Not your typical Chicago style pizza. My fiance and I have order from here twice. The first time was good we picked up a 8 corner pizza and it was great. It is perfect for us, as I am a meat lover, and she's a vegetarian. This style pizza allows us to order half and half without my side touching her vegetarian side. First Experience: Good pizza, not Chicago or New York pizza, but a change of pace is nice every now and then. Second Experience: Didn't go so well. We ordered delivery as we were being lazy and working on wedding details at home. We were starved ordered the pizza (arriving in 20 minutes when quoted 30 minutes--which we were excited about). After opening the box we weren't so happy. There were hairs all over the pizza, I'm not sure what exactly happened....We called back and we got a replacement pizza in about 30 more minutes.... waiting on it we just made something around the house. We called back and the manager apologized but didn't comp or take care of the pizza. We love Jet's pizza! We live relatively close and for the price- you can not beat it. Good quality and always tastes fresh. SPEEDY delivery ... is this why they call it "Jet's" ? LOL Most importantly for us is that it is peanut free- as my child has life threatening allergies The owner takes this extremely seriously. He does not even allow employees to bring food in with nuts. If we can find a "safe" place for our child to eat and it actually tastes good, we will be happy. read more

I'll start by saying that I do love jets pizza. But this location is the worst. They have horrible customer service and don't care. I ordered a pizza to be ready at 11:30 am. When I got there, there wasn't anyone at the counter. After a couple of minutes, someone walked by to do something with the ovens, but never acknowledged me. I could see my order in the warming cart, so I knew it was ready. After another couple of minutes, I called the store while in the store. When they answered, I told them I was at the counter to pick up my pizza. He told me he was going to check on my pizza and put me on hold. After another minute or so, the employee came to the front and asked me if I needed anything. I told him that I was the one calling the store phone because I had been waiting for my pizza. Another employee came up, asked me my name, and asked if I was sure this was my pizza because there was someone calling on the phone about it. I told him that was ME! It was the most absurd interaction. You would at least think the employees would have been expecting me since I told them the exact time I would be there. I contacted customer service about the incident, and no one got back to me. We will not be ordering from this location again. read more

My first time, I walked in and felt boxed in by the hallway. I was the only one there. I heard a faint voice (over the turbine engine background noise) yelling "I'll be right with you", but never arrived. Five minutes later I walked out hungry and not happy. Two weeks later, I returned to the same scenario - exactly, only this time someone actually showed up at the counter to help me. I got the two slice & drink lunch special (all they had was pepperoni thick crust). The taste and quality were surprisingly good but are not enough to get me back into their (any Jets) store again. Evidently, there is always only one person working each store and they're running around like a hampster in a wheel-cage. If you walk in and see one or more customers already ahead of you.. leave immediately, as you are sure to be waiting the whole of your lunch hour for service. OH MY GOSH. I can't rave enough about this place. We unfortunately found it because my sis came to visit and stopped at jewel and said, hey there's a coupon for this pizza place on this receipt, you should check it out. Well, we did, and I wish we hadn't because it's the most delicious pizza in the entire world. I call and place the order and it is AT MY DOOR in less than 20 minutes. I don't know how they do it. You HAVE to get the deep dish or 8-corner pizza, and don't forget to FLAVORIZE it...because it makes it even more delicious. We eat it with a little Frank's Red Hot on top...yum. We always get the combo with the boneless bbq wings and pizza bread, which are both delicious. Damn you guys for making such delicious pizza...it's worth every calorie. Besides the fact it taste like Little Ceasers but cost more. On top of that their service IMO sucks. I ordered from there two times. I ordered from there a second time because I needed something quick and they deliver. The Moron on the phone took my order and called me back a half hour later saying they don't deliver to my house because it was 20 miles away. WRONG it is only 3 miles which is about a 5 min drive away and they have delivered it before. Besides that even if they were correct which they weren't they shouldn't call you a half hour and tell you they can't deliver. These people are simpletons don't waste your time. read more

Didn't exactly hate the pizza but wasn't exactly in love with it either. Quality was mediocre and my all meaty thin crust looked and tasted like a frozen pizza I would get at the grocery store but at a pizzeria price. Didn't like how the inside made me feel boxed in since the interior was pretty much a hallway. Everyone employed there looks to be of high school age so the service is what it is. On 12/23/17 at 4:21 p.m, I contacted your Naperville South location via telephone to inquire what time they were closing on Christmas Eve. I spoke with a young lady who related the store would be closing at 8 p.m. On 12/24/17, at 4:58 p.m.I placed an online order for six pizzas, to be picked up at 7:30 p.m. The pizzas were paid for by credit card at that point. These pizzas were to feed a group of professionals who would be away from their families on a holiday. At 7:12 p.m. I recieved a call from the Naperville location, stating they were closed and would not be fulling my order. The subject on the phone, who identified herself as "Emma", told me not to worry about it, because I would be getting a refund....Emma continued to be rude and disrespectful during the rest of the conversation. I understand the employees want to be home with their families, so did mine. I gave the store a two hour heads up that this was coming. It would have been much easier to make alternative arrangements if they would have called me when I placed the order. I have always enjoyed their product, but Jets will no longer have my business. I was addicted after the first bite. Love the crust and the sauce is amazing. This pizza is one of the few pizzas that reheat perfectly. I always get pepperoni and extra sauce. There are a lot of pizza places to choose from, and while taste is of course the first step in determining if you like a particular pizza, customer service, at least for me, is a very close second. Sadly, while I like the taste of the pizza, I don't like it enough to be willing to sacrifice good, quality, genuine customer service. In placing an order for a business function, I was proactive and spoke with the GM "Mike" the day before to plan out the order and the specific time I needed the order to be at our facility. As it was a large order, "Mike" had all the time in the world to talk to me, joke, and hear and promise to meet my specific and necessary timeframe of delivery for the next day. Fast forward to the expected time of delivery and guess what? No delivery. Almost 20 minutes later was when we received our $150.00 order and after three attempts to speak with "Mike the GM", I was told he was too busy to take my call. I left a fourth message at the end of the day to no avail. When I returned to work today and had not received a phone call by 12:30pm, I called and got "Mike the GM" answering the phone. Says he never received my message, as there is another Mike who works there. I spoke with various staff members as I left messages, and no one mentioned or asked which Mike. Apparently the size of the staff at this location is so large, that not one message got to ALL Mikes. He offered excuses, barely taking responsibility and ultimately offered nothing in the way of attempting to keep my business. While he asked me to "talk Jets up" while l was ordering my $150.00 order, I cannot in good conscience "talk Jets up". Business must be good for them because it truly appeared that my disappointment was of no consequence to them. Look for another place to order your pizza, where good food and good customer service go hand in hand. read more

I'm originally from Detroit and grew up on this kind of pizza. When I saw they were opening just south of 95th Street on Rt. 59, I was excited. Ever since they opened two years ago, bringing pizza in means about a 7 mile drive from my home in Oswego to get it, but it is totally worth the drive. Get the square, deep dish pizza with your choice of toppings. This is traditional Detroit-style pizza and it is awesome! No disrespect to Chicago-style pies, which still have a place in my heart (literally, you should see my Cholesterol numbers), but this is an awesome addition to your fridge's pizza place magnet collection. While not the best Detroit (or sometimes called "Sicilian") style pizza in the world, it is the best in the Western 'Burbs. I recommend their meat options. Pepperoni, and Spicy Pepperoni are the best, but ham and sausage are good as well. The pizza is greasy, which is just the way you want it! Their salads and Jet bread are good, and a meal isn't complete without the antipasto, but the pizza is the center piece. I believe they've recently opened a location in north Naperville if this location is too far, and they're popping up all over Chicagoland. read more

First of all, let me start by saying the pizza is delicious. But that is where it ends for me. The first time we ordered from here we got 2 toppings on our pizza. The delivery driver arrived after about an hour (there was a snowstorm) and when my husband casually said "Hey, how ya doing?" the delivery driver responded "I hate my job". Wow!! Okay then. When we opened the pizza we were disappointed because we ended up with very sparse toppings. We really thought nothing of it at first and chocked it up to being a busy night. The second time we ordered we told them in advance about our past experience with the toppings and they apologized. We ordered a plain cheese pizza duo. When it arrived the entire pizza was covered with a grated romano cheese which we neither ordered nor expected because our first pizza did not come with it. We were not too pleased since neither my husband nor I liked the taste. We called back and spoke to a manager. He put a credit for the value of another pizza on our account. The third time we ordered we used one of the web coupons for an X-large pizza. Again we ordered 2 toppings and told the order taker about our past experience with sparse toppings. They applied our coupon and account credit. About two minutes later the general manager called us back and told us he could not accept both the coupon and the account credit. Okay, that's fine. But really? Call us back and take the $2 coupon away? He should have just let it go and then told his employee not to do that again. Again, when the pizza arrived we had very sparse toppings - probably worse than the first time. We are never ordering here again. Not only are the employees rude, but they have very poor quality control on their pizzas. read more
