    SUNDAY CREW IS THE BEST CREW I have to say! after a busy week I realized I had not changed my oil in a while & my light came on. I always go to take 5 but they were EXTREMELY SHORT STAFFED. I had the pleasure of meeting Q, Ju( Julian) & Keem at Brandon Jiffy Lube & all three were amazing gentlemen, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE on what needs to be done to make sure your car has longevity. I'm just a girl how would I know my coolant was low ? LOL but I realllyyyyy THANK YOU GUYS for being so kind & I appreciate you for all your hard work and fast service. 10/10 def recommend !

    So I've been to this Jiffy Lube several times mainly due to the fact that I usually get it done at Walmart because it's cheaper but I've had a few unpleasant experiences at Walmart. Every time I come, the service is very fast. I've been in the day and at night. Recently when I went for an oil change, due to Covid, they have wait in your car service. Now I know you're probably thinking, "sit in my car while it's not running in Florida heat?" They have a huge air conditioner that they stick in your back window to keep things cool while you wait. I thought that was really cool. I actually would've preferred this on prior visits as the waiting room gets a little lonely. You won't be waiting long though since they are so quick. I think the little sticker they put in my window usually has a gap of about 6000 miles and I genuinely feel like my car starts acting up at around 3000 miles which is usually what Walmart puts on their stickers, so I tend to get oil changes more frequent. I don't like my car feeling sluggish at around 4000 miles. I didn't feel like I was being upsold. They usually simply ask whether or not I want a certain service or not and I tell them yes or no. They have never said you should get this done rather than do you want this service. And I like that. They aren't the cheapest place around for a oil change but they're good if you need to have an oil change done.

    One of the worst decisions I've made: So on Friday, I decided to take my car to Jiffy Lube because I was heading to Georgia the following morning and Tampa Honda had already closed. I wanted to ensure a reliable ride to and from Georgia. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. To my surprise, when I gained possession of my car, I was able to drive approximately 5 to 10 miles before my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree ! My car also wouldn't accelerate over 9mph. I immediately pulled over and called Michael and another worker from jiffy Lube who met me at a nearby store. I spent approximately 2 additional hours waiting on them to figure out the errors they needed to correct from the services they provided. Fast forward, 2 hours later my car seemed to be performing to its expectations. However, that changed quickly, after taking possession of my car for the 2nd time and driving approximately 10 miles, it reverted and began to perform poorly as it did prior. I had one of the most MISERABLE drives at 9mph trying to get to Tampa Honda. There was no way I could've made it home, because I live in the Spring Hill area. So finally, I made it to Tampa Honda around 1am. and left my car and took a 50.00 Uber home. The next morning, I had to Uber back to Tampa Honda to have a diagnostic completed on the car. The result, of that diagnostic is that the 3 spark plugs that were replaced were not the correct spark plugs for the car and the 4th spark plug was indeed one of my old spark plugs. Another service rendered was tire rotation and rear brakes. Read below to see the corrections Tampa Honda had to provide for this service. Now after taking to the GM. Freddy. He stated that they do not reimburse for share rides but it's THEIR fault I was without my car. Also, they only reimburse 33.00 per day for a rental car. Now please let me know where I would find a rental car for 33.00 per day and furthermore, why am I being held FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE for JIFFY LUBE's incompetency in a minor tune up and inconveniencing me? Finally, they will NOT pay Tampa Honda for a service rendered in FIXING THEIR MISTAKE which I was Forced to pay out money to have my car fixed. This is ridiculous to charge me over 1400 dollars, inconvenience me, and not properly fix my car. Pictures and videos will be posted below. For the record, I give zero stars!! I had to TAKE MY CAR BACK TO TAMPA HONDA to get my brakes replaced, because aftermarket brakes were put on my car causing it to make a really loud rotational noises from the rear brakes! Tampa Honda has again fixed another error caused by Jiffy Lube costing me an additional 506.73. In the process of changing the rotors and pads, it was noted the right rear stud was damaged due to cross threading. Replacing the right stud cost me 288.89. Again, I didn't have ANY PROBLEMS with my car before taking it to Jiffy Lube. I take very good care of my car and have the necessary paperwork as proof. Jiffy Lube has stated that I AM INDEED FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR MISHANDLING OF MY VEHICLE. Jiffy Lube will not pay the additional out of pocket money that I had to pay Honda. I wouldn't be in a situation where I was forced to pay additional money out of pocket if Jiffy Lube would have properly serviced my vehicle. After paying Jiffy Lube over 1400 dollars, I still had to come out of pocket an additional 1557.00 to pay Honda, Uber, and for a rental car! Tyler, the district manager called to say they could pay me 33.00 for the rental, and what they charged me for the repairs, but want me to bring their parts back! I stay in Spring Hill. Therefore, that's a drive. They said nothing about reimbursement for my time, miles, and gas! It's zero stars for me! I will add the pictures below! So jiffy lube responded back to my google review and asked me to call them. However, when I CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES, my call WAS SENT TO VOICEMAIL. The only communication I had with the number I was requested to call was VIA TEXT, to inform me the information I forwarded to them will be redirected to the Tampa office! You have to be kidding me! So why was I asked to call a number to be redirected back to the Tampa office via text?

    The team did a great job for my quick oil change and tire rotation. They thoroughly made sure all tires were tightly attached too!

    I wouldn't trust any Jiffy Lube anywhere. You will regret it. Upsell. Upsell. Annoying upsell.

    In April, I contacted several local shops for a quote to replace both front CV axles on my 2016…read moreToyota Highlander. Christian Brothers Automotive had decent reviews, was conveniently located, and provided a mid-range quote of $1,150, so I chose to move forward with them. I dropped off my vehicle on Thursday, April 30, with the understanding that work would begin the morning of Friday, May 1. Around 12:30 PM that day, I received a call stating the carrier bearing was rusted and might need replacement, and that I would receive a follow-up estimate. After waiting two hours with no update, I called back and was told the advisor had misspoken--the carrier bearing was part of the CV axle and did not need replacement, but they were having difficulty removing it. I was then informed the repair could not be completed because they were out of gas for the torch, and the vehicle would not be ready until Monday. This delay was extremely inconvenient and required me to arrange and pay for a car for the weekend and into the following week. At no point during these conversations was I informed of any additional labor charges or a potential increase in cost. On Monday, I was notified the vehicle was ready, but the total had increased to $1,728.77--significantly higher than the original $1,150 quote. The increase included two additional hours of labor for $329 and $49.27 in shop supplies, neither of which had been clearly communicated or approved in advance. I did approve an alignment for an additional $164, but that was the only added cost discussed. While I understand that complications can arise--especially with older components--the lack of clear communication, inconsistent information, and failure to disclose additional costs beforehand made this a frustrating experience. When I raised these concerns, I was told I had approved the additional labor, which is difficult to reconcile given that no hourly rate or estimated additional time was ever explained to me. Transparency matters. I also brought up the fact that you failed to quote me $50 for shop supplies. I asked for a full quote over the phone. Don't hide charges. Based on this experience, I will not return or recommend this location. Feel free to give me a call to further discuss when and how you provided me additional cost and when I approved these additional costs. Invoice for RO #24312
