I have a 2013 Toyota Corolla that had the filter cap tightened to tight on it. I had gone to valvoline and was told to take it to the dealership in order to get that taken off and that they couldn't do anything. I drove over to this jiffy lube (store 2592) and was greeted by Chris. I told him my problem and he took a look at it. The cap was so worn down from everyone trying to get it off it would need to be broken off. He said he would need permission from his boss to do so and since it was Sunday he couldn't get in touch with him. So I came back the next day when Chris told me to and they started taking care of it right away. The whole team was super amazing and so nice. The boss Bryan was very attentive and Chis made sure I knew what was going on the whole time. I will definitely be coming back here every time I need my cars oil changed. I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon and was helped by a manager, Chris. He was extremely welcoming and they immediately got my car in for service and told me it would be about 20 minutes. Not even 15 minutes later, they were ringing me out and sending me on my way. They were not super pushy on trying to sell the pricier services, which I really appreciated. My car requires regular oil. It has for the entire 9 years I've had it. Nevertheless, the employee here spent 30 minutes trying to tell me I needed synthetic oil- even though all my service records at Jiffy Lube said that I'd never had synthetic- not to mention my owners manual recommends regular oil. He made me sign a waiver releasing my warranty to the oil change and then spent another 20 minutes trying to sell me on product that I just had replaced. I felt like this location tried to take advantage of me. I haven't had any issues with the downtown Bellevue Main Street location. read more

Rip off, rude, and airheaded workmanship-- is what I got out of this place in one sentence. I tried the place because my regular oil change place is closed on Sunday. First of all, when I told the attendant I wanted an oil change, she immediately tried to upsale me premium package. When I told her that I just wanted the regular oil change, she still tried to pursuade me until I told her firmly that I don't think I need a premium oil change for my car. When I was ready to pay for the work, she told me they did tire work, and some other works. I was like "Wait, I didn't ask you any of that, who gave you permission to do all that!?" and then she tried to charge me a whooping $34.99 for a "regular oil change". I was shocked and told her my regular place is only $15+ and she also confessed the Sears across the street is only $19.99. I asked to speak with the manager, and the manager decided to charge me $30.00 and told me Jiffy Lube is just this expensive, if I don't want to pay, don't need to come back next time--- for sure, I will NEVER EVER come back. Oh, ya, btw, they even forgot to give me a new milage reminder sticker. REALLY SUCKS. read more

Came in to get an oil change today. When I first pulled up the guy was super friendly, asked me what service I wanted and was very pleasant. Then he showed me to the waiting room. It took about 10-15 min before he got back to me, which was fine they were pretty busy. When he called me up to the computer he was doing a recap of the services I was getting. I was thinking about getting my tires rotated but he proceeded to tell me his back hurt and he was feeling lazy. I didn't add anything else I just wanted to get out. I usually go to jiffy lube all the time and since this is the closest one to my house I came here today. I doubt I'll be coming back to this one. I'll probably just take my car back to toyota since it's the same price and way better service. read more

Don't agree with 2 former reviews! I went in there twice, the service has been really efficient in both times, the staff was friendly and smiley, and the prices were more than reasonable. OF COURSE they took my credit card, I even got my AAA discount. No complaints here! read more

I went there for a quick oil change. Wound up spending over 100.00 for an oil change. Had to wait a while for them to go next door to buy the oil I needed for my car. OK things happen. Then drive home to find out they didn't check tire pressure as part of there safety inspection. Also they didn't check to see if the new oil filter they installed was tightened. The bozo at the register, Hunter, told me that there are "metal shavings" in the oil for new vehicles, so you must get your oil changed after the first 1k and also frequently up to 20k to avoid problems. But worse, he said that my warranty would be "invalidated" by Dodge if I didn't use the recommended synthetic oil. AND he failed to apply the coupon that I gave him. He just "spaced" on doing it. Yikes! I've never been in such a hurry to leave somewhere. I didn't even want them to finish, but they had already started the oil change. I'm willing to drive to oil Can Henrys in Issaquah to finish the other services I need The service is not worth the convenience of being close.The guy Ken was not pleasant in any way. When I asked him how much his signature service was, he snapped back, " it the cheapest we got." Last time I checked cheap not a number. And $42 is not cheap when you compare it to The $25 that they charge at the Jiffy Lube in Portland. read more

The worst place to do your oil change. Everyone there seems to be angry and disappointed in life . Car was covered in oil inside and out. they never laid a cover on the seats prior to seating down . They also were pretty mad that I honked to get their attention since for 2 minutes after I approached no one asked me if I need a service , all 5 of them were inside and no one bothered to come out. I always go to this Jiffy Lube with just 2 stalls and drive past the bigger ones. Even though it's small I can often get through faster than the others. Today I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The manager, Mike, was very courteous and worked with me to find a good discount. I drove all the way across town to this location and I told the manager that ... and the guy told me it was too close to close time and that he couldn't have anyone on the clock past 6. I have been a loyal customer to Jiffy Lube and have valued the company for it's "quick and easy" services and fair prices. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about this visit. Although the employee that assisted me Noelle, had a friendly disposition, I was disappointed to find out that she did not disclose or explain what she was charging me or using on my car. Once parked, she asked me what type of oil I wanted, I requested the "standard oil." As I mentioned before, I am a frequent customer at Jiffy Lube's and they had past record of the previous type of oil I have used on past oil changes. Noelle proceeds to ask me "Blended?" As someone who is not an expert on cars, I replied yes, because I assumed she was reiterating that I wanted the standard, regular AKA lowest priced oil. Noelle nodded her head and continued servicing my car, without any further explanation of what "blended" meant or how much it would cost. Imagine my surprise when she told me the total for my service was $81 aka almost double of what I paid at my previous visit to Jiffy Lube. After she charged my card, I mentioned that last time I had my oil changed at the same establishment it was nearly half the price. She said that last time I had it done, I got the value conventional oil which she stated they did not have. This was never disclosed or explained to me until I was charged. I have been "tricked" into getting more expensive services at other places, and after my previous experiences at Jiffy Lube, I thought I could trust the employees to not do the same to me, but sadly that is not the case. I hope future employees inform customers on the prices of their services , so they are not bamboozled into paying twice the amount than what they expect. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of transparency in the transaction and I am hesitant to recommend their services to anyone, especially at the BelRed location. read more

I'm really sad to be giving this review because the staff was friendly and welcoming. However, I'm disappointed that negligence from staff cost me much more than just an oil change. Whoever was working on my car did not properly re-screw the splash shield underneath my car after a simple oil change. I was unaware of this until I noticed a horrible sound coming from my car as I drove on the freeway. Since it was a Sunday and most mechanics were closed, I had to miss an entire day of work the next day to take my car into a mechanic only to be told that my splash shield wasn't completely screwed in. I've always trusted Jiffy Lube with my car, but after this incident, I will not return. Very disappointed and sad that I lost money because someone was either rushing through their job or (and I hope this isn't true) potentially sabotaging my car because I did not want to pay for a transmission fluid flush at the time. Sorry to say that I no longer trust my car with Jiffy Lube. read more

I have been going to this location for years. I'm always greeted with a smile right as I drive up, and from then on I receive excellent service. The waiting room is comfortable, and the workers are always friendly. I had a broken rear tail light that I mentioned needed replacing, and they did it very inexpensively - $12. I couldn't begin to replace it myself (even though I could have bought it at an auto parts store, I wouldn't know how to install it) but they solved my problem so easily. The vacuumed out interior is always great too. I always bring a coupon that reduces my cost, too. I love this place. read more

Whenever I am in the area I always go to this Jiffy Lube in Bellevue. Jessica is the BEST. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I think it's badass she is in this line of work. She went above and beyond at my last oil change visit- offering me the premium oil for no additional charge because the oil I chose was out of stock. I feel so comfortable asking her questions and knowing that I won't be taken advantage of. She takes the time to educate you on whatever you want to know. You are in good hands at this location!! I have always gone to Jiffy Lube for my oil changes and top offs. I went to this location today because my engine was overheating and I needed oil. The crew here was very helpful and courteous and asked me to pull right up, let the engine cool down and they would first check the levels of the coolant and oil. I knew I needed two quarts of oil and I was actually on my way to O'Reillys to purchase some when my engine started overheating so I pulled in. The crew checked the radiator after it cooled down, then filled with coolant, and added two quarts of oil. I really appreciated the crew making sure all was okay before I headed out on a long road trip. All as a courtesy of no charge. I would go here again, I felt very comfortable with how they treated my, my truck and getting in and out as soon and safely as possible read more

We had oil changed at this Jiffy Lube week ago and I will never go back. signature oil change for $85, all was supposed to be checked and marked as OK, including radiator overflow. Next day my son drove the car and "cooked "it on freeway. There was no liquid in overflow or the radiator; not mentioning that the car was not vacuum as stated either. I just now question everything that was marked as in order. I called and talk to a manager- and he did not apologized or offered recheck. I will have all checked somewhere else- evidently cannot trust their services. read more

This is by far the best Jiffy Lube I have been to. Each time I've been in, I've never waited for more than 30 minutes and the staff are always really friendly and accommodating.
