a manager) who stood around with his arms folded, biting his nails, and doing nothing to help the servers. I'm sorry but if you are short staffed, roll up your sleeves and help clear tables or bring drinks. He did nothing while the servers ran from place to place. In the end, the food was ok but our experience lacked efficient service and I wouldn't go back to this Giordano's location again. There are a lot of other options in the area.

Honestly, the food was delish. The Brussels sprouts were AMAZING! Smoked wings were good too. We absolutely loved the pizza. The truffle fries were okay. Many TVs at the bar, so it's a great spot to catch a game. I also liked the layout of the room - particularly the booths, in relation to where the TVs are. The hummus had a lot of paprika on top of it, but that seemed to enhance the flavor. I had the prime rib French dip with a side of fruit and my wife had the same sandwich, but with a side of fries instead. The prime rib French dip was nice, tender, and juicy, melt in your mouth good. I wish they had supplied more au jus or a wider container for it. The fruit tasted nice and fresh as well. This was an expensive meal at nearly $100 after tip, but I can see myself coming here again someday. Just not very often due to cost. The ambiance consisted mostly of gamers milling about and talking as well as having a wall of televisions showing different things. A bit of a sensory overload at the time.

Our pizza came out surprisingly fast, especially considering everything is made fresh. We ordered pepperoni, sausage, and red onion, and they absolutely loaded it with toppings. Crispy, blistered crust, gooey cheese, and enough pepperoni to make me stop counting after about bite three. It was honestly love at first bite. One tip: don't skip the restroom before you leave. I won't spoil it, but whoever decorated those walls and that door clearly had some fun. King Dough nails that balance between casual neighborhood pizza joint and destination-worthy meal. A little soggy with butter but I mean.. it's butter. Is that bad? Dipping cheese was better than your standard stadium nacho cheese. Chopped salad was very fresh. Not the most interesting but still good. Hot Honey chicken wings were clearly freshly battered and fried. Incredible. Very similar to Korean Fried Chicken. Alcohol: Beer and wine option were good. Could use a couple more wine options. Beer and wine had a great range of styles and prices. Bar looked very well stocked for mixed drinks or drinking neat. Service: Staff was kind and helpful. They could have been slightly more available. The food did take a while longer than I would have expected for it not being that busy. But with how fresh it was, I'm sure it's because they were making it fresh. Ambiance: Tons of space. Ultra family friendly. Board games, yard games, ping pong, fire pits. Awesome! Train tracks across the parking lot were a fun side benefit. Kids loved watching the trains go by. Drinking out of plastic cups wasn't my favorite but I understand why. Location: Next to North Mass Boulder. Not a great part of town but felt safe once you're there. Final thoughts: If you're downtown and have kids, you gotta stop here especially if it's nice outside.
