I brought my car in for a routine oil change and witnessed the manager remove my air filter and handle it suspiciously--acting like he was going to dirty it up. when he saw me looking at him, he tried to hide , It honestly felt like he was trying to make it look worse than it was to push an unnecessary upsell. I keep my vehicle well maintained and knew my air filter didn't need replacing. This kind of behavior is deceptive and unacceptable. Customers come here expecting honest service, not games or pressure tactics. I won't be returning, and I'd recommend others double-check their parts and get a second opinion before agreeing to anything here. read more

Be prepared to wait for no reason. There were only 2 cars before me when I arrived and 4 bays. Another car was waiting behind one of the bays, and I was waiting behind the second. I waited over 30 minutes before they started on my car. I was going to get an oil change and a Lyft inspection, but my trust level dropped watching how long it took 6 guys to work on 2 cars. They tried to scam us and up charge us for an oil change. I called earlier to ask how much it would be to do an oil change on a 2016 mini cooper, they told us on the phone with taxes it roughly comes out to $120. We arrived about 1 hour later, and they tried to up charge us telling us our car needed "special filters and special oil" and that our estimate is now $165. They didn't mention this at all during our phone call. We denied the service and left. read more

Horrible customer service. Pulled up and barely got acknowledged, only enough to point me to the first bay, since all were full. I went inside and sat there for 40 minutes without being acknowledged. The workers there proceeded to pull 2 cars into the bays that got there after me and began working on them. After realizing I wasn't going to get served , I got it my car and drove away. Wanted to provide a review on the professional customer service that I received. I bring both of my cars here but this one particular time, I also needed brakes . They replaced the brake pads and two rotors. I drove off and the noise was still there. I called back and spoke with Miguel the manager. He advised me to bring the car back to resolve the issue. He replaced the same parts again. Unfortunately, the noise was still there and it was advised by the dealership that the parts they used were not OEM or comparable. I called Miguel back again and it was escalated to James the DM. I was frustrated at this point but they both handled the situation , re ordered parts from another vendor and replaced and resolved everything, I offered to pay an additional up charge but they declined as it was all about customer service for them. I appreciate their professionalism, patience and willingness to resolve and satisfy a customer. I will always return at this location just because of the customer service . If I could rate this location one star I absolutely would. They did my oil change and didn't properly install the skid plate that they had to remove to access the oil. This ended up falling off while I was driving causing a hazard to other drivers. When I brought the piece in, I was advised that I went beyond the allowable mileage for this to be covered under warranty. How ridiculous is that? I can't control that your employees were lazy and it took time for it to show. You lost my business. read more

Total rip off. They'll force you to get synthetic oil saying they cannot do regular oil change no matter how new your car is. Visited location, spent $98 dollars on synthetic blend oil and upon getting my car back, notice that there was oil spilled on my car! The door handle, the size of the door, inside of my steering wheel, gear shift and my touch screen. When i turned on car, that's when i noticed that they had disconnected my Bluetooth from my radio. I understand that my computer had to be reset after the oil change, but what was the reason for disconnecting the Bluetooth? Why was there so much oil all over my car?
