Waited over an hour for delivery. Ordered large pep pizza-it was greasy and sauce tasted like spaghetti sauce. Also ordered an Italian sub, but it wasn't hot, not baked and loaded with shredded lettuce...what the heck?! We found Jets by accident, having moved to an area that the usual chain stores don't deliver to. Thank goodness they don't or we would never have discovered Jets. Delicious pizza with a fantastic crust. Absolutely scrumptious. Highly confused why this establishment has almost 5 stars. The absolute WORST customer service. We ordered 1 large pizza online, telling us it was going to be 20 minutes. We waited 30 minutes then went to pick it up. Walked in and the woman told us it would be a couple minutes. Ok we thought. We wait and multiple people come in to order pizza. We wait ANOTHER 20 minutes and people's orders are coming out, but we still have nothing. I check with the counter girl asking how long it would be and she rolled her eyes. I'm sorry, your giving me attitude when YOU obviously forgot to put in my online order. The best part is my online order told me it was completed BEFORE I even went to pick up. So we get home to eat the pie and it's terrible!!! You can tell they were in a rush. We should have been refunded and told sorry for the wait. The woman dropped my pizza on the counter and said "it's ready" and walked away. Do yourself a favor and order from dominos. Pizza is much better and customer service is 10x better. read more

wow, this was the first time I had Jets Pizza. I loved it!! I typically eat pizza at least 2 to 3 times a week and would have previously said that Papa Johns was my favorite. Now I think Jets has taken first place for take-out/delivery pizza for me. On a separate note, this local store also sponsored our Upward Sports program at Sarasota Baptist Church. How cool is that!! Stay away from ordering slices! This is the second time lately I ordered slices, they just add some cheese to a pizza that's been sitting around all day and heat it up. So it taste horrible, old, hard as a rock with new toppings. I just threw it in the trash when I got home. They used to give you fresh very tasty pizza slices. The pizza is good when it is fresh, so as long as you stay away from the slices you will be okay. read more

We had a terrible experience recently. We waited almost 2 hours for our order that we were picking up. Apparently they gave our order to someone else. Mistakes happen but the employees were not apologetic at all, in fact they laughed and made sarcastic remarks. They were all teenagers and lacked any form of professionalism. They offered to give us our order for free and told us they refunded the order but after several days, still no refund. We will not be returning to this location. read more

My favorite local delivery pizza!! Friendly customer service each time I call. Awesomely fast delivery (though I'm pretty close to the store). I've only had their deep dish square pizza, but it's absolutely delicious!! Love the free crust flavor options. Just had a terrible experience with a different delivery place (felt like trying a new place because they had some Greek options). It was so bad it made me appreciate Jets pizza so much more! Although I love their pizza their service leaves something to be desired. We ordered pizzas for the staff who get an hour for lunch. The order was called in at 10:30 to be delivered at 12:30. Well as I write this it's 1:45 and still no food. We have called multiple times. This totally cost the driver a tip. We will never order from them again. Back to Dino's we go. Update - Pizza finally arrived at 1:50. Waiting for management to call back. We paid full price. If the staff wasn't so hungry we would have sent him right back to the store with the darn pizza. read more

I didn't know how amazing this place was until I've tried other Jet's. Their BLT is to die for. Seriously. Many an at home, cuddled up together movie night, resulted in Jets for our main source of junk food. YUMMY. BLT, beef instead of B, omg. omg. omg. marry me you cholesterol filled angel. My boy toy is also a major fan, so that's amazing. Their wings were top notch too. Sucks that we're out of delivery range by literally A BLOCK. We always have to pick up. W/e worth every drop of gas spent getting there & back. Their plain cheese pizza, with and without jalapeno, is fine. just fine. nothing to write home about. I love Jet's Pizza. My favorite in town. However, today I went in and the boy behind the counter at the dirtiest finger nails other than my mechanic. What a surprise! One of the BEST pizza's we have ever had! We had the veggie deep dish, with Jet's Turbo crust and added pepperoni. The crust was crispy, tender and extremely flavorful. The toppings were loaded with FRESH, delicious veggies. I couldn't have dreamed of a better pizza. We will be back...again and again. The service was fast, efficient and very friendly. Been ordering delivery pizza here since they opened. The last 3 times we had to call and ask where our pizza was. Got the same answer each time. "The pizza just came out of the oven and the driver is taking it out the door now". Same verbatim each time. The pizza is great though.
