Here's the story: I went to get my oil changed and they took the car in. The service gentleman came out and asked if I "really" needed my air conditioner fluid among other, included, checks because that would be "more work". Next, the damage to my car happened. I go outside and they said my car was ready and the service gentleman was sitting in the car still and i waited for a couple minutes and he told me to go get the manager - who was smoking a cigarette in the garage and then went to my car outside the window and talked with the guy- undoubtedly leaving cigarette smoke lingering around my windows-down car. Horrible experience. I went in for an oil change because I have a road trip coming up and it was due. I also wanted to get the proper air in my tires because two of them looked a little deflated. When I dropped it off, 3 people were working there. I asked the first person, a young man, to make sure my tires had the proper air as part of the service. He said "yeah, we do that". When I went in and talked to the manager about my service, I said I wanted to make sure the air in my tires was properly set. He said "we'll definitely take care of that for you". After a while, the third young man came inside and I said to him "I want to make sure my tires get the proper air put in them." he did not respond. Upon completion of my service I saw one of the young men pull my car out and the manager told me my car was ready. I was watching the entire time and never saw them put air in my tires. I said to him "I guess I missed when they put air in my tires." He responded "one of the two young men put air in your tires". When I went out to get my car, I asked the young man exiting my car "did you make sure to put air in my tires?" He responded "nah I didn't, he must have" pointing to the other young man working on another car. I asked him that young man "did you put air in my tires?" he responded "no, must've been the manager." So I've got the manager telling me one of the two kids put air in my tires, and both kids are saying neither of them put air in my tires. Awesome. I appreciate the convenience of showing up for an oil change that addresses multiple points including tire rotation if needed and fluid top-offs without having to make an appointment. Two days ago I got my oil changed at this location. They gave me my car back running with the engine light on. Now mind you, I have owned this car for over 85k miles and have never had the engine light on. Furthermore the whole car stinks of gasoline when I turn the AC on. I can understand there is a labor shortage, but this service is unacceptable. Now I have to go someplace and pay for an engine diagnostic that they caused. I will not be returning to any Jiffy Lube's in the future because the it's pretty clear that the people working there have no idea what they are doing. *** UPDATE 1: I went to another location and learned that the technician forgot to put the oil cap back on. FORGOT TO PUT THE OIL CAP BACK ON. You had ONE JOB. I lost 3 of the 4 quarts of oil my engine requires. The car was running rough and I had oil spewing out the front of my grill, all over my paint, and all over the interior under the hood. I filed a complaint with Jiffy Lube for this location (1104) and the operator has not responded. They are supposed to respond within 24-48 hours (I filed the complaint on Friday). read more

Incomplete service at a high price! And the staff doesn't care. Three months ago, I paid full price ($90!) for an oil change -- but they didn't vacuum my car. They apologized and said their vacuum cleaner was temporarily out-of-service...but would be fixed soon. I came back after three months -- vacuum still broken! If the staff can't maintain a vacuum cleaner -- would you trust them to maintain your car? Never again. For $90 you should at least get the service that they advertise. I went in last Saturday for an oil change and tire rotation. I had 5% of oil life left in my car and I couldn't risk waiting to go to dealership. Maurice, the manager, was working the front. I was a little nervous because there were a lot of people in the waiting room and all the bays were full. I was in and out in less than an hour. I saw the techs putting oil in my tires and changing my tires from the window. I prefer synthetic oil in my car and it was put in without having to ask. I'll be back. read more

Fastest oil change I've ever had. I pulled up a little after 5 pm and was surprised there were no other customers. The man greeted me outside and I informed him I needed an oil change. He provided me the information on the 3 types of oil and I told him what I wanted. In the waiting area another man approached me to collect my information and provide me more info on the oil change types so I could make an informed decision. In about 10 minutes total, my oil was changed, windows cleaned and floor vacuumed. I paid and was out the door. The reviews on here are disturbing... but I'm hopeful my experience was an outlier. NO way these folks ever touch our car again. We recently had oil change and tire rotation. I went to add air to our tire and discovered that these bozos has put on the wheel covers while ignoring the cut out for the valve stem, meaning the valve stems (on ALL FOUR tires) were bent backwards away from the road, which could have caused leaks, possibly even a blow out. If you don't know any better than this, you should not even be allowed to touch a car. All four tires. These kids are barely trained, and these places have very high turnover. (May 2018) Someone came to my car immediately and said they were out of oil and waiting for a delivery. Come back later. Sounded unfortunate for them but also perhaps reasonable. So I took my car elsewhere. Strike 2-tried for an oil change last week (Sept 2018) First thing in the morning. They took my car in the bay. I waited 20 minutes then was told they couldn't complete the service because their "system was down" one lady left getting free service and 3 of us were turned away. Things happen. Maybe it's my bad luck? Strike 3- Finally, today...website states an 8:00 opening M-F. It's 8:10 and the building is closed. Call the number on the website and no answer. Just rings. No cars in the lot but there is one motorcycle parked inside at the bay. Lights are off in inside. ugh. If you are out of business please put a sign on the door. After I checked in at this location I invested a little time to read reviews on YELP. I noticed they were telling other customers what else needed to be done to their vehicles, (ie, head lamps, lights, belts, tire rotations etc..). Since my vehicle is brand new I wanted to see product they will push. It took them about 2 and half hours just to do change oil and filter. At the counter I was told, your filters look good-- you need tire rotation and my next oil/filter needs to be done at 3,500 miles. I told them that according to my owners handbook oil and filter needs to be done every 7,500 miles, but if we do mostly city driving then every 5,000 miles is suggested. Well, I had to repeat myself 4 times before they heard my voice. Yes, they are very pushy and want you to do all sorts of services but it's turn off for me. BTW: oil change was about $40 same if not more than the dealership. I will not visit this location for many reasons. Long wait, pushy customer service. read more

This shop tries to rip you off as much as possible. Don't trust their words. Make sure that you have the same price as the estimate and you do not have added fees in your invoice at the end. Taking photos is strongly recommended. Let me elaborate on what happened. When I got there, they told me that oil exchange was $99.99 And after waiting in line for tens of minutes, they added unknown fees to the total and ended up charging me $120. A really funny thing happened next. After they changed the oil, they even cranked up the price. Here is the detail. The most expensive oil exchange was listed as $99.99. Is it what my invoice said? NO, it was $102. Two dollars is not big a deal? Guess what. They also added ridiculous "shop supplies" at the end. This was never discussed when they gave me an estimate. When I asked them about this? they said "every JiffyLube shop adds this" I got another surprise for you. I said that I have a coupon. End result? I had to pay more than I originally estimated with unknown fees added. The official Jiffylube coupon did not really decrease my total pay unless it added more fees. Their answers when I asked about this? they said that they charged more because my car was AWD? so did you add different oil? more expensive one? why was it not discussed? why did not list them in your price? Extra service? NO. The price just went up. NO notice, NO discussions. I wish I took a picture of the estimate before and after. I simply did not expect any scam-like activity from Jiffy Lube. But I guess it depends totally on shop-by-shop. Funny part? I showed them the invoice from my previous Invoice from another Jiffy Lube shop which did not show added fees. They say that "each shop is individually owned; so you cannot compare this to our shop." My advice? If you want to go to Jiffy Lube, go to another Jiffy Lube. NEVER THIS SHOP. It's pity that they cranked up the price so that they can charge me more. We will see how rich they become after these deceitful tricks. I rarely leave a review like this but it's unavoidable. After a $30 tire rotation service, my vehicle was driving differently and was rumbling excessively. Took it to a legitimate auto shop and they told me my tires are worn and I needed new tires. Would've been nice if they bothered actually looking at my tires when rotating them and informed me of such instead of just conning me out of $30. Now I have to get new tires anyway, what a waste of $30. Came here today for the Veterans Day deal. Customer service was not bad, but could improve. The person cashing me out was a bit rude, but he became nicer as the conversation went on. The person vacuuming was kindly enough to notify me that I had a lot of loose change in my car. I told him to just to vacuum around the change. I did pick some up to help him out.
