Went there on a Sunday when there was absolutely no cars there waiting hoping to get my 2008 Dodge Avenger r/t an oil change. After asking the price which was $45 the manager named Christian said he would not change my oil because of a ticking sound that my engine has been making for 3-4 years now which is a common problem in Avengers. Even after telling him that and also telling him that I got an oil change there 6 months prior he still refused. So I went down to PEPBOYS and they did the oil change no problem and even had a special going on for $19.99. So thank you Christian for saving me $25 and also great job at losing mine and my families business (6 cars in total) which has been going there for years. I have only been here twice but each time they were nice and knowledgeable. I do see the other reviews though. I'm wondering if they have a high turnover of employees at all of these Jiffy Lubes and need better direct management. A lot of young people work here. They greeted me with smiles and gave me no issues! Usually I would be waiting forever just for an oil change but it was very fast! That made me happy and relieved. Been going there with 2 cars for the last 5-6 years. The Manager, James, gives attitude like he's just running through the motions. I went there this morning and brought the coupon corporate sent in the mail for 34.99 for the signature service. He looked at it and said "honey, that's the everyday price." I asked why they sent it in the mail and he said "Pssh, I don't know." Now I really feel like a "valued" customer. Since James has been there, each time I've gone there are new employees. It was a thousand times better when the other manager and employees were there, they made me feel like they valued my business. I actually LIKED going there regularly. I would rather spend $10 more to feel like a valued customer. They have lost my business. If I could give zero stars, I would. read more

Me and my husband have a 1995 Saturn sw2 and have a couple of problems with it as you could imagine it being 21 years old and never taken care of. Taylor the manager is extremely helpful and has fixed our car many many times no matter how small the job. I've never had such a honest and helpful mechanic. First off this is my very first time using Yelp. I usually go to my mechanic but was in a hurry that day and did not want to wait too long for oil change. I paid $48 dollars ( with tax) for the service that's suppose to change oil, filter, vaccum car clean windows check fluid levels and air pressure in tires. After looking under the hood they also said my cabin filter needed to be changed so I agreed. When I got home I checked my oil level and made sure the filter was changed. #1 there was barley enough oil on dip stick to see. #2 cabin filter was installed wrong. No vaccum, no windows cleaned . So I went back . There were 2 women working and one guy who was the manager. They corrected the problems but what if I did not decide to check their work ?This could have destroyed my engine. How many others received this kind of service and didn't know until it was too late. Will never use a Jiffy Lube again read more

Do not go to this place!!! I brought my 06 Ford Taurus with only 80k miles here for an oil change. My normal oil change place was closed for the day and I had just put Sea Foam in my engine and wanted it changed. The brought me under the car to tell me everything they wanted me to have them change. Fuel filter, radiator flush, and such, but I declined. The made lots of notes on the receipt with prices for all the maintenance they wanted me to do. So it's time for an oil change again and I went to my normal place. They refused to do the oil change this time because I now have a temporary oil plug... I asked what the hell they were talking about. So they showed me and explained how it works. They said it's a liability for them so they won't touch it. They told me to go back to the place that did the last oil change and find out why they did it. So I get here to Jiffy lube and find the manager. He looks over my receipt and says that his guys were doing me a favor by putting one in. The regular shop I've been taking my car to must have damaged it over the years and his guys were preventing a leaking problem. YET the receipt with all the suggested maintenance and notes doesn't mention a oil plug issue or temporary plug. I have a concrete driveway, I've never had oils marks. He wants me to believe that my regular shop stripped it out over the years and the did me a solid favor and didn't tell me... read more

Came in to get an oil change and was recommended for a radiator flush to help winterize my car. Well to start off the staff were very friendly and prompt on helping me with lower prices. After receiving my service I headed home but my temperature gauge on the dashboard was saying that my car was over heating so I immediately called up to Jiffy Lube and they remain calm and friendly and told me to come back to resolve the issue after doing so I proceeded home and the same problem persisted so as I had just arrived home they called me back to ensure everything was okay and I expressed that the same problem was happening so the manager, James offered to come out to my house and pick up my car to bring it back to Jiffy Lube to fix the problem completely. No manger has ever gone out their way to pick up my vehicle and ensure that it was working properly without any additional charge. I was very upset but after seeing them go over and beyond for me and my vehicle it made everything much of an ease that just because of this i would go back!!
