I went to Jiffy Lube for the first time about a month ago, as I normally use a regular mechanic or change the oil myself. I had a great experience and appreciated all of the services that they include with a basic oil change (cleaning, fluid cap, etc.). I honestly felt like I was being good to my car and felt better about its health overall. They were knowledgeable and helped me to identify an issue and a couple potential problems without trying to pressure me into buying anything. They didn't hide any charges or force any changes on me. They were fast, friendly, and worth the money. I look forward to going back, knowing that I will be taking better care of my car all around. read more

They don't tell you until it's too late that the coupon you first presented-to them is no good. And when told that I wouldn't be returning. The employee checking me out just shrugged his shoulders. He could not have cared less. Windows were dirtier then when I arrived. Oily hand prints on parts of my car. Tire pressure light won't stay off after they aired up all the tires. Fast but poor. Will not be returning to this location. read more

My sister was visiting this weekend from NC and early Sunday morning we noticed a noise that seemed to be related to steering. With a six hour drive ahead of them, we were concerned about the car. We showed up without an appointment on Sunday afternoon. Mr Ricci immediately diagnosed the problem and showed us how he knew. He filled up the power steering fluid and advised her to have it checked to determine if/where there was a leak. JL doesn't perform this particular service but he suggested she monitor the fluid level and then add some more if needed. He even showed us how to do this. Luckily, none was needed and my sister and niece made it safely to NC. Thanks JL and Mr. Ricci for being so nice and helping us out when we were really in a bind. read more

I've gotten my oil changed here without problems, apart from being annoyed that they always try to sell you stuff. But last time they didn't check my tires, although a tire check is included in their charges. Drove straight home and found a flat tire the next morning. I know it was a slow leak, since the tire took air. It was a huge hassle to get it fixed. Get your oil changed elsewhere. read more

I own two Honda Accords, 07 and 08. I took my 07 in for oil change. Parked on my driveway. Next morning, there was a hug oil stain Went back to Jiffy Lube and he said the nut was loose. Anyways, he fixed it ( at least, he said he did). Oil was still leaking. I took my car to a local shop and he showed me the nut, it was still loose. A day before Christmas, I took my 08 to the same jiffy lube because everyone else was booked and I had to travel that night. Guess what? My car left a hug oil stain on my brother in laws driveway. Same problem, loose nut. Never going to that place again, they are always in a rush. May be if the guy didn't worry too much about me buying a new filter from them. he would have remembered to tighten the nut. Anyways, just be careful. read more

I went to this Jiffy Lube for an oil change and tire rotation. They finished in a very reasonable time. My old shop used to take an hour and a half, so a 30 minute oil change and tire rotation was better than what I'm used to. When we went through the services they offer, they recommended all the standard services you'd expect to be offered and didn't pressure me into buying them if I said no thanks. The shop seemed like everything was running pretty smoothly. I definitely recommend this shop if your looking for a quick tune up. read more

I recommend using this JL location. The team is efficient, professional and I was in and out in no time.

Very unhappy as this location as my daughter went for a routine oil change and I feel they upsold her and took advantage of her. This simple "oil change" ended up costing me $175 for oil, air filter and 2 wiper blades for a Honda CRV. To add insult to injury one of the caps was left askew and the liquid drained out causing her to return the following day. The car smelled of oil residue for close to 2 weeks. Can not recommend this Jiffy Lube franchise. Took my Audi there on Thursday for oil and tires. They did not have the filter in stock, said they would get one and call when it was in. They then called on Thursday afternoon and I said I would be back on Friday. Returned on Friday and they didn't have the filter. Excuse was the guy from Thursday called the wrong customer, but what that really means is they never ordered the filter. Completely wasted my time two days in a row. Called the franchise office at 1:30 pm on Friday to complain, no answer. Left a message and have not heard back. Zero customer service or concern. A shame because the Audi is a high $$$ oil change and I was going to bring another car later the same day. Take your business elsewhere. read more

Borderline criminal. I went in for an oil change only. They told me I needed new windshield wipers, a cabin air filter, and engine air filter. I told them I only wanted the oil change and I would change everything else on my own. I hadn't even gotten halfway home before I noticed the rubber from one of my windshield wipers flapping loose. I don't know if it was intentional or not, but they tore the windshield wiper apart, leaving it completely useless. I know it wasn't like that when I got there, because I had just been using the windshield wipers that morning. I replaced the windshield wipers myself, but the incident made me want to check the air filters too, just to make sure they hadn't damaged those as well. Sure enough, I found another problem. Although I told them I didn't want a new engine air filter, they failed to replace the one I already had, leaving me without one. This location is completely inept at best, or vindictive and criminal at worst. I will never use Jiffy Lube again. read more

As a followup to my post, my transmission blew last night and I have to scrap the car. My mechanic said when he ran the car for codes, it led him to check the transmission fluid, which was overfilled. Thanks guys. Really. Have an enjoyable holiday season. read more

Unlike my experience at other Jiffy Lubes, this place uses high-pressure sales tactics to get you to buy all kinds of other services (transmission fluid, windshield wiper replacements -- which I had just done!). I took in my old car with nearly 300,000 miles -- just wanted an oil change. Normally, I can just say "no thank you," but this guy did not want to take "no" for an answer. I have been to a lot of different jiffy lubes with my car over the past few years. I've probably been to at least 8 or 9 of them, and none even come close to the service at this Jiffy Lube. I went here three months ago for the first time, and will go out of my way to keep going here from now on. I went for the second time last week, and was helped by the same excellent repairman, Darrin. He was courteous, friendly, and patient, and knew exactly what he was talking about. Not only was it great service, but it was quick too. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. They even honored an expired coupon. I will never go to another Jiffy Lube! BTW they also have a customer loyalty program unlike other jiffy lubes; 50% off every 6 oil changes. read more

Cannot say enough about how great the team at this location is. I go out of my way to continue coming to this location over others. Went in for a routine oil change and they were able to help with a few other issues I had with my car. Where they weren't able to directly help, they were able to suggest where I could take my car for those repairs. The staff is always so friendly and they want you through everything. BIll was rude from the time I pulled, poor guy needed a break and I interrupted his day. He approached my window seeing the sticker and advised me to get out as he would drive the car in. I asked they not pull the air filter as I would not be buying one and was in a hurry to get back to work. While in the waiting room Bill brings in the air filter they werent supposed to take out. Bill said "Sorry, it got taken out anyway. Its real dirty" I advised I would take care of it myself ( which is what I do anyway). I meet Bill at the desk, surrender my coupon, sign the form and I thanked him, turned to walk away and never got even a thank you. I asked Bill if he was always that rude as I never even got a thank you. His coworker said he did thank me, however I was in the mans face and never heard it- in fact I was hte one who said it.
