The people who work in this business are honest professionals and work really fast and doing at the same time a good job. I''ve used Jiffy Lube in Arizona a few times without an issue. I moved to WA and stopped in this location on Bel Red. Ugh. What a mess. First, I have a key-less ignition and the genius in the shop left my keys on top my car. I pulled out of the shop assuming they were still in the cup holder where I had left them. They fell off about a mile down the road and were ran over effectively crushing my car key, home key and office key. I learned this when I got back to my office, turned off my car and was unable to find my keys. Now, unable to start my car, I had an employee drive me back retracing my route to find my keys. I was just going to suck it up and deal with it but after leaving work that night I noticed about a quart of oil in my parking spot. I had no choice but to bring the car back (after of course leaking another 2 quarts on to my drive way that night). They redid the oil change, secured the nut and refunded my cost. They also agreed to send me a new key. I figured that was all they could do on their part so I decided to avoid writing a review. However that was a month ago and I still haven't received my key so apparently I'll have to pony up the $150 for a new one. My suggestion to you is to play the odds. These places are notorious for shoddy work. Go to the dealership or find a more reputable place. read more

Well the good news is the oil is changed. The bad news is these guys are really pushy about their expensive synthetic oil. I told them my car takes regular oil and they assured me that according to "Honda's new guidelines" it needs synthetic. Now that I'm home and a few google searches later, I feel a bit swindled. What good is synthetic going to do in a car that is already old and does not require it? They did not reset the maintenance minder system but handed me a hastily scrawled sticker and sent me on my way/ Forget the vaccuming - they left dirt marks on my glovebox/dashboard area presumably from checking the cabin filter. I used to go here all the time for my oil change. The service then was excellent. They would honestly explain all the pros and cons of the car's health (or whatever that's called), and vacuumed + cleaned my windows. I'm sad to say that I won't be back at this location any time soon. Today I got an oil change. When the service was done I paid, and the guy just walked me to my car. What I saw inside? The car wasn't vacuumed. They did a crappy job cleaning the windows. They left one of the windows open and water/soap streaks were on the inside of the window. The sad part is that my receipt showed that the vacuum and window cleaning service was 'complete' ... HA, are you kidding me?! I won't come back to this location the next time I need an oil change. read more

New Engine shortly after getting the oil changed, the engine light came on. Had the car towed into the Toyota dealer where they found no oil filter. it apparently came off after a few days. Now the whole engine needs to be replaced at a cost of $7,000. Have to engage a lawyer to get them to stand behind their guarantee. read more

Just finished up an oil change on a fleet vehicle. The new manager is very friendly! The staff was very professional and shared additional knowledge about the truck. The manager and Chris are really tops in giving you trustworthy pricing and advice. More than once they have come out and looked and said, you can wait another month, even though my light went on. They check the oil and make the best recommendations and don't just try to drive up the sale and rip you off. They are all kind, smart and fun. They understand as a single mom that I must be frugal and that the dependability of my car is essential. I truly believe that the brand (Jiffy Lube) makes little difference when it comes to oil change places but the relationships with the employees is top. Every time I go into this location they treat me like family. They have honest workers and they don't pressure or try to scare you into any service which is amazing as a woman. A few weeks ago I was having a really rough day with my car, Firestone scared me into thinking it was going to fall apart if I didnt spend 1200$ with them, and like with covid, who has that???? I also had so many light bulbs out and they wanted just 200$ for that :/ I decided to buy them myself and then headed to an oil change. Chris greeted me politely and got my oil change started. Bryan also was there and amazing as well. They both took the time to answer the questions that Firestone left me with, all while still doing their job. I had mentioned to Chris about my lights and asked a few pointers, and he shocked me by saying he would help he didn't have to take his personal time to do that at all but he did. I normally don't write reviews but I think i will start. This place is not so bad if you are straight forward and say "I just want an oil change" Jiffy gets iffy once they look up your vehicles history. They tried to push a differential oil change on me last time I was there and I refused, because it was $60 for front and $60 for back. I never looked into it so I want my knowledge before I say ok to something, because $120 is much to expensive for a college student. Thankfully I did refuse! I find out my vehicle only has front differential which is attached to your transmission and as long as the transmission fluid is fine you are fine. This is also confirmed by mechanics that I know. Thankfully, I wasn't ripped off. Also $6 for license plate lights? Seriously? it ridiculous. I can go to Fred Meyer and buy a pack of them for about $2 and change them myself. Like people tell you, becareful before you let them do something! More than likely after finding out about this, I will not return to Jiffy Lube. read more

I generally like the concept of Jiffy Lube but my experience with this office was negative. Two months ago I brought my Toyota Sienna for oil change. When I was about to pay I've been told that I need to pay for extra oil. That just didn't make sense to me. With the Toyota Prius that I have, a week after the oil change, the "check oil" light was turned on. When we got back there they simply pushed a button that turned that light off. Went to this jiffy lube because I really needed a quick oil change. My car was running great before hand but just needed a clean filter and some fresh oil. After about 10 minutes my car was done and I was very impressed at first. I specifically asked about the condition of my radiator hoses and oil pan, the gentleman I spoke to said they looked great and he ran into no problems. I was really happy. The next day I noticed that my car wreaked of burnt oil, I figured they maybe have spilled some on the engine and it would burn off and be fine.. nope. My car now has a pretty severe oil leak and 1 month later it still stinks of burning oil. Why have I driven my car around for that long with this problem? Because I don't have another car and I have to drive to work to pay my bills, I can't afford an inspection at the dealership because Jiffy lube charged me $90 for "full synthetic". This oil is thinner than water, no way they gave me full synthetic, half of the oil they put in my car is on I-5 anyway... Just go to the dealership, It may not save you time right away, but it sure will save you money and a new car. read more

I took my car to this jiffy lube because the one on Main Street is closed down. When I got there the girl quoted me 45 minutes. After waiting an hour my car hadn't even gotten in the garage yet. One of the other customers ahead of me became very upset. He started yelling at the employees and manager about how they did a bad job. This went on for another 30 minutes. The manager who is a nice guy had no idea how to handle this. He should have asked the customer to leave. So I finally asked the customer to leave. The customer did eventually leave and I was offered 20% off which was about the same as my 15$ off coupon I wanted to use.... so after two hours I finally got to leave. Awful I won't come back. Then keep you waiting, only to tell you after originally accepting the coupon, that if you don't have a physical printed copy of the price match (mobile not accepted), then they don't honor it. Customer service was great except for the fact that my receipt claimed the exterior windows were washed and floors vacuumed, but neither was done. I asked about the vacuuming and the employee stated the vacuum was not functioning that day. read more

Bryan and his team were awesome! I am a bit delayed in my review. Really just came in to pay for a top off of a few of my fluids (washer and coolant) since I had done the oil change myself. I really don't know a lot about cars and am trying to learn more but was hesitant before making my drive down to California without having a professional double check my work. Not only did Bryan and his team talk with me all about my VW car (clearly passionate about those vehicles), they directed me to where I can get the specialized coolant (since they don't carry it) and told me some tips and tricks. At the end, they even gave me a complimentary washer fluid top off. It was just so incredibly kind. They clearly are passionate about what they do (especially Bryan) and really value their customers. I love going to Jiffy lube and for a while was nervous about how I had felt "upsold" on prior visits to different locations. I trust this location and I definitely trust Bryan and his team.
