Great and quick brake front pads and rotors service with test drive in one hour. They matched the cost of other shops in the area for around $216 for parts and $416 total with labor. Fresh coffee was served. It doesn't hurt it's walking distance from a new burger shack and car wash.

Photo creds to my mechanic; oil drain plug is barely hanging on

Took my vehicle to this Jiffy Lube for an oil change; about 30 days later, my low engine oil pressure light came on. Checked the oil dipstick and it was dry as a bone. I had to pour in about 3 quarts of oil to drive it to the mechanic, all of which had spilled out onto the ground because as my mechanic discovered, the oil drain plug had not been tightened, thus causing all of the oil to spill out onto the ground. Hopefully there is no permanent damage to my engine, but I don't know yet. The repairs cost $400 in addition to time and stress. I went back to Jiffy Lube to speak to a manager. Clearly he did not want any of the customers to hear anything I was saying and made me go outside to talk to him. Then, he tried to make me leave OUT THE BACK?!?!? I went back through the front desk/waiting area despite his instructions and he told me to get out! I had to go through HELL getting THEIR MISTAKE fixed, and the he's mad I showed up and told him about it? I wanted to be helpful and inform Jiffy Lube about the situation so they would not make the same mistake again and nobody else would have to go through what I went though. I will probably never return to Jiffy Lube, but if I do, it will certainly NOT be this location!!!!!

Not only a place to get a fast and great oil change but have your car fully restored!

I would like to know if I want to change the disc and pads in my car, do I have to buy them in another store or do you have everything???…

Thank you for the inquiry. We can receive and install most brakes in about an hour after service is started.…

Curtis, the manager always recognizes me and knows that I need my tires pumped up as soon as he sees me.

Within days, we noticed oil leaking onto our driveway every morning. An independent repair shop inspected the vehicle, documented the damage with photos and video, and advised us to return to Valvoline because the leak appeared to have been caused during the oil change. The manager reviewed the evidence and acknowledged that a mistake had been made. However, despite multiple return visits and repeated promises to fix the issue, the oil leak continued. At one point, my daughter was driving on the highway when the car began shaking and lost power, forcing her to pull over. It was a frightening and potentially dangerous situation. What should have been a simple oil change turned into weeks of inconvenience, safety concerns, and a vehicle that still was not properly repaired after several attempts. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service and the handling of this situation.

Their counter service is friendly, knowledgable and understandable. Their services while not the most inexpensive is the best for good service, fair pricing, and candid evaluations of problems. They are also open to questions and exPLAINATION and concerns an owner has with repairs. When one can find good service and feel as if all recommendations are truthful...this is all one can ask for in the area saturated with many questionable services centers. I called a few other local independent shops that quoted $550, a bit more reasonable. Then I decided to try instant car fix and was a little skeptical about the quality. I tried calling and messaging but they were unresponsive. I booked online but had questions about OEM-equivalent pads and rotors but no one answered their messaging system. The price was much more manageable and cost around $350. The mechanic came out same-day and was very nice. Did all the work right in our driveway, showed us pictures and the old items to show that I truly did need the work done. He showed me the parts he was putting in which were of high quality. Car passed the re-inspection at the original shop and said the repair was done well. It was nice being in my own home while the work was done instead of being in the shop waiting room or coordinating a pickup and dropoff. The mechanic was quick and efficient. And best of all, it was much cheaper than going to a shop. Only complaint is the poor communication beforehand and the long time window to wait. Although, the mechanic messaged me about 40 minutes before he came out. Despite these minor issues, I'll be using them again and would recommend you give them a try.

I wanted a routine-check up and went to them on a tip from a friend whose family is a lifetime customer. They blew me away during that experience with their service, knowledge, pricing and authentic integrity, but then they really blew me away when my tire blew out a month later and they not only fit me within hours of it happening, but suited my car back up with a BETTER tire, BETTER rim, BETTER alignment and BETTER preparation for future tire maintenance at a BETTER price than anyone I've talked to has gotten elsewhere. Specifically, I have to shoutout to Kenny and Ariel, aka "my guys". Ariel has been working here for apparently 30 years and it shows in how he has mastered his skills, his craft, his art! I talked to him personally about how we might try to smooth a jagged edge of a rim out versus replacing it entirely for temporary use and while it's not a normal kind of extra service, he went to work with his tools and sculpted the metal with the mastery of Michelangelo, and ensuring safety for my tire and for myself back out on the road. Then there's Kenny, whose friendliness and accommodating manner on the phone sold me on this shop initially, but when I went to the shop and met him in person -- I knew he was the real deal -- which says a lot given all the fair pricing deals Virginia Tire & Auto works to provide their customers, and Kenny goes the extra mile there to find any discounted rates or offers to factor into the total cost. Not only does he carry a poise that shows professionalism and sincerity in how he handles his job, but he possesses true knowledge of auto services and I've grown to trust his judgment implicitly because it's proven to show he is looking out for the BEST interest of my car, my wallet and my life and lifestyle. THANK YOU to all MY GUYS & GALS keeping me rolling and running!

I was a MyCarClub member (I…read morecanceled it today) so I have gone there for oil changes because it's a good price, but NEVER again will I ever use them. I have had issue after issue after issue with them, but I was dumb enough to try them again today, and once again they failed me. I had a 7:30am oil change scheduled and dropped my vehicle off last night. At 8:50am I hadn't heard from them so I called for the status of my vehicle. They put me on hold to go and look, and then came back to tell me that their systems were down and they weren't working on any vehicles this morning. I asked why no one called me to let me know. No answer. I asked what they were doing for the last hour and a half they were open. No answer. I asked to talk to the manager and was told he was at the Centerville location. I called the Centerville location and they wouldn't let me talk to the manager. I told them my vehicle was at Chantilly and no one had contacted me to tell me that their systems were down and they weren't working on anything. The person on the phone apologized and said that they should have called me. Then they said I could go pick my vehicle up and re-schedule. I went to get my vehicle and they were doing the oil change. I asked them why they were working on it when they told me they couldn't and Centerville told me to go pick it up. They told me they called Centerville and weren't told that. Since their systems were down they wanted my credit card number to charge me later (I wouldn't give it to them, as I am not having them lose that or show it to non-authorized people by accident) or I could pay by cash. I told them they weren't even supposed to be working on the vehicle. I asked why no one called me in the morning to tell me that they were having an issue. They told me that they had a lot of customers to contact. I said that they had been open over an hour and a half and I couldn't imagine that they had that many people to call. They then said that they couldn't call anyone because their phones weren't working. I told them they answered when I called. They told me that they could receive calls, but couldn't make any. To say I was irate is an understatement. I told them I wanted my vehicle and I would never give them my business again. They then had someone come out and have the audacity to tell me that after today they would not take me as a customer any longer. We told them it was mutual, as I had already stated this. They are the WORST company ever and I warn anyone and everyone to never use any of their locations. This was just today. In the past, I've waited HOURS on end for my vehicle to be serviced when I have had an appointment. I have been told they don't actually take appointments. I have been told that they take people who come in before they take people who drop off their vehicles. I had bought tires from them and got a flat. They told me that I had no warranty and that it was unfixable and I needed new tires. I took it to a different garage where it was repaired for $50 and now a year later I am still driving on the same tire. Do not ever use them.
