They were able to get the part from LA in a couple of days and fix it right after that. They also found an unrelated issue and notified me. It was a no start after unit replacement. I waited 4 WEEKS for them to fix the issue. They threw a parts cannon at it, changing ficm, icp, removing glow plugs, etc. said my rigid fuel line was leaking, never had an issue with that, and i never approved it, but charged me anyway. they did an OBD scan couldn't find the issue, then said they refuse to work on it. I had it towed to a diesel only shop, it was running in two days. Randy's charged me $800 for labor.(justify that) They were going to charge me $1000 for the unit. I bought the part for $190 and I was pressured to have it shipped overnight. $325 total. I could have saved $130 because it just sat for weeks. Basically I paid over $1000 for that experience, It STILL DIDN'T RUN. In total, $1600 total for a fuel sending unit and IPR sensor. By both shops.

At the end of the day I should have done my research and walked away as soon as I stepped foot into this place. Not mad at the shop I should take my truck back in a demand they fix the new issues but this would be the third time now and I feel like I will just leave with some slapped on temporary fix again. He kept interrupting her and wouldn't listen when she asked what the underlying issue was and cut her off and said no they just need to be replaced. He also said there wasn't an elderly woman there at the same time who left without her car because it wouldn't start. Yes, this happened in front of me and she was furious and I immediately decided I was hesitant about him and after his conversation with my mother by the car in front of me I knew for CERTAIN he would not be working on any vehicle we had. It's really not difficult to understand that if you're going to behave that way, you're probably going to get a bad review for it especially when someone drives up from Camp Verde and the simple answer to make sure that doesn't happen is to behave like a professional and not act that way in front of potential customers. My mother has a Toyota Sienna. I am in a Reddit group with lots of skiers, campers, and snowboarders that's over 300,000 strong and I was on the phone with one of them when this transpired at this shop. Everyone has bad days, but what really makes a difference is the amount of integrity a person has and whether or not they tell the truth when they're called out and that didn't happen here. The parking alone at this place was an absolute nightmare because it was on the corner and almost right at the light, but this refusal to take responsibility really makes a strong point here and it isn't good.

While traveling in Arizona at 8pm, he noticed grease leaking from one of the trailer tires. My husband called and they were able to help troubleshoot over the phone to check a few things and make sure it was safe for him to travel to their location in the morning. When they opened, they were able to look at the issue, provide us with the help we needed and got my husband home safely this morning. We had friends waiting for us for dinner in Colorado. AutoZone sent us here and they ordered the part and we were in and out within about two hours. So thankful for seven day auto service.
