Went over there on a Thursday afternoon--no wait, I was the only person there. All three guys were super friendly and helpful. They notified me of a chip in my windshield I hadn't seen and offered me a coupon to fix it. I called this location at 5:53 PM to make sure that they were open and to find out how long it would take to get an oil change. The young man on the o the phone told me they were open and it would take about an hour to complete once I arrived. When I arrived I was told that they had closed just moments before, it was 6:03. The young man that told me they were closed, and that the guy on the phone didn't have any idea about what he was talking about. I was told I could come back at 8 AM the following morning and get an oil change, I think not! If I was the manager or the owner of this business, I would've stayed and accommodated the customer based on the information that my employee provided. read more

I'm from MN.. my whole life my dad or brother has always changed my oil. When I moved out here I went to grease monkey where they charged me $45 for a standard oil change. Pretty typical. They also told me to come back when my car hits 18,000. I came to jiffy lube because a friend recommended them. And my car was at 18,700 (oops) I thought my car was way over due. But the two guys there Aaron and Dakota looked at my car, came in and told me that I could drive it for a lot longer! They showed me how to check my oil, and how to access the electric panel to show me when my car needs another oil change. I'm so grateful that the two men took the time to show me how to do it, and didn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge. They could have easily done the oil change, and taken my money, but they did the right thing! I highly recommend going here for the honesty and great service. I had my oil changed on Saturday 11/9/18. I guess it was the signature service since the charge was 51.98 before the coupon. All that I received was a basic oil change even though their receipt says that they vacuumed the floor and cleaned the windows and checked all of the fluid levels. It said also that they added wiper fluid and I ran out on Monday morning. I guess that they did nothing but change the oil. I saw them add the oil. I wish I could give this place more than a 5-star review. I absolutely love this place and the crew here have gone above and beyond every time I have taken my car here. Josh and JD on the crew were very honest with me during my first ever visit here back in May in regards to my head gaskets in my Pacifica being blown. They referred me to someone who helped me fix it without charging me an arm and a leg. Unfortunately, that car was totaled in a car accident and I had to buy a new one. Today when I went to get an oil change done, I knew exactly where I was taking my new car to. They did not disappoint. Again, they went out of their way to make sure I knew what my new car needed and even did a last minute Uber inspection for me. Using my Groupon was super easy too. I had my four kids with me and while the wait was longer than expected (the line was around the building at times) I am sill very pleased with how quickly everything was handled. Thank you guys!!!! I went in to this location a couple of weeks ago. Based on the reviews, these types of chains seem to be a hit or miss experience. Mine went very well, the staff was friendly and patient when I asked them to explain my car needs. There was an hour wait even though I got there 5 minutes before they opened, but you can't blame them when they have a lot of customers lined up and they are working hard. My one complaint is the price. Even with a groupon, I had to pay around $75. I have had other groupons where you pay the price and it includes all services. Apparently the one I got served as a $40 off the total, so the oil change was over $100? They did change my air filter and I asked to get a nicer oil option. Perhaps it was fair or perhaps I got ripped off a bit. I was in a rush to inquire further. At the end of the day, given other terrible experiences I've had at other businesses, I would rather pay more for reliable and friendly service. read more

I will never come back to this location. The manager has continued to let everyone know how unexperienced every mechanic here is. He also couldn't tell everyone enough on how much the GM hates tire rotations. Extremely unprofessional. 3+ hrs later for just an oil change. No one gave an estimated time or anything. bought a groupon and went to this location, they were fast but after i got home i realized when they were vacuuming the passenger side they did damage to the leather on the inside of the door. turned my 60 dollar oil change into a 300 dollar oil change. ive managed to keep the leather interior flawless for over a year, one of their techs is around it for 5 minutes and does over 200 dollars in damage. awesome. *insert sarcasm font* read more

DO NOT, even if your life depends on it, go to this jiffy lube. I always am happy with jiffy lubes work, but this one might have completely ruined ed all of them for me. I pulled in at 1:00 to get my oil changed today. They quoted up to 30 min per car I front of me, and I counted 5 in front of my line. Two and half hours already seems like a very long time, but I needed the oil change, so I agreed to wait. I went next door to the Starbucks to wait, and they told me they'd call when they were done. 2 hours pass, and I look up from my book to check my progress, my car hasn't moved an inch yet, and its completely blocked in by other cars. So, I had no choice but to continue waiting. My car wasn't ready for another 3 hours, that is a total of FIVE HOURS of wait time, for an oil change! Then when I go to pay, their entire system crashes. And instead of apologizing and letting me go, they had me wait another 45 minutes for them to fix it. While waiting for this, the manager on duty had the audacity to come in and tell his room full of patiently waiting women that they were supposed to have closed 2 hours ago... essentially blaming us for keeping him at work late. Mind you the three other women in the room and I had all arrived within minutes each other at 1 o'clock today. We DEFINITELY were not expecting or wanting to still be there at 4 o'clock when they were supposed to close, much less two hours past then! Worst experience I've ever had with any car shop. Jiffy lube, you should be ashamed of yourselves. I will never give you my business again, and I highly advice anyone reading this to stay far far away from this establishment. read more

I called at 8:30 this morning to ask about a simple oil change. Mike told me it was first come first service and that they were all open right then. I went on down and was in and out in 15 minutes. They were incredibly friendly and conversational. Mike is a really great guy. I'm very happy to have found a place that nice so close to my house. The last time I was here for an oil change (4 months ago) they did a vehicle inspection and said I needed a full set of new brakes and rotors even though my vehicle was only a few months old. The employees are very polite and do a superb job of explaining the services they offer, why they recommend certain services over others, and seem genuinely interested in the well being of each and every customer moreso than driving up the cost of services. I dealt with a GM in training named JD and an employee named Sal- both went above and beyond not only within the parameters of their work, but related to me on personal level, welcoming me to Colorado and giving me helpful advice pertaining to the city. I highly discourage taking your vehicle to the Jiffy Lube Leetsdale location and every Jiffy Lube associated with this location which I believe to be several locations across the Denver area. I took my car in for an oil change. They failed to place my oil filter on correctly resulting in all my oil leaking out and blowing my engine. I had my vehicle towed to a certified Toyota dealership and they discovered Jiffy Lube failed to replace my oil filter properly. I have supporting documentation to support my claim. Of course, Jiffy Lube failed to take responsibility and I will take further action as a result. Again, don't take your vehicle to this location. read more

I purchased a groupon deal for an oil change and went in at about 2:00pm. There were a few others that arrived about the same time. It still only took about a half hour from start to finish. I really appreciated how friendly these guys were. They were very straightforward and not at all pushy. They took time to explain what was happening in a way that was not condecending or vague. As a female, I have had some pretty awful experiences when trying to get my car fixed. I worked with Taylor primarily and he was straightforward and easy to talk to about car stuff. The manager was the one who did my final inspection to make sure nothing was left undone. Overall, I walked out of there spending about $100 with an oil change, replaced pvc valve, coolant filled, windshield wipers, car vacuumed, windows washed, and new air filter. I honestly don't know or care if I paid too much. It is worth walking out of a place feeling respected because that doesn't happen all the time. The only thing that could have improved my experience is air conditioning in the waiting room. Otherwise, good job guys! Your mamas would be proud of how you treated this woman! read more

I bought the Jiffy Lube signature oil change service today. It was $72 AFTER a $15 coupon. I am not sure what I got for $72 except for a regular oil change. The package is supposed to include a cleaning of the windows and vacuum the interior floors, which was not done. I was in and out in about 12 minutes so I have serious doubts about whether or not the joints underneath were lubricated, as my suspension and steering is still squeaking. They just didn't spend enough time in my car to complete everything on the list. Next time I will go down the street for a $26 oil change to one of the many auto shops on the strip. Not even my Cadillac dealership charges that much for an oil change. Thanks for wasting my money Jiffy Lube. read more

I brought my car in here on 1/13/16 for a signature synthetic oil change. In case you dont know the signature means they check the air in your tires clean your windows vacuum your floor mats and check/fill your fluids. At this location they filled up my tires incorrectly ( only 29 psi not 36 psi which is the proper psi ) and did not clean the windows or floor mats and drove my car out of the bay like it was a drag strip. To top it all of the whole time i was there the manager kept trying to up sell me on the ultimate synthetic. The whole vibe at this location is garbage. The employees dont care about you or your car. They only care about how they can screw you out of more money. Btw the ultimate oil change costs 102 dollars without tax. This is the same oil you can purchase for 34 dollars at any auto parts store and the filter is about 4-10 dollars depending on what kind you buy. I only bring this up because that means they are charging around 60 dollars in labor for something that takes 5 minutes. Its disgusting. Auto dealers charge less. If you have the time change your own or go to a dealer. read more

I had an appt with Safelite to fill in the chip on my windshield for $110, for a small chip less than a centimeter. I called This Jiffy Lube to see their price it was 1/4 the price quoted at Safelite. The guys are so amazing (wish I would have gotten their names) honestly they were all incredibly accommodated and even with 7 cars ahead of me finished my car in one hour. I highly recommend this location. Especially since I'm a female and always get taken advantage of with car repairs. These guys are so honest and did an amazing job!! Thank you!!! read more

I have to say that my initial experience at this business was not so positive. I did not feel they were completely up front with me about the charges, and I did not feel I got full value for the discount coupon I presented. There were minor services I know they did not do, because I watched them, and they tried to sell me new wiper blades, that I know I did not need, at a very inflated price. However, I must give kudos to the Jiffy Lube Customer Service Department at their corporate offices, who was very quick to follow up with me on my experience and who went well beyond what I expected to make me a happy customer. i went to get an oil change and waited for almost an hour - and it was not a packed waiting room. they tried to upcharge me without asking what kind of oil i wanted, so i asked and corrected what they chose for me to what my car was used to getting. after they finally finished, they took me out to look at my oil levels. they mentioned to me that my break fluid was practically empty and i need to go to one of their shops over in littleton and they'd fill it - that i'd be fine to drive with practically no break fluid? i went home and checked it myself and it was completely full. either this guy didn't open the cap, or he flat out lied to me. i even took it to my mechanic to be sure i didn't misunderstand what he had written down for me. so either this gentleman was incompetent at his job, or trying to pull a fast one on a young female. either way, i will not be returning to this establishment. read more

Slow, bad service! I purchased a Groupon for an oil change here and went in after lunch on a Friday. I was the 2nd car in the waiting line to get into a bay for service. The tech led me to the waiting room and told me it'd be 45 minutes, but didn't get the info for my car; the waiting room was dirty, had a broken TV, and offered nothing more than water with 3 cups to accommodate a room full of people. Several people came in after me and were checked in right away before the tech left. I asked two different times to be checked in and was told they would get to me. I then watched a tech drive a car in that had arrived over 30 minutes after me and got started on their oil change. An hour and 40 minutes after I arrived, that customer left with their completed car and they finally checked me in and said they'd get started on my car. They were done with the actual oil change quickly and I finally headed out nearly 2 hours after getting there...only to see that they hadn't vacuumed the interior of my car, which is part of the package I paid for. I checked my receipt and "vacuum interior" was marked as "complete". I have always been a customer at Jiffy Lube, but I will not be returning; they just sent me to their competition. read more
