I really didn't want to spend too much money on air filter but I guess it was necessary since they showed me the black filter and was totally gross. They vacuumed the floor which I was very thankful. Jiffy Lube has one job: oil change. It should be bread and butter. Nope. They effed that up big time. My 13 month old car is getting a brand new engine due to the morons installing the wrong filter. Luckily corporate Jiffy Lube will be covering the $10K bill after some haggling. Don't waste your time at JL. If they can't do a simple oil change, I can't imagine how they do their other tasks. Everyone on this staff had welcoming warm energy and explained details of mechanical issues with emphatic resolutions with each customer. I came in after having difficulty finding the 14001 NE 20th st location which has been closed and not listed on google. The calls were being forwarded to this location. The mechanic was helpful and attentive by giving directions and landmarks. Upon arrival and departure every staff member was kind and smiling. During the service the mechanic notified me of the leak in my coolant reservoir, even providing a video from beneath the car. He urged me to use my warranty, explained the severity in detail and gave me a suggested timeframe to have it looked at. If he didn't explain the severity or the immediate solution I'm not sure how bad it could have been. I just want to say thank you to Christopher B. and this team. read more

Came in, used their price match guarantee. The guy literally started treated me poorly at the moment I pulled up a price on my phone. Treated me poorly right in front of my child. Went out to the garage and spoke about us extremely rudely for getting a cheaper price and everyone became a bit agitated clearly. Then after waiting extra long, you can probably guess why so long, then I realize that coolant was drained and never filled and they almost destroyed my engine. Kinda funny that there's one guys sole job to do the fluids, I worked at jiffy lube. I would give these guys a negative 5 if I could. I took my car in after 5,000 miles assuming I needed an oil change. I handed them the keys and asked them to change. They took a look at the oil and showed it to me - it didn't need to be changed. They said it looked like it was just changed. I suppose I have a clean motor. I can't say how much I appreciate honest oil change/auto mechanics. I'm a life time jiffy lube customer. Poor gauging of time. I sat for an hour waiting to get a simple oil change. Only 2 cars a head of me. After realizing I would be late for my next appointment. I explained to the attendant that I wouldn't be able to stay, and said it would be 5-16 mins. At this point I needed to leave, but knew I had to wait for at least one of the vehicles to leave the bay so I could drive through. Again, gauging the wrong time frame, the attendant told me to pull up to bay 2 because they are "finishing up." After waiting another 10 mins, BAY 1 car left and another vehicle was directed in. I had to ask another attendant to ask a customer to back up so I could leave. Awful experience... read more

wow, i've never had this experience before.... i went in for an oil change. it was time to do so according to the car. but when they checked out the oil, they told me it was still very clean and i didn't really need to change the oil. they checked the car's fluids and sent me on my way no-charge. definitely earned loyalty points there! read more

I am so grateful to Payton, Alonzo, Manny, Jaden and Alexander! I wasn't paying attention and drove over a concrete barrier in a car park. My hubcap detached and threw itself across the ground, but worse still, I heard a horrible noise. When I reversed off the barrier and parked I checked under the car and saw a leak. Imagining the worst, I was sure I'd need to be towed to a mechanic and imagined a huge bill - and I was supposed to be taking a placement test at Bellevue College in a few minutes. When I returned to the car, the leak had stopped. My husband said that wasn't great news! He suggested I go to the nearest Jiffy Lube and ask them if anything was empty and if they could see a problem - a genius idea as it turned out. I went to the Bel-Red location and spoke with Manny who was very reassuring. Minutes later the crew told me everything was fine - the relief was wonderful. The guys were so sweet and so fast! I usually get my oil change done by my car dealer - but I'll be going to Bel-Red Jiffy from now on! read more

Honest, knowledgeable staff and friendly owner :) I have a pain in the donkey kind of car ('08 Land Rover LR2 with an older transversely mounted 3.2L I6 Volvo engine), which is just a royal pain to service. Most of the time the oil filters are not even in stock, because it's just such a rare and bizarre combination that I tend to buy and carry my own oil filters just in case. And, of course, due to liability concerns, most service locations won't install a customer provided filter. Many times when I drove up to an oil change center I have actually heard folks whisper "Please be a 2010 model!". Many repair shops won't work on this car. Today my wife and I were greeted with a friendly conversation from Chris, the business owner who runs a fun team of well experienced car enthusiasts. They checked my car for a number of things, including various leaks that I could smell but had no idea where they were coming from. Now I know I have a leaky rear diff, and an old leak near the front transfer case - things I've been smelling but wasn't sure if it was a valve cover or something else that I could repair on my own in the apartment. Now I know where to go and what to expect when eventually getting those addressed. They didn't have an oil filter, but they agreed to use the one I brought with me. Talking to the team really put me at ease knowing that they care about doing quality work and really deeply care about cars. It's not about doing unnecessary preventative work, like what you'd get at a dentist, but about keeping the mechanical systems healthy. I also received a significant discount on top of whatever coupon I might have had, which is no small thing given the current COVID-related difficulties we all find ourselves in. The store was taken over from a previous owner who had a mere 2.7 star rating. So if you read any older reviews - those are for the previous management. The new management did a fantastic job turning this into the best Jiffy Lube location in the entire state. When we eventually move to a less expensive area, I will still drive out here for any service needs for both of our cars! 5 stars is not enough! read more

Words do not express how impressed I was with my recent visit to Jiffy Lube. Brian and his team do an incredible job assisting people with their auto needs. My Jeep was having some issues and was at the point of needing some maintenance. I wasn't entirely sure what was wrong but figured I would start simple with an oil change and then work my way up towards bigger ticket fixes. My Jeep is a manual and in the past I have only been able to get work done on it at the Jeep dealership, last time I took it to the dealership I was hoping to have the transmission fluid changed but was told I needed to swap out the clutch and charged $3500. As I went through the line at Jiffy Lube Brian greeted me and we started talking about the Jeep, he said he could have his team change the oil do a full system check and change the transmission fluid. I was shocked and said yes, please. After swapping the fluids, Brian noticed the check engine light was still on and asked if I wanted him to read it. The machine came back with an alert that said I needed to change the spark plugs. Brian ordered the spark plugs and I came back the next day to have them installed. My Jeep has not ran as smooth as it currently is running since I initially drove it off the lot. In a time when I was dreading spending thousands of dollars and days of my time dealing with the Jeep Dealership, Brian completely fixed my vehicle and charged me just over $300. Jiffy Lube needs to pay attention to what Brian is accomplishing at this location. I went in to spend $75 on an oil change, I ended up spending 4x that amount and I couldn't be happier with the result. Never in my wildest imagination did I expect to review a Jiffy Lube. There are two in my part of Bellevue and I am pretty sure this is the one I went to. Since buying a new Honda in 2007, I always went to a dealer for the every 7,000 mile oil change and maintenance. In 2012, I decided to come here instead when I saw a maintenance reminder A12 code on my dashboard. What a super experience! The manager (Josh?) was great, and the two young workers (one girl) were very helpful. Comparison with my dealer -- Time: Dealer = 5 hrs! Jiffy Lube Bellevue = 30 mins Total Cost: Dealer = $200 Jiffy Lube = $130 Can I watch my car while the job is being done: Dealer = No Jiffy lube = Yes Do you vacuum the car: Dealer = No Jiffy Lube = Yes (and fairly thoroughly to boot) Do you let me choose the oil to some extent: Dealer = Never suggested that Jiffy Lube = Yes (they recommended one of two synthetic ones for my car) Do you take drive-in appointments: Dealer = No Jiffy Lube = That is all we do Any coupons for oil change and/or filter change: Dealer = once in a rare while Jiffy Lube = always, on their website or at the branch itself if you have no printer I suppose I got lucky that I went on a July 4th early afternoon so the place was devoid of other customers. But I am sue they have less busy times during most weekdays where you might get the same great experience as I did. I will always go here from now on. They even offer to top-off your fluids for free for the first 3,000 miles after each oil change, although I doubt most people need that. read more

They took really good care of me and were very personable. This was one of the quickest changes I have ever had and they didn't make me feel bad for not knowing I could change the mileage return date for my next oil change. Live review: oooh, never had to wait long enough to wait, get annoyed about the wait time, think about writing a review, and now write one. There was one car in front of me an hour and twenty minutes ago. I even saw my car pulled up to tue service bay forty minutes ago. I literally stood next to the window and watched them talk and go under my hood several times. Not sure what's happening. Ten minutes ago, homeboy asked me what type of oil I wanted so now I'm confused as hell as to what they were doing the last hour... I just bought my car a month ago so I think it's safe to assume it doesn't need a ton of work. If ever my car gets back to me, I'll check to see if they vacuumed the car. I feel time slipping by... There are now six people in the room with me, my car still chilling in the bay. I hate this place so much. read more

I was given an estimate of 20 minutes on phone and 30 minutes wait time when I arrived. However, 30 minutes have passed and i'm still nowhere. There were some other people waiting before me and still waiting when I was there. It looked like a very annoying and demanding ***** was taking up all the resources for her car and I was thinking how great timing that was. Wanna know how much took for an oil change? An hour and I'm not kidding. One note: Chealsen (sorry if I spell your name wrong) is probably the best thing that this business had. She is the front girl who greeted you, offered you coffee, smiled and joked with you and last but not least took $10 off your bill for a promotion that you didn't bother to look at the front sign for. And while my opinion still matters, she's still not enough to pull any extra star for this location. I will look for other closer alternative. read more

I will avoid changing oil here, they will use low grade oil even if you pay for higher grader synthetic oil. My car started to make engine noise, MPG dropped and had to take it to dealer for servicing and chnaged oil again. read more

I went to this Jiffy Lube on Friday early in the morning and was blown away with how quickly and efficiently they were able to go ahead and process the oil change as well as the filter change as well as replacing lights that I brought for my car. Chris was a phenomenal representation of how to actually provide great service and I will very quickly be coming back here for any future needs because not only did Chris take care of everything I needed to get done he also informed me of all of the future work I might need to get done and what was actually important versus what could actually be left alone. Altogether I left Jiffy Lube after a half hour wait with all the work that I need to get done with a great understanding of the future work I needed to get done and an incredible satisfaction with the work that was performed, thank you Chris! read more
