my family and i went to a local movie in pompano beach. we did not have any dinner that night. as we were driving around looking for a good local pizza restaurant in pompano beach. we saw a sign jet's pizza. we stopped by there as we had a menu with coupons in our car . we ordered a large detroit style pizza , wings, salad, and drinks to take home. it was the best pizza we ever had. the detroit style pizza was so tasty as it had a great crispy delicious crust. we met the owner, nick there at the register. he actually told us what to order . we listened to him. now, we go there 2x a week there to get pizza and wings for our takeout dinner meals. we now only go there, no other local pizza restaurants. once you go there, you will become a regular customer. you can dine in, order takeout orders . try it, you will love it ! read more

We love our Jets Pizza!] Since I can't get in touch with the manager of this franchise, this review will have to suffice. If someone in management can contact me, I'd appreciate it. We've been ordering from this store for over 6 years almost on a weekly basis. Have always placed the order and my husband goes to pick up and pay. Tonight, for the first time ever, the kid on the phone tells me I have to give him a card number to place the order. I explain that my husband is coming to pick it up and will pay for it and he tells me they do this all the time. I said I can't give him my husband's card number because my husband has his card and I don't have it. He said "oh well". I just need management to confirm that this is some new policy for the store. If so, sad though it makes me as Jets pizza has been our favorite, we will find another business to give our money to. If this is not store policy, please let your employee know his attitude has cost you a regular customer. read more

The delivery person came to my house .i was using the bathroom when he came they said he called me and the store called .I'm not in the habit of bringing my phone in the bathroom with me .when I went outside he was parked by my house when I got to the sidewalk he took off.i called the store they said he was having a hard time finding me. There are so many words I could use to describe Jet's; classy, cheesy, delicious! But let me bring two new words onboard a "bringer together". A couple of months ago, my school, Pompano Beach High hosted a debate tournament. Jet's Pizza was thankfully one of our sponsors. The PBHS Debate Team was delighted with their delicious cheesy pizza, but the most important thing the little bites of goodness did was bring our team together. Awesome pizza shop. Thick, handtossed or thin, everyone gets their favorite! Easy to order using phone and delivery is quick. I love the deep-dish, sauce has a nice tang. And the deep-dish is almost better the day after too! They also have our family favorite, banana pepper rings. read more

Let me just start by saying how delicious everything is at Jet's. I am a huuuge fan of the deep dish crust and highly recommend it! The salads are always fresh and I order at least once a week! The location is convenient, especially since I work 2 blocks away. The pizza is always hot and fresh whenever I order and whenever there's a problem, they are always willing to correct it. The taste the of pizza, itself, is great, but when I pay that much for numerous toppings, I expect toppings covering the pizza. I've questioned them about this (especially on my third order, which turned out to be my last), and they are regulated by either the chain or the franchise owner for a low specific number of toppings per pizza square/slice. It's ridiculous, and it's why I have given up driving the extra mile to buy their pizza. What a shame but, hey, that's the business model they want to play by. I can pay less money, locally, and get a decent pizza covered with toppings for the price I was paying you guys for three extra toppings. read more

This here Jets is my go-to pizza place!!!! My fiance and I could eat there every day. The wings come in the most amazing flavors and Jets could literally personalize any pizza for you. Want Jalapenos, pineapple, olives, and chicken all at once on a pizza (with flavored crust)? They got you!! My favorite is the thin crust with jalapenos! The owners, Nick and Kristina, are the sweetest and most patient people I have ever come to know. They always make sure the orders are perfect. I've never once had a bad experience! So satisfying. And the ingredients are fresh and made to order every day. They are quick too. The place is also kept so clean. You won't find a better place or better people to serve you. read more

If you don't mind waiting over an hour for your food and then having to direct drivers then order! I won't be ordering anymore. I was a fan but I'm getting consistent bad service and attitude from the girls who answer the phone and 'new' delivery driver who told me he wouldn't be delivering the food because he couldn't find our office!! I was then told I should have stated certain things on the ticket!! (What for if you deliver every day?! Everything is autofilled online so nothing changed from the first ever order to your store) got the same cold food delivered eventually. Still tipped the driver even though he was adamant he 'wasn't delivering the food'. I spoke with Nick after a few bouts of bad service. He aplogized and we continued to order; this time I won't be calling to complain. I will just leave this here. I will miss those delicious wings and you can definitely keep that customer service. (Leslie can lose the little sarcastic attitude too) Maybe a mature rep with a bit of decorum would be a better fit for the first point of contact.. Sorry Nick! read more

Ordered 5 times within the past couple of months and the pizza quality was fluctuating. Last experience was horrible because not only was i advised that they do not deliver to my area no more as there were issues in the past in the neighborhood, but that should not be my concern.
