Juan is amazing!!! My husband and I were looking for wedding bands and Google said they were open on Sundays. We found out when we got there they were indeed closed. Shame on you, Google! We ended up getting our rings elsewhere. A few days later while we were out shopping, we popped in to take a look around. Juan immediately greeted us as we walked through the door. He was very polite and welcoming. We explained to him Google said he was open on Sundays, he was stunned and quickly corrected the error on Google. He was very apologetic and genuinely felt remorse. We talked with Juan as I was checking out his earring collection. As we were talking, it came up in the conversation that I had some unwanted gold chains and bracelets, I also had a gold and Amethyst pendant I no longer desired. Juan offered to buy my gold and with one of the gold chains he offered to make me an anklet. Juan also converted another gold chain along with the pendant into a beautiful child necklace that I used as a gift. I also walked out with some cash! When my husband and I returned to pick up my anklet and necklace, we were so happy (especially me) to see how beautiful both turned out! I also found an old chain with a medallion my ex-husband left behind, I REALLY didn't want to keep that! Juan offered to buy it from me, even though it was 9kt UK gold! He gave us a store credit, My husband and I ended up using the store credit and each walked out with new watches! Well, my husbands watch was a birthday gift, but mine was just for the hell of it! :) We couldn't pass up the great deal Juan offered us for two watches! We were so happy with the service we recommended Juan to my sister to have her wedding and engagement rings resized. My brother in-law ended up buying a ring as well. Our family has been going to Jewelry Loft for the last couple of years. We've been treated very well and much more than fairly every time. My wife has had a couple of gold necklaces repaired, watches sized and given new batteries, family jewelry appraised and her wedding rings dipped and polished. The turnaround times for each service have been very quick. Last year we were able to trade in some older gold jewelry for credit towards a diamond anniversary band for her. My wife always says that going to see Juan is like visiting a small town shop where the owner genuinely cares that you are completely satisfied with your purchase or service, and remembers you and your family by name (to be fair we have 4 small kids, but even they love going to visit when it's time to get mama's rings cleaned!). It's always a bad feeling when u go somewhere to have something fixed when u don't know anything about it. Like ur AC or ur pipes or ur car! U get worries that people are going to rip u off and they will! Not here though, Juan just asked me what I needed, and he did it. Didn't try to sell me anything. He actually gave me the best discount u can get. FREE!! My watch just needed a small adjustment, and it was suppose to be $10. But he knew it was such a small adjustment that he didn't feel right charging for it. Then we just talked about random stuff for awhile. So I really trust him now cuz he's just a very good guy. CUSTOMER SERVICE SENT FROM JEWELRY HEAVEN! First of all, let it be known that I am very careful to who I bring my jewelry to. I've had bad experiences in the past getting stuff fixed at expensive jewelers where one week after wearing the jewelry, it would break again (and don't even try to get a refund cuz that aint happening!) I ended up buying the silver necklace I wanted.I didn't spend a lot of money, but they treated me as if I had spent thousands.They polished and cleaned all my jewelry.
