I understand if you're busy, but you should still not waste an hour and a half of someone's time waiting and then telling them their pizza will be ready in 15 minutes. I got a refund however they should've offered me a free pizza next time otherwise they just lost a good customer.

On the phone she was extremely irritated with having to take our order so at pick up my husband walks up and she goes what's up, what's up aggressively before he can even say I'm here to pick up. He then said to her hey can I be honest she said sure he said when working in customer service I think it's important to be patient and kind when handling customers and she completely flipped out on him saying all kinds of curse words in front of a child. Saying you can get out of my store right now and you have till the count of three to get out or I'm calling the police. My husband then said you're gonna speak like that in front of a 7 year old, she then told him she'll be giving our pizza order away to the people who worked there.
