I would have gone elsewhere had I known it was going to be such a hassle to get what I asked for in a timely manner without having to arguing about it. Awful service, took my car for a belt serpentine replacement because it started to shred and came…read moreout that my water pump was faulty, they gave me an estimate for labor and parts of almost $900 which I thought it was too much, I asked them to leave it as it is and I was going to take my car elsewhere, I went to pick my car and paid $9.99 for the inspection, popped the hood and discovered that they removed my old belt and didn't put it back as it was when I arrived, I asked service advisor "Genaro" why they removed it and didn't put it back, he said because it was too dangerous for me to drive which I understand, I told him that that would be my problem and please to put my belt back as it was which he refused, then asked me if I was going to pay the mechanics a "tip" for it which I found weird since I didn't ask for any service after they gave me my estimate, long story short "Genaro" was very rude and walked to my car and tossed my belt on top of my hood and left and said "this is what I get for trying to help people" I don't recommend this location, please be aware of scammers and rude people, now I have to pay for a tow truck to tow my vehicle.
