Always fast and friendly service. Great employees that don't try to sell you things you don't need. Everyone is very honest and transparent. Have had mixed luck here. Generally friendly and competent. However I have had a few issues. One time they didn't tighten the oil plug enough so I was dripping oil. Not a huge deal and they fixed it no problem. But it was an avoidable issue. Another time I went in and ask for how long it would take and they said about an hour. An hour came and went and I checked what happened and saw they were eating pizza and hadn't even started my car. I get it that they have to eat, but they definitely set false expectations on time on this day. read more

Boy I wish I would have read the reviews first! So first they charge crazy "hidden" fees you discover AFTER they have done the serve. Next the lied about what they do, what do I mean...? Well I own a Toyota 4-Runner and they charged me a "skid plate removal fee" however you DO NOT remove, touch or even loosen a bolt on the skip plate to change the oil! You remove the oil plug and filter both of which are accessible if you standing under the truck!! Also they charged me for 6 quarts if oil, the 4-runner is registered to be 5.5 quart, however if you have ever changed oil on any car that is not brand new at the factory you DO NOT put in a full 5.5 quart (unless you way over fill!!) your engine will have at least .5-1 quart in the various structure with the engine, so another LIE. Do NOT get sucked into their Living Social/Groupon deal, because it too is a ripoff! Seriously, I will NEVER step foot or recommend these guys and it actually in the end would have been cheaper to go to me Toyota dealership than here. read more

These guys seemed to know what they were doing, but they proved me wrong. Oil change is not all that complicated- drain oil, replace oil filter, replace drain plug, fill with oil, lube chassis. After 1 day I noticed a big oil spot on my driveway. Day 2 it was bigger. I took the car back telling them it was leaking like crazy. They discovered that the drain plug was completely loose, and commented that they were surprised it did not fall out. Jiffy Lube: Instead of trying to sell me every possible filter for my car, just do your job right. DO NOT GO TO THIS JIFFY LUBE! read more

I stopped by the other jiffy lube but the wait was to long so I was refered to this one. While here I was offered everything they could do to my car and though I didn't really want anything this time it was nice to hear what they could do and I was offered a printout with prices on several big services. The price they gave me when they finished talking to me was the price I paid when they finished the car. I like places like this because I have every choice and even though it got busy while I was leaving they took the time to answer all my questions and gave me a chance to see everything before I left. DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS!!!! I went to this Jiffy Lube twice. The first time I went the rude lady at the counter told me that I would have to wait 1 1/2 to 2 hours? Are you kidding. There wasn't even any cars outside waiting for service? I waited a week and thought I would give them another try? I stood at the counter for over 15 minutes and no one even acknowledge I was even there. The guys in the shop kept looking at me and no one ever came out of the office to help me!!! I wish I had seen all the posts on this place. Went in with a coupon for $24.99 for a signature service oil change. When I went to pick up my vehicle, was told the total was $75! Was told that it was because high mileage oil was used. The price difference was never given to me when I dropped it off. Horrible business practice. DON'T EVER GO HERE!!!! They charge way too much and their service takes forever! A standard oil change should not cost $70. Such a rip off! I went in to get an UBER inspection and an oil change and the total came up to $79 and that's with a $10 discount. I also had to wait an hour and a half almost and there was only one car in front of me. These guys are con artists and take advantage of people. read more

I had good experiences with another JiffyLube, but they were closed due to building damage. So, I went to the next nearest one. After they finished the oil change and both air filters, I noticed dirt and oil on the passenger seat. I complained and they first tried to say I brought it in that way - the usual slimy stuff. I pushed back and they asked me to take it to a detailer and then bring back the receipt and they would reimburse me. The detail was only $15, but they refused to just give me the $15. Instead, they said I would have to wait for a check from corporate. For $15? Lousy customer service, lousy work on my car, and lousy handling of an obvious problem they caused. So, Jiffy Lube is on my list of businesses to avoid. Should be on you list too. read more

Truly this is my "go to place" when I need anything done to my car! Today I was having trouble with my headlight my husband researched the internet and said it "will be $300" because it is a Lexus...I have gone to this Jiffy Lube several times for many issues...they always do whatever is necessary to get my car doing what it is supposed to do! The manager today said he would fix it for "next to nothing"! I left and back in 15 minutes..."Matt", the manager (whom I had spoken to said it's done)...he had.had fixed the problem...NO CHARGE! This is not the first time that they have helped me always charging something that is fair and making sure that when I leave all is perfect! I live several miles from this station but I will continue to take my car there from whereever I am! Had the basic oil change done. I hadn't used Jiffy lube in a couple of years and that was in a different state. I was in a hurry so I thought I would give them a try here in Arvada. Service was not as I had experienced previously. I've always appreciated that they vacuum your vehicle as part of their "Signature" service but that was not done here. Price was also far higher than I was expecting even after finding a $10 coupon online. Yes a couple of years has gone by but the increase was still surprising. Bottom line: There are many other places that do more cheaper (rotate tires) that I will try before I go back to Jiffy Lube. read more

Don't go here! They broke our windshield but replaced it so we gave the another chance. Then they almost let some guy steal our truck (he walked in, claimed the truck was his, and got them to change all the info in their system. Luckily we waited for the truck and were there to fix it). And the latest, they failed to install the oil plug properly and left it leaking oil. Not to mention it always takes twice as long as they say. We are done. Never going back. read more

I started out with a coupon for the Midas down the street. $20 for an oil change and tire rotation. Midas is closed on Sunday so I figured Jiffy Lube would be a good substitute. Hah! They don't honor competitors coupons but they have plenty of their own so how bad could it be? Pretty bad. They start out at $23 for an oil change but if you want synthetic oil and tires. That bumps to $96 for the oil and the tires rotated, minus the coupon of course. They're plentiful. Yikes! You HAVE to present a printed coupon ... something from the phone won't do. We're even talking something from their own website. Coupons ranges from zero to $22 depending on which one you can find but hey could offer no help at all where to look for the best. That's against store policy. We were dropping off the car anyway so I went home and printed one up (21 was the best I could find). It turns out they couldn't rotate the tires anyway because it's a Mustang and those are harder than most. Other locations can do it but they don't have the proper lift or something there and they don't want to risk damaging the car. Fine. I don't want them to damage the car either. Then there's the 'signature' service. It includes vacuuming the car. Cool. That's part of what the extra $60 of signature service is for. Except they don't actually do it because it's too hard to do the back seat floors in a 2 door. They don't have a vac with a long enough hose. Not that they mentioned this up front of course. Wanna buy an air filter? Coolant? Top off the wiper fluid? These are all up sells. The brake fluid was a little low but they don't do that. That's out of their league apparently, even if you're willing to put up with their pricing structure. My oil change went from $20 and 20 minutes to $80 and an afternoon. Still no tire rotation and I need to top off the brake fluid. I still have to go to Midas for that. read more

Don't trust your wife or children to the crooks. I usually do my own oil changes. But we were getting ready for vacation and my daughter needed her oil changed. My wife found a Groupon for a "full service, high mileage oil change" at jiffy lube. She bought it for my daughter. From the moment my daughter walked through the door they began to try to up sell her. First it's "we will credit this Groupon towards the $75 oil change" (the Groupon was only $40). Then it was "your Groupon only covers 5 quarts of oil. You need 6". Since I have changed her oil many times before I know this is a lie. When my daughter calls me I. A panic about how much she's being told she has to pay I call the store and ask to speak to a manager. After I tell them to stop trying to up-charge my child he assures me the only thing she will have to pay is "taxes and environmentals". When she tries to leave she is charged $11. This seams like a lot for taxes and environmentals. When I review the bill I see that taxes are just under $2 and environmentals are $2. I have to ask, why $11? Also I notice under grease points it says "sealed". I know that there are several grease points on the front end of her car. They must have even looked. I will never use another Jiffy Lube again. Would never return to this business. Ever! I have used Jiffy Lube twice to get an oil change for my car, and both times I have had very poor experiences. The employees are consistently condescending, or just downright rude. On my most recent trip, I was ordered to "just sit down and wait" until they had done an inspection. There were two employees that were clearly new and were unable to contribute to the actual labor. On top of that, the person running the desk who seemed to be in charge was constantly on his phone both at the desk and in the shop area. This is mildly concerning considering he was the only employee that seemed to know what they were actually doing. After about 30 minutes of waiting, my car was moved out of the line without explanation and placed off to the side. I didn't care to stick around after that as I still had not been addressed by an employee. Definitely will NOT return. read more

Worst spot I have ever gone to....will never go again... dropped our SUV off to some dude that looked like he was on Meth...he took out keys and started to write down all our info...and said he would call us when he was done. First off no call back all day, then we went to the store next day. Misleading, careless, and discourteous. I went with a coupon for a $20 oil change. When I got there they said it was only a $20 discount. When I said to not to do the service they said they had already drained the oil but would put back the old oil. I reluctantly went ahead with the service, left angry and failed to notice they had left greasy footprints on the door and floor mat. read more

Awful. First of all, I've been going there for a couple of years, both cars. Every time you go in there is a different crew. I recently had my vehicle in for a major service at the dealer and they said the drain plug was stripped. Sure enough, it was. I'm very very lucky it didn't dump the oil on the street somewhere and seize the engine. Anyway, I collected my information with clear evidence that jiffy lube was responsible. I even brought the part to the jiffy lube shop. I went through the process to get some sort of resolution with the national organization. They sent me a letter saying that it was barely out of the warranty period and they wouldn't compensate me for the replacement of the oil pan. While I understand they had no legal obligation, the right thing to do would be to at least reimburse for the oil pan. I'll never take my vehicles there again. read more

I went in there with a coupon for an oil change, and observed them removing dirty filters and pricing them quite high to 2 other customers. Then it was my turn, and I told them that I replace my own filters. They had already removed the cabin filter and brought it in to show it to me. The manager, Adam told me that it was a "specialized part" and it would run $59.99. I immediately questioned such a high cost and I was offered the filter for $30.00 (more than the cost of the entire oil change). I reluctantly took the so called deal. I priced the cabin filter when I arrived home only to find out that it is a $10.00 part, and I could have easily replaced it myself. I called and complained and they said they were sorry. I told them that I would NOT be returning. (another sorry) WATCH OUT FOR THES SO CALLED DEALS. If you go there, don't even let them remove your filters or you will be paying 3 times the cost of replacement. read more
