Got our oil changed here and they were very fast which is why they get two stars. However, they told us we had a major transmission leak and oil leak when in reality it was just oil that had leaked down and splattered everywhere from there and the other jiffy lubes sloppy job! Wasted my time having to go to a repair shop all because they couldn't wipe off the excess oil they spilled. read more

So he filled out all my info and asked me to wait in the waitng room for someone to go over what I need, I told him again I just need an oil change because I was on vacation and that my truck just was saying 0% oil life left, then went to del taco for lunch while the changed my oil. read more

I've used this Jiffy Lube a couple of times and have never had a complaint - in fact I've found them to be fast, friendly and clean. Yesterday they did a great job on my oil change... but then this morning I realized that they stole all the money out of my ashtray :( only about $15 in quarters but come on - I keep them there for laundry, car wash, etc... really not cool. read more

If I could I would give 0 stars to this place on customer service. I just moved to the area and was excited that there was a Jiffy Lube down the street from me. I pulled up and no one came to greet me. So I parked and got out of the car with my one year old and had to wait in line (just two people in front of me- not a problem). When Yolanda then assisted the young man in front of me- she looked at me with no hello and just asked "What do you need?" I replied with "I would like to get an oil change, this is my first time here." She then asked me "Do you have your car?" I almost wanted to reply and say "No, I don't have my car with me but I'm asking to get an oil change now." (DUH I have my car with me! I wouldn't be asking) I ended up replying "yes, my car is here" She said "well there is an hour wait...so..." (with an attitude). I just left. I don't want to give my business to a company with people who have an attitude anyways. read more

These guys are my go-to. Yesterday they were extra helpful in trying to figure out what the weird noise with my engine was. Seems it was just making weird sounds because it was a little low on oil (and I was there for an oil change anyway!). This place is so FAST. They do a good, quick job. Yes, they try to up-sale regarding the filters and the synthetic oil, but I always decline (I change my own filters...) and that is that. My friend took his car here to get an oil change. They failed in every aspect. They did not even tighten the skid plate on all the way so part of it fell off while he was driving causing it damage as well as under the car. The oil cap was over tightened and stripped so he also was loosing oil and needed a new oil pan. They also failed to change the oil filter although it clearly stated in paperwork that they did. The air filter was also installed incorrectly. I wouldn't trust them with my car and neither should you. read more

Went in on a Sunday with my ram 2500. Pulled up. Only 3 cars ahead of me no big deal. Lol 3 hours later my truck is finally done. Pretty out outrageous for a simple oil and filter change. The techs seem very inexperienced and flustered causes them to make mistakes. The main guy was trying to upsell me to "synthetic" and being very pushy telling me "your turbo with explode if You use the conventional" lol then why would dodge recommend conventional in there million mile Cummins motor. These upsells are ridiculous and if it was my girlfriend she probably would believe this con. This is why I change my own oil. 2 stars because they have a clean waiting room. read more

Had a coupon for a $20.14 oil change. The employees are courteous & quick, but the upsale pressure is ridiculously choreographed & rehearsed to come off as if they care deeply about total strangers. When interrupted to ask a question, the employee was so befuddled, he had to start over. They were fast, I'll give them that, but $42.00 later, I left with car windows cleaned with a greasy rag, vowing to never return. read more

I took my 1999 BMW Z3 in for a standard oil change. They weren't busy, but after waiting half an hour I checked and was told that they had sent for an oil filter. I understand that they can't carry every filter made, and mine is an old one, but I don't understand not telling me about the wait. Thus I only gave them a good review--not great. I got a call that evening from the manager apologizing. I told him that they had also not reset my oil light, after I asked them too. He said that he would be there the following day and I should drop by to have it done quickly. Well it wasn't done quickly. After 20 minutes I asked what the holdup was and was told that they were looking for the tool to reset the light. OOPS. It comes out that they don't have one. If I wanted to wait another "20" minutes they would send for one. I do wish he had told me this on the phone and I could have stopped at the Jiffy Lube in No. Carson that had it. His excuse "he didn't know what kind of car I had until I brought it in" Did he not pull up my phone number from his computer??? They have lost yet another customer. read more

Jiffy lube will not rotate my tires says federal law prohibit front to rear since the rears are new and the fronts are worn. Thats why i need them rotated. If they were sll new i wouldn't have requested it. Don't go to jiffy lubr to rotate your tires. read more

Beware, could not check air filter. I have a 2005 Honda Pilot. I was told that they did not have the required special Philips head screwdriver . Checked 2 other jiffy lubes in area and they also did not have one. Finally found one that had a special screwdriver and was told I could drive my car there if I wanted my air filter checked. Even though air filter check is listed and included in their basic oil filter change check off list, they were unable to do it, charged me full price like they had done it and when I complained to temporary manager was told, "no body is perfect" and by an employee "its only one air filter. They did not see any need to hurry and buy a new screwdriver anytime soon and neither did other local jiffy lubes as they were out to. I was told they have "thousands of tools and they get lost and dropped all the time." Later I, (a 65 yr old female) went into my garage and took of my air filter with my Philips head screwdriver and yes my filter was dirty. Save your time and money, skip the handy local jiffy lube and go where there are tools available. read more
