I've been going to Jiffy Lube for 6+ years. I've been to multiple locations and have always had a quick and pleasant experience. However, my experience at this location has deterred me from ever coming back. I came in around 2pm for a synthetic oil change, and was told the wait would be about 45 minutes. No biggie, that's pretty standard. There were 2 cars in front of me (or at least that's what I was told). I waited for about 1 1/2 hours before I started noticing all of the additional cars that had gone in before mine, that weren't there before. After 2 hours, my car wasn't even in the garage--it was still waiting outside. I commented on the wait time to one of the workers, who's response was "yeah, nobody wanted to get their oil changed before Christmas so here we are." What is that even supposed to mean? I continued to wait. Three others that were waiting in the lobby commented that they had been there for 2 and even 3 hours as well. One guy even checked out after waiting for an hour, and had to come back because they forgot to reattach his skid plate! Once they finally got my car in the garage (2 hours later!) it took them an additional 45 minutes, for what should've been a 20 minute oil change! As I was checking out, I told the worker I'd been there for almost 3 hours, and if I'd known it would be this long I would've came back another day, to which his response was "I just want to go home." Angry, and in disbelief, I stayed quiet and payed. When he took me outside to show me that caps were tight etc, he didn't even show me my oil levels. In addition, I could tell they didn't even check my tire pressure, or take the time to fill it, which is usually included. The customer service here was amongst some of the worst I've experienced. This location needs some workers that care about their jobs and their customers. I'll never waste my money with Jiffy Lube again. read more

If only 0 stars was possible. Just took my car in for the simplest of car services: an oil change. After a 3 hour wait I was finally told that they couldn't perform the oil change because "they didn't have the proper tools". So apparently they don't have a socket wrench or an oil pan. Waste of my day, which of course didn't matter to them. Don't ever take your car here. read more

Terrible service that was obviously influenced by a lack of appropriate staffing. Was made to wait 35 minutes just to have an employee tell me they don't have the part I needed. Come on, this is what computerized inventory is made for. Lost me as a customer. read more

I wish there was a zero star option. Nothing the least bit jiffy about this place. Every last one of the employees moves at the pace of a snail and they DNGAF. One of them has been on his cell phone since checking me in 45 minutes ago and my car has still not even been moved into the bay although two spots are open. Update: after my car was moved into the bay they propped open the hood and it sat there for another 20 minutes before anyone touched it. Meanwhile the employees stood around chatting with one another, taking out the trash, etc. As a bonus, the waiting area was disgustingly filthy. NEVER AGAIN read more

No problems with the oil change, I was told that my anti-freeze was low (which it was) and that my brake fluid was low. They offered to fill them up there, but those I can do myself. The brake fluid was not. It wasn't even close to the minimum when I looked at it myself. Never again, Jiffy. read more

The staff is friendly and honest about how long it will take. Expect a 2 - 2.5 hour wait before they work on your car. They can only work on 2 cars at a time. I gave up trying to get a better wait time after the 5th attempt. read more

I visited the Jiffy Lube located on Leetsdale Ave Denver Colorado December 12 2019 . Although the staff appeared friendly I would recommend you take your vehicle to another quick lube facility . I opted for their signature oil change and lube . When I arrived there wasn't any other vehicles so they were able to get me in right away , which is good . I asked them to please make sure to grease the zerks on the chassis . Once they were finished and had driven the vehicle out of the bay they show you that the caps are on tight and recheck the oil level on the dipstick . I did ask them again if they serviced the zerks and lubed all the other fittings, they said no . They then drove the truck around again to bring it back through the bay so they could perform the lube service . As I got in my vehicle to drive away I noticed they had oil on my leather steering wheel and door handle . I then proceeded to drive to my home about two miles away and as I was parking in the driveway I noticed a burning oil smell and thought maybe they just got a little splatter on the exhaust . I lifted my hood and noticed they had oil all over the exhaust and the top of the frame as it was dripping everywhere including on to my driveway . At this point I was furious and called them to complain . Who ever answered the phone said bring the vehicle back and they would try to clean it off . I'm very busy and really didn't want to deal with them anymore so took my time to go to the car wash and take care of things myself . When you pay for things such as oil changes , I think it's a reasonable assumption that the process would be professional , clean and efficient but this Jiffy lube didn't portray any of these qualities . My truck has leaked oil from the drain plug ever since I went here. I have changed the plug & it still leaks.

I've been here twice and both times they predicted it would take 30-45 min but both times it took much longer. The first time it took them over 2 hours and the second time I stayed and it took 1.5 hours and I watched them stand around most the time. I was second in line and I saw two guys standing over my car doing nothing the majority of the time. Also, their cheapest oil change is $50 which I think is way too steep for this slow service. Would never go back here. Went in first thing in the morning. No other customers there. Five employees inside with the lights off. Place is dirty inside and out, bad sign. 40 minutes later, still not done. I did not like this place. I would not go back. Just my opinion from one visit. read more

I purchased a Groupon for the signature oil change, which is supposed to include vacuuming and window washing. I also asked if they could help me put on the rear wiper blade that I just purchased. After ten minutes, they said I was good to go (After showing me how "dirty" my air filter was on my car with 13000 miles ). They did not vacuum, wash the windows, or put the wiper blade on (and there was not a blade on at all). My receipt shows "vacuum floors -- completed", "wash exterior windows -- completed", and "check wiper blades -- ok". This makes me wonder what else they DIDN'T do, but claimed to. read more

This place is fine but nothing stands out as a major positive. I arrived and they were friendly and helpful. They warned me that they were busier than usual and that it would take an hour to get to my car. That estimate turned out to be off and it took almost a full 2 hours to get me back out the door. Still, there were no issues using my groupon and no aggressive upsell tactics. Just friendly service. I'd come back again, but I wish I could make an appointment. read more

Got there and, after waiting 20 minutes, they told me they don't have the filter for my C-300. I was told to go to O'Reilly and get a filter and then they could do the oil change. As I was leaving, almost onto Leetsdale Drive, I noticed that they failed to close the hood of my car. Wow. :/ So, I drove to O'Reilly, returned with the oil filter and was told that it would now be a 2 hour wait. Total waste of time. I went to Grease Monkey today and they had the oil AND the filter. read more

Offered discount on my next oil change, wanted to do whatever it took to make me happy. I appreciate the follow-up, and don't want to lump all employees into a negative light due to one bad apple. read more

I go to this location all the time and have never had any problems. The guys that work here are incredibly helpful and super nice. Could use a slightly deep cleaning in the waiting area, but nothing should change. read more

I usually try to avoid places like jiffy lube, but this month a had a groupoon, and boy am I glad I went!! The manager and staff working that day were the friendliest I have ever encountered at a convenience oil change establishment. They offered me a beverage when I walked in and sat down, and even gave me the remote to change the channel if I wanted! The whole oil change itself took maybe 20 mins, but I left there in a great mood because of the couple extra steps they took for me as a customer. Thanks guys...keep it up! read more

So surprised this place has less than four stars. While the wait was long this morning, I expected that on the Saturday before Christmas. Everyone working there was very friendly, I didn't feel pressured to buy anything I didn't need, and they gave me a discount when they didn't have the wiper blades I wanted. I called 30 minutes before they closed and Mike said he would be able to help me. I was there 10 minutes later and MIke and another employee were finishing up on another car and started on my truck (oil change and tire rotation) soon after. I would have waited until the next day but I am from out of town and needed the tire rotation badly, it was nice to see that neither Mike nor the other employee were not annoyed by me showing up at the last minute nor did they rush through the truck. Usually I get the scare tactic from Jiffy Lube about how I need a filter changed or how my rear differential fluid needed be changed at 10k miles.......not this place. When they were done Mike actually showed me that there was actually oil (some places seem to forget to add oil and I usually drive a block before checking the dipstick myself). Jiffy Lube is lucky to have Mike working for them, few people are as enthusiastic about their jobs these days. Thanks again. read more

These guys are great! As a woman, I despise going into any kind of automotive-related business. I always fear that I'm going to be taken advantage of. Not here! They were upfront with me about the wait time, contacted me to let me know what they found on my car, I got a great discount through Groupon, and David T. was super friendly and professional. There's a Starbucks next door, which allowed me to get some work done while I waited. All around positive experience! Thanks guys!! read more

Again, poor service and attention to detail. After having my tires rotated I drove 1/4 mike down the road to realize the lugs on my drivers side rear wheel hadn't even been retightened to the slightest. Had to pull over and tighten with a tire iron. Check your work before putting people back into their vehicles, please. read more

Went in for an oil change, car has been running terribly since. Took to a different location and they told my there was no oil in the engine and the fuel filter was loose! So glad my engine didn't blow! I wouldn't recommend this location. I'm now getting over $300 in services done to hopefully help. read more

I went in today at 5:20pm to have my oil changed at this Jiffy Lube location. I was immediately helped and was treated very nicely. I'm going to say I've had some pretty horrible experiences at jiffy lubes in the past.. But this was by far the most pleasant experience I've had. I expected it to take a half hour or so like it usually does at most locations regardless of wait times it seems. It took less than 15 minutes for my complete signature oil change. Darren was extremely nice and told me anything that needed to be done but did not push anything when I declined. Darren also showed me everything once the car was complete and was just overall very helpful. I will be visiting this location every time I'm in Denver and need an oil change. read more

DO NOT LET THEM DO ANYTHING EXCEPT FOR AN OIL CHANGE! I was happy with the service except for that I decided to have them change my cabin air filters. I've never had any problem with my air conditioning or fan, but immediately after jiffy lube, the fan made a terrible rattling sound and now the motor always rattles. I took it back to them in hopes that they would fix it, but they were absolutely no help. They said they don't get near the motor, and offered no explanation. It is clear that whatever they did caused the problem and they did not hold themselves accountable. read more

I have been using Jiffy Lube for some time and never really had any issues. That is until I went to the Leetsdale location. The tech that worked on my car failed to put back the part that holds the air filter box together. I wasn't going to write a complaint about it until I found out that the part that I need is a dealer part! I am hoping that when I call tomorrow they will possibly still have it there. This place charged me $76 before tax for an entry level synthetic oil change, which is pretty expensive. Moreover, they didn't even touch the windshield washing fluid (it is still empty) even their service says they filled it up. I went in for what I assumed was going to be a quick oil change. I was brought in to the waiting area but was never informed about how long the wait would be. I waited 2 hours for them to even start my oil change! Once they finally finished and pulled my car out it took another 10 minutes for someone to come inside so I could pay. I have never received such poor service while getting my oil changed. It was my first and last time ever going to a jiffy lube. read more

Not satisfied with the way they did the oil change. When my car needs synthetic oil they did normal oil change and the guy at the station suggesting to get a engine flush on next oil change. Never going back to This store or any of their chain stores. read more

The man who helped me with my service noticed I was having a bad day and was very kind to me in taking care of me during my oil change. Got their recommendation from a coworker because they were fast and amazing on her car. They got me in almost right away and we're beyond great with customer service. They also have good coupons online and said they do free top offs and air checks for tires! It was very quick and I will definitely come back to this location. read more
