Came in for a battery change on 9/22/25 and couldn't be happier with the service! Everyone that helped me was friendly and professional, but I really gotta shine light on the technician Kahi. He let me know that my battery had pretty bad corrosion, and went above and beyond a simple battery change to prevent it from happening again. Came here for a basic oil change. It was not busy, I chose to remain in my vehicle. Technician stood behind the podium while asking me how many miles my vehicle had. He didn't bother to come up to my window to ask, he also just asked if I wanted the same oil as last time. Hmm... he didn't go over my last oil change or give any recommendations. I saw him put in my tires, and didnt observe him topping off my fluids. This was the fastest oil change ever. When it was done he gave me my total and took my credit card. He processed the payment, gave me my receipt and sticker to place on my windshield. This guy did not go over anything on the receipt, how many quarts was used, if my fluids were topped off. Poor poor service. Then as I left the shop, the check engine light came on. Pulled over to check the oil level and it was low!!!! How the heck are u gonna do an oil change and not put the right amount of oil! Maybe the worker was in a hurry because it was towards the end of the day but this is no excuse!!! They need to train their technicians and take care of our vehicles!!!!! Ii would give zero stars! read more
