We were able to make an appointment the next week at the time and day that worked best for me. Great communication. I booked a Mini Detail. Josiah was the employee who washed my car and he arrived early (I had asked if they were available 30 min earlier than my appointment and they were). He was very professional and respectful as soon as I spoke with him. He spent almost 2 hours on my car and it was one of the best and most thorough washes I've ever received. Josiah really cares about the customer and cleaned the car as if it was his own. My car hasn't looked this good since I first bought it! Joe and his companion showed up on time, listened to my needs for my car, and did a fantastic job. My car was recently wrapped in satin vinyl but had a few new water spots thanks to a sidewalk sprinkler. Joe was able to get all of the spots out and the car looks like it was just wrapped yesterday. They also wiped down and vacuumed the interior and I have to say, the seats haven't looked this good since I bought the car. White leather is tough to deal with but Joe got it cleaned would recommend JH and will use them again! read more

I set up an appointment with Joe through Yelp messaging. Sergio was the person who came to do the work and he was exactly on time. He was very nice and we went though the specific areas of the car (van) that needed the most cleaning. He spent 3 hours on it and got some very old stains out of the seats. The vacuuming was very good also, though he had some trouble figuring out how to get to some of the small spaces where the seats slide back and forth (I didn't know how to get to that, either, so I don't really fault him for that - I appreciate the attempt). I requested the After the Rain Interior Detailing package and definitely did not get that. The employee was respectful and very kind and did what he could but I'm not confident that the boss told him what I wanted done. My seats and carpets were shampooed but thats basically all that was cleaned and even then I was not satisfied with it :(. I still payed full price and tipped some because the young man was very kind but I feel like there's definitely more that could've been done. Was looking for a new mobile detail to set up for a weekly wash so I decided to try this out. I had mentioned a spot on my hood that I wanted buffed out and they attempted to fix it but only made it worse. Would have appreciated a follow up to fix the issue but that wasn't provided. I'm torn on what rating to give. The work that they did was good, but unfortunately and more importantly it wasn't what we agreed upon. I requested multiple quotes through Yelp for a one-step paint correction and ceramic coat on a new vehicle. JH was the best priced and was near my home (they requested I drop off as there was more shade for the paint correction). The vehicle looked good when I picked it up. There was a little bit of the polishing compound around the door handles, logos, and bottom of the rear hatch, but nothing a little microfiber cloth and a small amount of water couldn't get off. I know staring at the same thing all day those little things are easy to miss, and the paint underneath had been treated. The problem came when I started looking into the products (Chemical Guys V38 and Veros 5 in 1) used and it turned out they did not do a ceramic coat on the vehicle. I contacted the owner the next morning who had the detailer reach out to me, and they apologized for the misunderstanding and offered to switch it over to a spray ceramic sealant when I did a maintenance wash with them at the standard rate. Ultimately, the paint correction came out decent BUT the agreed upon services were not performed and I felt like there was little effort put into correcting the error. read more

I had Josiah out for $80 mini detailing package on my Is250 and he did a wonderful job! He paid attention to details that most car wash detail places missed or rushed through. It was convenient and time saver to have onsite service. Everything for the wash he brought with him in his truck and I like the spotless water spay he uses. Doors, windows, trims, interior, dashboard, storage compartments, carpet, trunk, you name it and they were cleanned, wiped, and vacuumed. Tires were polished to shine as well. Booked for an interior detail because my niece threw up in the car. Very responsive and were able to see me the very next morning. They did great, got rid of the smell. Only reason it's a 4/5 is because they missed a small amount between the passenger seat and the center console. Because they got rid of most of the smell, I was able to work on it at home and got it out. For a standard interior detail without the extra work my kiddo gave them, I'm sure it would've been great. read more
