If I could give them zero stars, I would. I went in for an oil change and they suggested a radiator flush, which I stupidly agreed to do. The next day my car overheated b/c they left an air bubble in there. The overheating caused my head gasket to fail, and now I'm out 1300... and they won't cover any of it. In June I had my oil changed at this JL location. The $100 oil change went well. During the change an (now ex) emloyee advised he had topped off my power steering fluid. Several days later my brakes failed completely. My local Ford dealer advised that someone had put power steering fluid in my master brake resivoir. This was confirmed by an independent source. I addressed this issue with the site manager Brian and left a message for the District Manager John. Since I did not receive a call from either person with a solution to my issue I had to have the repairs to my work vehicle done by Ford. Total to repair just short of $3000.00. After several weeks I was finally able to speak to Brian again and he advised that they had a mechanic that said, without ever having looked at the vehicle, it could be repaired for about $350.00. Furtermore if I had it repaired by anyone else it was no longer a issue for them. Fortunately when my brakes failed I was not doing 60mph on I405. The outcome could have been disaterous for me and posiibly you. This is the worst possible cooperate citizen to be doing business in Belleve. Do not do business with these people. I've been using this branch of Jiffy Lube for a couple of years. Today I had such a positive experience that I wanted to write a review. I dropped off my car for a 6-month oil change, then walked down the street for another appointment. When I got back an hour later, the manager told me that according to his records, I'd only driven 1,200 miles since my last change 6 months ago and the oil still looked new, and didn't want to take my money for an unneeded oil change. He'd already washed my windows and topped off the other fluids, shook my hand, and sent me on my way without asking for a single penny. Honest manager, great service. read more

Had a Jiffy Lube Signature Lube Service Oil Change done at this location last week. When I got home, I noticed that there was a fresh puddle of oil on my garage floor and all over the chassis of my car. I was concerned that maybe the oil pan plug had not been put tightened or the oil filter had not been screwed on properly. I drove back to the facility to have it checked. As it turned out, the oil change was done correctly, but workers forgot to wipe away the excess oil from the filter and the chassis. For "my trouble," I received a coupon for $12 Off my next oil change. Only problem was that the coupon expired in JUNE, 2012. Robert and Shannon made my day! M car indicated that I needed an oi change. I showed up at my local Jiffy Lube where I was greeted kindly by Shannon. After looking up m profile in the computer Robert tolde me that I actually was not due for an oil change and that my car had been reset incorrectly (I kind of remember doing this.) They topped off my oil, and also told me that a piece of plastic was hanging off underneath my car. Robert explained hw to easily fix it with a zip toe and I was on my way. I went here for a regular oil change and normal check and the service was simply awesome. My headlight was out as well and I had a bulb, they changed it as a complimentary service on my Altima. Did not have to wait a lot and Edy, the service person was polite and helpful. read more

Dishonest and reeked of smoke. The employee informed my that my car and oil change service qualified for a mail in rebate. The process, which he informed me would take "4 minutes" took over 10 and after giving them ALL my private info, I found out that my car and service that day did not even qualify. I will never EVER take my car here for an oil change again. He charged me $70 for the lowest quality oil change. What a rip off. read more

I've had issues with other JIffy Lube locations in the past, such as them forgetting to replace the radiator cap and the engine overheating 20 min later while on the freeway or them refusing to top off my car because it was 20 miles over the 3,000 mark (even though they were the ones who generated the sticker giving me 5,000 miles between oil changes). So for me to give 5 stars is quite a compliment. I have spoken with the manager David personally on two occasions and he is very willing to offer great customer service. To be honest, the service could be better from I've seen in the past from JIffy Lube as a whole, but this location at least has a manager who realizes that people just want to quickly and conveniently have their cars serviced and go on their way. David also is quick to try and remedy any mistakes made which do happen. If I were on the eastside and I needed my oil changed, I would go here. Avoid other Jiffy Lube locations. read more

I noticed my 04 Nissan Sentra recently is leaking oil on my garage right after oil change from Nissan dealer and I was worried that my car's engine oil may have been leak out. So, I brought my car to Jiffy Lub Bel-Red branch where near my home and ask for oil change service and take a peek at my issue. I then ran my errands by walking for about an hour and then back to them. I saw my car was in the front of office and thought they had done the service and ask for the cost. I was surprised that technician Curtis told me that it's free no charge!!! He told me other guys (Travis and Leon) had checked my engine oil which has very much full and no need to do the oil change. Curtis even helped to double check my car if it's leaking again. And they spread the cleaning liquid on my engine to be sure no leaking found again. I am so happy what they did for my car and the service they put without charge. I definitely recommend this brach and service they performed. read more

I went here a year ago to get my oil changed. I'm pretty sure they took my air filters out and dragged them through the dirt then showed them to me to convince me to get new ones. Only problem is that they had just recently like 30 day recently been replaced when I had my car detailed. So the air filters being covered in dirt and leaves didn't make any sense to me. On top of that they tried to sell me an oil flush, a new belt, about ten other things (the shirt of their back.. Jk!). Now I may be a female and to jiffy lube that screams easy sale, but it really was a terrible experience. I even called my dad to come sit in the lobby with me the rest of the time so they would get off my back. Never going back, going to the dealership to get my oil changed! read more

Service was mediocre, friendly enough I suppose, but the clincher for me was they quoted me $125.00 for an oil change for my 2006 VW Jetta. Citing German cars use synthetic oil, blah, blah, blah.. I decided to leave and called the dealership, and was quoted $76.00 for the same service.. by a service department that specializes in VW's. and they say that dealerships are always more expensive.. not in this case. I'll go to the experts, and get quality service at a lower price.. Will not return.. read more

An update: I did receive a reply from corporate which was forwarded to this particular Jiffy Lube. I was asked to submit the documentation outlining the work my car needed, which I did. I was told that would hear back in a "few days." When that did not happened, I contacted the manager again and this time was contacted by Thomas Phillips of Jiffy Lube, and spoke to him via phone on May 20, 2016. I was told that the date of the initial oil change, they had installed a piggy back plug and was instructed on how to change my oil using this modification. I was also told the plug and the pan had been damaged prior to arrival and that "this was all explained to you then." Nope, it was not. I was told ONLY that my plug had been stripped. Thomas then states if this had been in his shop he would've shown me what had been done. Great, well that doesn't solve my problem. When I asked why the piggy back plug solution wasn't explained to me, he reported "we were just trying to do good by you and save you from buying a new pan." Isn't that my choice? Google piggy back plugs. It's a stop gap measure at best and that's not something I'm interested in. Repair shops steer clear of these measures. Basically he attempted to blame the initial shop and ultimately told me, "it's not really about the money, we were just trying to help you." My experience was questionable practices, poor communication, and a lot of excuses. I will not return to jiffy lube and neither will my family or friends. read more

I have a 2012 Outback with 50K miles on it. No problems noted of any kind. Had the Bel-Red Jiffy Lube do an oil change per the manual; I recall it's 5W30 or whatever. Received the car with my tan car seat showing a large butt-size grimy smudge from the mechanic. Roughly a week later I started noticing oil on the carport under the engine. After a month it was really bad, like a flow streak moving downhill, and I was having to add oil. I didn't think the oil change was to blame because Subaru's are known for head-gasket issues, which online research had me thinking was the cause -- a $4,000 repair. Took it to Chaplin's Subaru where they checked it out and added full synthetic oil. Problem solved. Hasn't leaked a drop since. I never had a problem with the Bellevue Main store, other than one rude manager with a Give-a-S**t attitude. This Redmond store did something to cause that leak; either bad oil or a loose filter. After talking with a commercial truck mechanic I know, his comment was how do we know they're selling the quality of oil you're paying for - they use bulk tanks? Cheap oil will cause all types of problems with an engine. I'm done with Jiffy Lube, I don't care how quick they are. read more
