I have been goong to The Lube Shop for about 5 years now. We have 3 cars and always take them there. Jim, Dustin, and Ron always do a great job. We also use them for all of our out of warranty service on our cars. My wife's car had some major Heater issues, they could have taken us to the cleaners, but ended up being a simple flush and it was solved. I have sent many of my friends over for repair service on their cars as well. They are regular customers now too. I even had Jim put a Teraflex lift on my 2004 Wrangler and it turned out perfect! This was formerly The Lube Shop and was a great place. New owners and now it is Jiffy Lube. Run the other direction!!! I wanted an oil change and asked for them to also put a bulb in for my turn signal. I had the bulb. It was part of a two-pack and had used the other one several months earlier so I know it was right. I was told that it was not the right bulb. And then I was told that something was cracked and they had to replace parts for the signal to work It would run from $85-150 to repair. I said "no". But they said they had it working for now. I also fell for the air filter replacement this time since it had been a long time since I did that. I went in to pay and they told me it was $142! Then all of a sudden it was $85. Turn signal never worked going out of the shop. Big scam. Had it fixed elsewhere for $50. read more

The first time I went there I think the owner was in and actually had a good experience. On my second visit though the employees were kind of rude, which is fine if you do a good job but they didn't even close my drain plug after they "finished". Seems like a pretty basic thing to forget to do. read more

Just an oil change but they were quick and honest. They pointed out a couple of issues and suggested that those issues may be covered under warranty. They checked a whole bunch of fluid levels and filters and said that everything looked good. In other words, they didn't try to upsell me, which I appreciate a lot. Went in to get my coolent Reservoir cleaned out and radiator flushed only ended up with the radiator being flushed and the reservoir still being clogged up. . the reservoir was never cleaned.. not realizing how simple it was to do,ended up having to do the job myself.. Jim gave me a refund with no hassle.. so I though I would give the place another chance..(cause thy also work on vehicles there to.) So i brought my vehicle back in to have the CV joints replaced only to come to find out it was the transfer case that needed to be replaced, found my own transfer case cause thy said thy were having a hard time finding... Jim wanted to charge me $350 more because I found my own part..on top of it wanted to charge me $980 to replace the transfer case.. took it to another shop and thy did it for me for $460and no additional charge for me bringing in my own part.. my advice, you should shop around before jumping into any work from this place... read more

Used Jim to do a major repair for the 1st time and the service was beyond professional, honest and wholesome. I purchased a vehicle that would not pass the emissions test and Jim took care of my repairs quickly and even took my vehicle to the emission facility for me just to make sure it would pass with no issues. It's so rare to find an honest and reliable mechanic these days! Jim was wonderful and got my car done in one day. Where another shop probably would have taken advantage and replaced the wheel bearings on both sides Jim assured me that only one side was bad and that I didn't need to go to the expense of replacing both right now.
