The combination of the grilling and the buttery sauce was delicious. It didn't need any additional sauce, but out of curiosity I tried the house sauce that was on the table, and it was quite nice. For some reason, they have a Tesla coil (from the original Tesla, not the car company) and they fired it off while we were there. If the kitchen was understaffed they knew it and should have reduced the number of tables being served, or spaced out seating more customers until the kitchen caught up. I also noticed that as tables turned over newly seated customers were warned the kitchen was behind, but never told how far behind. I hope Gallagher's improves.

Our bartender was great she was friendly had some great conversations with us and made the visit there that much better.
