Let me start by mentioning my car has 335000 miles so I was worried about the cost. When I arrived I was the only one, (that was short lived.) They moved my road warrior up and I went inside, the waiting room was clean and cool, with a nice big TV is for entertainment, there is water and comfortable chairs. I was holding my breath waiting for a laundry list of things I needed done. The list never appeared, they did not try to up-sale anything. My break fluid needed to be changed and that it was it. They reminded me of their top off service, and they showed me what they did. They were very transparent no hidden fees whatsoever, they even offer coupons! I will definitely be back. The oil service technician was great as well. I took my wife's car in on busy Saturday but was in and out in 30 mins. I've used to get oil service w/ inspection at local Toyota dealership cost me $190 w/ free carwash. Jiffy charged me $130 (synthetic oil) plus future member discount. Good value! Asked for an oil change and spark plug replacement on a Civic and drove off the lot noticing a scraping sound, i pull over check my skid plate and they didnt put it on correctly. Had to put it back on properly and next thing you know the car begins misfiring from the sparkplugs. One phone call later they "fixed" it and gave me a warranty. They had a new guy do my spark plugs and tried to lie to me even though one of their front desk told me he was new and they purchased the wrong spark plugs. dont go here i promise you can do a better job than them. $300 for my car to be less efficient, no thanks. read more

I usually get my oil changed at the chino hills location, but decided to come to this location since it is down the street. The guys working horse around--one guy peeled out in a roadster after getting off the lift, I hope it was his car. My service took over a freakin' hour!!! They no longer vacuum or wipe the glass clean due to covid. Oh! Aaand, the establishment has mask requirement postings on the window, but neither staff or patrons abided the mandate. It was til after the manager, I assume, came in that the staff put on their masks. I don't think I'll be coming here again when I'm in a jiffy, this place is iffy! read more

Went in to get a brake inspection on a Sunday morning. And considering how much work and time it takes for a brake job....Christopher the manager was very welcoming and informed me that it was no problem getting a brake repair done if necessary. Car was inspected in a timely manner, and he actually gave a lower cost of repairs than originally estimated. The guys here really do deserve more credit than they are actually given. Aside from oil changes there known for, they really will inform you of what really is needed for your vehicle w/o pressuring you to do more than what youre intended visit was for. Location is nice and clean. Next to a 7-11 if you need to grab a drink or etc. And American Car Wash is next door if youd like to have your car clean afterwards. Specifically in this location this people are scam, the manager try to over charge me, he didn't even look at my car problem when he was already telling me how much he will charge me, that have not sense. I told him that I will be looking around because the price that he was giving me was to expensive plus he didn't even look at my car problem, when I mentioned that he try to give me a "discount" but still expensive. I left the place and I call the other location and ask them how much was for change my breaks and they give me a complete different price. Are the same company but different price ? of course I'm in the other location, as soon I came in here they properly check my car first to be sure the breaks are the problem and they confirmed. They ripped my tire while putting it on the rim, but insisted I brought it in like that. Always have a before and after photo of your items IF you do decide to go here. I came to Jiffy Lube early today (3/23/23) because I had a flat tire and needed some air as the air pump station near the gas store was not working. I was greeted with warm welcome by the manager Kenny and he helped me performed full analysis on my tire. Kenny was very knowledgeable and kind. My tire had a small hole in it and his team helped me changed to my spare tire without any charge. They work very efficiently and the process was done within half an hour. Went to get a oil change took 2+ hours wanted to get my tires changed they snapped a lug nut after waiting two hours for my call they finally told me they can't change the tire because they broke off a lug nut! During this time there was the manager and 4 other guys out there just talking while two other customers were waiting for there cars as well, Then when I told them I get it serviced at Chevy they told me that the rims didn't come on the car and the last guy messed up( I bought the car new off the show room floor at Chevy and they came with those rims) I didn't take it there due to the time frame Chevy had and how far it is from my house. This was the first and last time I'll be going to jiffy lube but to end this experience they just told me they cant do anything for me. Please save your self the time and waste of money and don't go here!!!!! read more

Where do I begin. So I have a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 3.0 Duramaxx and no Jiffy Lube locations have the oil so I have to pick up oil from Chevy dealership. So last Friday I purchased the 7 qt's of oil and yesterday brought those quarts along with oil filter to this Jiffy lube location. They charge $54 for the labor to change my oil. Later in the night I notice oil stains where I park my truck so I bring the truck back to Jiffy Lube so that they can check for leak and the oil screw wasn't put on tight enough which somehow damaged the gasket. So easy fix but somehow when checking for the leak all of the oil drained out of the truck so now the scramble to get the same oil since they don't sell the specific oil that I need. I've been here for 2 hours and still waiting for the oil to arrive. The crew is all young guys and on their phones in the shop. I ask for a update on when the oil is coming and they still don't know so I ask if they can just send one of the guys who are standing around to go and pick it up. What a bad experience and waste of my time just sitting here they have no urgency at all. read more
