First off, I just wanna say Thank You to Nel (great customer service and super friendly!), Wayne (the mechanic that did my brakes) and the rest of the Jiffy Lube team for taking care of me! Came here for a basic oil change. It was not busy, I chose to remain in my vehicle. Technician stood behind the podium while asking me how many miles my vehicle had. He didn't bother to come up to my window to ask, he also just asked if I wanted the same oil as last time. Hmm... he didn't go over my last oil change or give any recommendations. I saw him put in my tires, and didnt observe him topping off my fluids. This was the fastest oil change ever. When it was done he gave me my total and took my credit card. He processed the payment, gave me my receipt and sticker to place on my windshield. This guy did not go over anything on the receipt, how many quarts was used, if my fluids were topped off. Poor poor service. Then as I left the shop, the check engine light came on. Pulled over to check the oil level and it was low!!!! How the heck are u gonna do an oil change and not put the right amount of oil! Maybe the worker was in a hurry because it was towards the end of the day but this is no excuse!!! They need to train their technicians and take care of our vehicles!!!!! Ii would give zero stars! read more

Not only did they change my oil but they topped off my power steering, washer fluid, and transmission fluid. They were generous enough to help reset my maintenance light. Needed an Oil Change. Got there at a little after 7:00 AM and there was not much people there. There were about three workers so we were told it would take an hour. All of them were friendly and pleasant. The lady provided some recommendations for food so We went across the street to eat and then to the farmers market at Pearl Ridge. It was getting close to an hour and When we looked over it appeared they finished the oil change in less than an hour. However, I walked over and needed to wait about 15 minutes for someone to collect payment. Which my husband was getting impatient. However in that time I was able to check in on yelp and get a coupon for the Jiffy Lube Oil Change. So remember to check in as soon as you get there. Costed about $91.00 with the coupon applied. We did an oil change at this location about a month ago on my dads car. I usually check all the fluid levels once a month for him. So this week, I pulled the oil dip stick out and it was pretty much empty. No oil at all! Picked up a quart of oil to add in and tried to see if I can locate where it's leaking from. It was coming from the drain plug. They didn't tighten it as you can spin it with bare hands!!! I'm surprised the engine didn't burn up since it was running with no oil for who knows how long! read more

Where's the 0 star option?! Very disappointed with the service I got done here! As well as the customer service I experienced here! Came here for the first time ever to get a oil change done. 2 weeks went by & my oil low warning light comes on. Took it to kalihi location to get it looked at since I was closer to that location at the time. Come to find out my oil drain plug was loose! Wasn't tightly closed. Literally hanging! It was so bad that the whole bottom of my car was covered in oil! Came to get an oil change! And got left with literally drained to no oil! This could have costed me a totally new engine!!! Went back to Aiea location to get my refund. Spoke to manager Clarence, he showed no aloha! No apologies whatsoever! Just listened to me on what happend, told his worker to give me my refund! Wow! Talk about being a manager? Bad customer service! Then another worker Kapu came inside the waiting room & gave me attitude questioning why I was getting loud clearly upset! Calling me names! Are you kidding me? Dam straight I was pissed! Anyone would be pissed! Could have costed me a whole new engine! Got all these workers working on my car & no one made sure the plug was closed tight!
