My experience here was excellent. Fast and professional service. Nothing like the awful service I experienced in Rehoboth, DE. The guys there were very courteous and respectful but I tip my hat to the young woman there, (Demetris), for working her way up the ranks! I swung by this location this morning for an oil change. Pulled in at 8:12am and was on my way to my office at 8:39am. Service was quick and the staff was very friendly and professional. They even vacuumed my vehicle and cleaned the windows. Bonus! Having only recently moved to MD, I am happy to have found this location on my usual weekday route to downtown D.C. Wow! The positive reviews led me here on a Saturday afternoon when I was sorta nearby. I figured it would be packed and I would have to wait forever because...sunny Saturday afternoon. Nope! I waited not at all and was done in about 15-20 minutes. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and excellent communicators. I hadn't been before and even entering my customer info into the computer was fast. They offered me some additional services but it was a real offer - no pushing, and it was easy to say no. I was even asked if I "felt comfortable" bringing my car back in 5000 miles for another change and I said 7000 is good so they made me a sticker for that, no push back or anything. There is an amazing Mexican fruit store next door, so go there first or after - in the time that I went fruit shopping and came back, my car had been done and was waiting for me like magic. Payment was easy too and I downloaded a coupon from the web for them to scan. The easiest, best oil change I've ever had. I did notice a few cars lined up when I left so probably timing is everything/there is sometimes a short wait but I can't imagine it being long, they are so fast! read more

Stumbled on this place by accident. Went to Goodyear Gemini up the street at 2pm only to be told they're unable to give me an oil change before 5pm and I "could come back Monday." Did a quick search to find out closest oil changer, and Jiffy Lube came up only 2 miles away. Perfect!! I'm always hesitant about taking my car to new locations, BUT customer service from the time I drove up was on point. Darryl (I think that's his name) was professional and polite. He provided me w/a rundown of all services JL had to offer and when they should be performed. It seems as if, asa I sat down in the waiting room, Darryl told me my car was ready. In and out in no time! SWEET!! Although this JL location is no where close to my home or job, it's certainly worth the drive for the quick, efficient service I was provided yesterday! I have been going to Jiffy Lube for over 20 years and will continue to do so, however never to this location again. My issue is with honesty. If they are going to lie about something simple as vacuuming the car, then what else will they lie about. I know they told me they had to change the back wipers, yet charged me for all the wipers including the front. How do I know they were changed when they didn't even tell me they were doing it in the beginning. They also said the rotated my tires and filled them up, yet the front driver tire was much lower than the rest. As I am leaving I see that they put 46 PSI of air in my tires. In the year of having this car, jiffy lube has always only put 36 or 37 in my tires. ( and that is about 6 different locations in Virginia) Did they do this to punish me for mentioning that the tire was low even though they said they did what they were supposed to. I feel like taking the car to a different place and having them check to see what was actually done since I cannot believe anything they told me. What a waste of 150 dollars and 90 minutes of my time. read more

(customer service review)Okay so I just called and spoke with JJ and I won't be visiting this place. He was not at all listening to me clearly he didn't know what he was talking about. I told him the year of my car and he repeated something that was not remotely close to what I said.(2014 does not sound like 2009) He also went on to say "you gotta get synthetic oil" and I politely told him "no I don't" he said "well oh" I'll take this as a sign...I'm gonna not go because if JJ messes my car up I'm gonna have to "Jab Jab" somebody. This is the only Jiffy Lube I bring my car to. Everyone is so friendly and professional. From the moment you step out of the car until you check out everyone is so nice. It can sometimes get a little crowded in the small waiting room but I still find them to be fairly quick but I don't mind because they always have current magazines. read more

Simply the best! I drove into the garage and accidently got my car stuck in the mechanics bay in the floor. The entire team treated me with respect and did not make me feel worse for my VERY stupid mistake. They called three other Jiffy Lube locations to find the right tool to get my car out of the hole. All the while taking care of other customers while proactively trying to figure out my situation. Once out of the hole, they checked for any car damage and executed my scheduled maintenance promptly. They even drove my car around the block to make sure everything was working correctly and encouraged me to visit in a week for extra assurance. Their stellar service was only highlighted by the poor customer serviced I received from Progressive Auto Insurance who refused to help me with a tow or jack because I didn't have an accident "on the road". Whatever dude! I'm so glad I went to this Jiffy Lube and they have won this customer over. Shout out to Mario, who in his 20 yr of service has never seen anyone drive into the mechanic bay but troubleshoot the issue like a champ. Shout out to Al, who drove in his own van from another Jiffy Lube location with the right tool to get me out. Like I said, earlier, they are simply the best! read more

I could tell as soon as we called that they were a professional team. The guy on the phone had so much energy and didn't need to put us on hold before quoting exact packages of services with pricing. The service only got better when we showed up in person. They were very accommodating in letting me retrieve my phone and wallet when I left them accidentally in the car, as the job was happening. The oil change only took 13 minutes for a drop-in appointment. Since it was raining, the guy held the umbrella up for me between the waiting area and my car when it was done. Amazing!!!! I chose this Jiffy Lube because of its high rating. They took really good care of my care and didn't try to sell me services I did not need. The Manager Michael came out to greet me as soon as I pulled into the parking lot. He and team lead Derrick were courteous in accepting the car and getting it into the bay. Demetris was feet patient with me as she explained my devices. Derrick also went the extra mike to find an air filter compatible with my car. One of the best experiences I've ever had getting my oil changed! Because they're open till 7pm I was able to go after work. I was pleasantly surprised that it took less than 15 minutes, and how they reviewed all the service options with me without being pushy and with honesty about what they thought I really did or really did not need. As a bonus, my rear brake light had recently gone out and, though I bought the bulb to replace it, I didn't have the right allen key to fix it - they changed it for me easy peasy! Best experience ever! I was taking a road trip in the afternoon so I went in the early morning for an oil change and to change my wiper in the back of the car. I was the second in line to get services. at first I was weary because it was a little past 8am and the doors did not open yet. i was skeptical about my coming to Jiffy Lube. At about 8:10am, an employee emerges and apologized stating that they were are just finishing a staff meeting. When they finally open, a wonderful gentleman comes to car and introduces himself and asks me what I need. he tells me the type of oil I will need in my car. He then leads me to a clean waiting room where they had coffee and donuts. I understand this may not be an everyday occurrence but I appreciated it. the coffee was delicious by the way. When they assessed my car, I was informed that my headlight is out and other details around the car. I told him, the last mechanic I took my car too, I was informed my headlight is in a weird location and items in the car had to be moved so it would cost over $100. The Jiffy Lube attendant asked his co-worker if he could change it and the guy said no problem. I was shocked and excited and it was only going to cost me $20. By the time they were done, my tire pressure was balanced, all liquids topped, car vacuumed, windows washed, oil change, new back wiper, new headlight and a full stomach of coffee and a donut all for less than $110- and I was out in 30 minutes. I felt very confident after this trip to take my long road trip. this was my first time experience and I will be a long-term future customer. read more
