I used to be a loyal customer until coming down with a life threatening illness ( terminal illness). Money is tight and my health is BAD. Today I called into Jiffy Lube and was greeted with professionalism and overall great phone skills by the person on the other end of the phone. I drove in to drop off my used motor oil only and to my surprise I was greeted by an employee of Jiffy Lube named Brian who treated me as if I was spending money there. I can't tell you how nice it is as a previous business owner to have customer service that is thriving. Who ever the manager is this person knocked it out of the park. Easiest place to take care of business!! The guys here are all very cool, professional, knowledgeable and Fun!! If you call ahead, they give a good estimate on time. When you show up, they handle it all. I needed an UBER sign off, they all knew what I needed to do to my vehicle to get it to pass. Went in to have normal, routine oil change. While there cashier came up to me and said cabin as well as air filter need to be changed out. I told her go ahead and get that done. After about 3 days later as I was driving onto Travis AFB one early morning, the security guard mentions he could hear some scrapping sound coming from my undercarriage. So he takes his flashlight, gets on his hands and knees, sees my undercarriage covers is just hand in there by the front end screw. This is the 2nd time I'd gone to have an oil change done at this shop wherein this had happened to me. I should have learned my lesson. This time I have and it won't happen again. Went for oil change at this location today . First of they claim that 1 hour wait but I end up waiting for service almost 2 hours. Second they messed up my lug nuts on my tires and claimed that it was damaged before they started service on the car. Very rude and unfriendly. I hadn't been to THIS Jiffy Lube location, on Holiday Lane in Fairfield, for a very long time. I have been taking my vehicle to a car shop closer to my home (formerly Meineke but now Aegis) for the last 5 years. To make a long story short, the three wonderful young men, Terrell, Eli and young man w/glasses were absolutely AWESOME in their customer service and interaction with me! The other auto shop had grossly and negligently used the wrong sealant when repairing an oil gasket leak my car had in September 2022. I also had my oil changed by the same car shop in December 2022. Upon inspection of my car, Terrell and Eli knew IMMEDIATELY the incorrect grade of sealant used on my oil gasket was the WRONG sealant --sorry if the terminology is wonky cuz I'm not technical. And, unknowingly I leaked out nearly ALL of my oil. The bottom line, is Terrell and Eli went above and beyond in their explanation and advice on what I should do. They educated me in a kind way and strongly suggested I go to the other shop, aided by their assessment notes typed on my Jiffy Lube receipt and pictures of my oil gasket texted to me from Eli's personal cell phone. They did not change my oil and topped it off as I was running so dry the oil didn't register on the dip stick. They explained the new oil would be drained when I have my car repaired by the other shop. Thank YOU Terrell and Eli for living the GOLDEN RULE of treating customers as you want to be treated. Usually come here for an oil change and it's a spectacular job done. Don't know what's going on with the quality of the new staff, but came in for a oil change per usual and now my car engine won't stop overheating. Looks like something was spilled under the hood as well, shouldn't a shop have funnels and do neat professional work? Under my hood is nice and clean. No spills, no damage, never had any car problems. Now my car won't even make it a block without over heating, which causes engine fires. Came back in due to their negligence and the response was maybe my thermostat is broken. Vehicles are too expensive for unprofessionalism. I don't know what's changed in the last 4 months because I always get my oil changed here, but I'm never coming back. read more

The people are nice and the prices are decent. However, the last time I had my oil changed there, the skid plate wasn't replaced correctly. I had terrible vibrations driving to work the next day, due to the plate nearly scraping the ground, and took it back to the shop. They claimed to have fixed the problem. However, it happened again. According to the dealership, all six screws and the metal parts they screw into are either missing or damaged. $80 to replace. I won't be returning to Jiffy. read more

My wife took my truck there and shortly afterwards I noticed an oil leak because the oil was dripping onto my garage floor. I looked under and saw my oil filter wasn't even hand tight and was leaking a oil. I was able to give it another half turn and called it good. As for something simple that wasn't even done on my vehicle I worry about other stuff they over look. As a result I will never go back there again just because I question their ability to even do the simplest of tasks on an oil change. read more

Great customer service. Made me feel like they going the extra mile with all the checks they do. Seems a little pricy though. $100 for synthetic oil (for a small car like mine: Honda Fit), and $25 for tire rotation. But maybe that's normal... what do I know. We've been coming to this location for years and these past years have seem to be getting worse. Yesterday was the slowest I've ever seen this facility move. There's nothing wrong with employees talking to each other but they were constantly stopping what they were doing to turn and look at each other about random stuff. At one point i saw 4 people standing around one guy changing a tire. Service took 2 hours, and the line wasn't anything crazy. Everyone was just moving so slowly as if nothing was important. Just wanted to give feedback. I understand people have off days but I hope things get better. read more

please PAY ATTENTION to the products they are putting in your car. They replaced my spark plugs, rotated my tires, gave me an oil change and some other services. The employees were very nice but once I left I noticed my car was pulling to the left to I took it back to see what the problem was. They told me to go to a tire shop and have them balance it which wasn't a problem. Once I got to the tire shop though they looked at my jiffy lube invoice and informed me the Bosch spark plugs they put in my Toyota have been known to backfire because they aren't the original brand Toyota uses. Then they proceeded to do a tire alignment and found that there were nails in 2 of my tires and one of the tires was bubbled up and this could have caused the tire to explode while I was driving. Now I don't know much about cars but these are professionals. That's their job and they didn't even mention any issues with my tires before I left; they knowingly let me leave with SERIOUS issues with my tires and felt no need to disclose any of that information. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the team was very nice and polite but PLEASE pay attention and do better read more

They clean my air filters, explain the process and show me how to get better mileage in my car. It's been a great service on 4 cars in a row. read more

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube today. I was stressed about time, but really needed to get this chore done before driving a far distance. I called to see if they would be able to get me in and out, and Brian said they weren't too busy and could get me in and out. They still did all of the services and met my time requirements. Got my oil changed. It cost a little more than the dealership but they had a coupon available online. I was very surprised to find my Windows were washed and front cab was vacuumed. Odd they didnt do the back but the front was unexpected so I appreciated it. I will come back. read more

Came in for a Uber/lyft inspection lady seemed confused as to what I needed. No smile no hello just walks up to our car "do you have any questions "? try smiling saying good morning to customers! Didn't come off as loving her job. when it came time to pay she's trying to give is a wrong car ‍ umm no thats not my car. walks us up to our car. bye umm where is the inspection papers??? her response "YOU NEVER GAVE THEM TO ME!!" we let her know the mechanic had them. "HE NEVER GAVE THEM TO ME!! " That is in no way to respond to customers! She made the mechanic hand them to us. I gave 2 starts to him for being so nice and helpful. read more
