My computer told me that my oil life was at 13%, so I pulled into Smokey point Jiffy Lube. I have been a long time customer at this shop, for many yrs, they have always treated me with respect, and have never pushed me into other services that they have offered, and I will continue to be a customer, and I have recommended them to friends as well. On this particular day, the young man at the register checked my history, and said I only had about 1300 miles since my last oil change, my oil level was full and the oil looked good, he said I probably just needed to reset my computer, which he showed me how to do. He did suggest that I had never had a transmission service done, since my vehicle has 400,00 + miles on it , I said ok, let's do that. The gentleman under the hood brought to me the dipstick to me, showing me that my level was full, red, and transparent, so it was decided that the transmission service wasn't necessary either. These guys are have integrity, and I will continue to be a customer and recommend this shop to my friends! read more

This Jiffy Lube. These people know how to get you in and out "in a jiffy," as the boy said. Amazing customer service, Logan explained everything being done to my truck simply enough for a non-car person to understand. Also I appreciate the vacuum and the speed that these guys work. Is the oil change a bit higher priced than some places, yes. However, that's the difference between waiting 2 hours for an oil change at Wal-Mart, and having one completely done in about 15 minutes. Not to mention the problems with the goons that work everywhere else. These boys all deserve a pat on the back for the great work they do. Will definetly be returning next time read more

I got my oil changed Saturday morning and had excellent customer service from assistant general manager Andrew Moser. Him and the other gentlemen working went what I thought was above and beyond what I expected. And when I told him this he informed me that every jiffy lube was supposed to doing these things with my oil change. I was surprised to hear this because 3 out of my 4 times going to jiffy lube these things weren't done. (Vacuuming, washing windows, 2 times I wasn't given the sticker in windshield, etc). When I first pulled into Jiffy Lube, I was planning on getting my oil changed not locking my keys in my car! Andrew and Doug greeted me right away with a smile. I was in a panic because, I did not know what I was going to do. They both calmed me down and let me know it's ok and they will do their best to help me get my keys. In no time they were able to unlock my car and right after did my oil change! They did everything in a timely manner, they were thorough and very friendly. I would recommend Jiffy lube to anybody because of those two employees. My visit was definitely unforgettable but in a good way. read more

Very great experience! I went to get my oil changed, and they gave me all of the options throughout my car that needed to be fixed. I ended up leaving with an oil change, new coolant, and they even fixed my steering wheel for only $50! Huge shout out to everyone that worked on my car. Having my oil changed at the Arlington location was a memorable experience. The location was very clean. It is a small location, but the best experience I have had at any quick change service station, ever. Andrew should share his process and knowledge for great customer service with the other locations. I have been to other locations where the floors were slick and unsafe (which was not the case here) I asked about it while I was there and they degrease the floor frequently. I will be returning. He was super friendly and double checked to make sure he was putting in exactly the right kind of oil. He didn't charge me a thing, and it got me going on my vacation with all my fluids full. This Jiffy Lube on 172nd in Arlington should be closed. LAME-O customer service. Slow as molasses on a winter day. One car in the bay, took em 45 min to get me out.
