I was warned, never go there. I should have listened! JORGE broke the diptsick on my car, by the time I caught him ramming the dipstick in and out,he subsequently broke the tip off in the tube. Now I can't check my oil, and have to pay someone else to repair their breaking it. I was also at the end of the incident threatened with violence. I recommend never go there. Please be advised. Friendly and genuine service ever since I started coming here for my oil changes last year. All my visits last under 15 minutes. Workers are quick and do their jobs efficiently together, which is what I like to see. They don't push extra services on me, but recommend what will need to be changed in the future. They charged me for premium full synthetic oil price but gave me a generic product. They stopped using mobile 1 synthetic. Avoid Jiffy Lube. They didn't drain all of the oil, 10% residual oil left in your car might not seem like alot but when multiplied by thousands of cars....you do the math. Jiffy Lube is stepping over dollars to pick up pennies. Never using Jiffy Lube again. read more

I was just at this location today and I had a great experience. They changed the oil, replaced my wiper blades with high quality blades, replaced my oil filter and cleaned my battery for around $100. It would have been more but they gave me a discount on the spot. I don't think they entire thing took more than 30 minutes and they were very busy. Everyone working there was very friendly and professional. I usually go to my dealership, but for quick service this is a great option. read more

I just had my oil and filters changed 1 week ago by a reputable auto shop. I went to Jiffy Lube to have my burned out headlight replaced. I specifically told the guy who greeted me when I drove up that was all I wanted done. When it was my turn, theY drove my car in and I noticed they were checking under my hood and oil and other things. They called me out and said my oil was low and my filters needed changing and new windshield wipers. I just had my wipers replaced. I told the guy I just had my oil and filters changed 1 week ago and he got sarcastic and said he was only repeating what the mechanic told him. And he was indignant what I said I only wanted the light changed. He really tried to con me into all this other stuff. I had my receipt from the auto shop who did the oil change and all the stuff they tried to sell me today was on that receipt. I WOULD NEVER GO TO THIS SHOP AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. I went into this Jiffy Lube in order to get in oil change. When one of the employees opened up the hood of my car they found a dead rat. Even though Jiffy Lube at that time did not have the right filter for my car, they still were moved the bottom of my car to dispose of the rat and even cleaned everything the rat had touched! This act of kindness does not go unnoticed considering my car had been smelly for quite some time! There is no way I would have known how to remove that rat and they went out of their way to help me. First off, I used to go to this Jiffy lube for several years. I then had done some research and found out that they're typically trying to up sell me on several things that I hadn't needed. I was in there with my Hyundai Accent for an oil change and tire rotation. They took the typical time to get the routine maintenance package done. One of them came in and told me my hose was nearly cut up and up sold me on a hose, which is fine. They went out to an O'Reily's store to buy a hose and charged me for the part and labor, which is fine. I came back 3 months later and they tried to pull the same thing on me, I showed them the receipt and they claimed they must have mistaken. They also didn't perform a rotation when they said they would, and someone that had decided to sit in the car had smelled of cigarette smoke. All in all, I found out that Jiffy lube just tries to up sell and for each customer they try to at least have them pay 100.00 minimum. If not, they actually get in trouble...this is not a place to be a salesman! Pros: Quick service 3 Service Bays New and clean waiting room Cons: Workers there try to up sell constantly lie about performing services and adding it to the bill. Usually I love this place. They are very friendly. But a few weeks ago I noticed my tire was low the day after getting my oil changed. I went back in to have it looked at. They said it looked flat but they didn't hear any hissing and they didn't see anything puncturing the tire. So they filled it back up and said to watch it. I went on with my day. When I got to my garage I noticed a loud hissing. When I got back from a tire place, they showed me the large screw that was in my tire. read more

I've never been a fan of Jiffy Lube but since it's so close to the house I started coming here... First time here they put the wrong pull in my car, but the manager jose did credit me the $55 on my next oil change, since my last pill change I've been hanging problems with my car over heating, but the GM Jose had taken the time to thoroughly look under my hood trying to figure out the cause... awesome first time visit. very fast and very attentive service. generally speaking in the past i don't visit quick lube places, however since i bought my junky old pickup truck i knew i was going to either do it myself or visit a quick place. yes i could go to an auto parts store and buy everything for half of what i paid here, however i then would have to bring the used oil back to the store and of course clean up everything. i am a diy most times, however this time i gave myself a break and took a chance. being old i treat my rides with gentle care so all of my fluids are topped off already, however again these guys were all courteous, knowledgeable and fast. very convenient and will return! read more

These guys were GREAT! I went in right after work (which I was dreading), but my first experience here was a BLESSED one. Though Jiffy Lube was charging me twice as much as their competitor, their quick service and flexible schedule was worth the money! As I was waiting for my "oil change", the crew brought to my attention other minor things: busted break light etc.. Not only did they take the time out to check for those things, they addressed them as well! All the guys on board were FANTASTIC! Special shout out to Jordan, Marco, Chris and anyone else I'm missing! You guys truly blessed my life! Man they got some studs working in there. I hear they all have such great talent because one of the old managers, his name was nick. He was the best salesman ever! He had the best crew at the time too ! The only ones still working there that are any good are Jose,Angel, and Jordan. I guess the little oriental kid isn't so bad either. The rest are just no good. This place is absolutely terrible. Worst customer service I have ever had. When I asked how much an oil change was the service advisor gave me attitude like I should already know how much it was. Every person there seemed like they didn't want to be there. But I guess that's to be expected from them since they make minimum wage to work on people's cars. Do not let them touch your vehicle, they are clueless about auto repairs. Take your car to a reputable certified mechanic that won't strip your oil pan or forget to add oil... Stay away unless you would like to spend hundreds of dollars on repairs after letting these morons change your oil. read more

They even vacuumed my car and cleaned my windows! Nobody wants to get their oil changed but when you do, these guys are great.
