I will give it a star because I cannot give none. horrible experience went for an oil change with my car imperfect conditioning came out with a huge issue. they gave me my car as it was getting dark nothing out of the normal but as I was driving home I noticed my windshield cracked. I immediately turned around and went back to speak to an employee regarding my windshield and I met with ISAAC, I believe the manager explained why I was back and if he could check the cameras to see if he could check how it happened and to my surprise, he got defensive, mad and insultingly rude and said no I'm closing and that it didn't happen there "Basically I was Lying" based on his answer to me without looking at the cameras or even giving me the benefit of the doubt why would I turn back and claim if It didn't happen there and request to see camera footage. He told me to leave and that he was again closing not a care in the world that he would check and call me back. I'm still waiting for the call. NO VALUE AT ALL .... First and last time here. Our experience specifically falls on a staff member selling us wiper blades. We had asked the prices of standard ones vs. rain X ones. They told us the prices and we agreed on rain X ones. After they were installed the same staff member came over and said so the price I said was in correct, it's actually double that. I said they're installed now, can you at least give us a discount since you made an error. He said no that's the price but if you want we can un install and put your old ones back on. I went to this Location to have the Oil Changed. My Motor requires 7 quarts. I went online and and chose this location to get a price prior to driving there (I even put in the VIN and all my info). When I arrived the cost was $45.00 more then online and they said they could not find me in their system. Strangley enough I was quoted two different prices, one prior to pulling in, and then a higher cost from the Tech. Of course the upsell is big, I ended up at the Joey Accardi Jeep Dealership where they where running a special which was the same exact price as my original online quote. Went for oil change. Very friendly staff... the guys didnt seem to hustle like I hoped. The guy in charge of quoting customers and letting them know what's going on their car told me my rear brakes were 1 mm thin- practically on metal and that it was dangerous. And my rotors needed to be replaced. So I was quoted several hundred $ for that. I took my car to get the brakes looked at somewhere else that there was PLENTY of brake pads left on both. Rotors didn't need to be changed as well. No urgency on the brakes at all. I feel duped and lied to. Beware of this. But they did a good job on the oil change. Manager as well as techs were very nice and accommodating. I was in and out in 20 minutes. They did a great job making sure the areas where they serviced. I went to this Jiffy Lube on 3/1/21 for an oil change purchased via Groupon. I used to go to this Jiffy Lube frequently. The last visit, I was told the fuel filter needed to be replaced for $100. I don't know much about cars, so I called my husband who does, and he said that was a decent price and to pay it. The attendant was also right there when I made the call and didn't say anything. After I got my paperwork, they only FLUSHED the fuel system. For $100! Huge rip-off and of course, husband was pissed. So the next oil change I went to another car place that was equally as bad. This time I got another Groupon for an oil change and figured well, at least this time they can't rip me off. They didn't, but the guy working front desk on 3/1/21 around 12 pm was SO RUDE. They told me my brake pads and rotors REALLY needed to be changed, and the coolant flushed. $868 for the brakes and $139 for the coolant. As I said, I don't know much about cars, but even I knew my rotors didn't need to be done. The brakes would have been giving me issues. So I called my trusty hubby, lol, and he said ABSOLUTELY NOT, that he would do it himself. The guy was still standing there and was basically trying to argue over my husband and say that the coolant needed a special tool and yada yada and my husband was saying yeah I can buy the tube for $4, I know how to work on cars. lol So I politely declined the extra services and the guy offered me $20 off. Which I would have gotten anyway because after my visit I got an email for $20 off. lol. Like reducing from $1,007 to $987 would have totally swayed me. SMH. Of course I said no yet again. He kept trying to talk me into it and seemed annoyed that I called someone who knows about cars. So the oil change was all done and I owed less than a dollar for tax or something so I gave the rude guy $1 and to be kind and not make him run back and forth (now you sit in your car for services) I told him just to keep the change. He didn't say thank you, he didn't say anything, he just smirked and stalked off inside. Guess he was still mad about me not taking the (rip-off services). What a motherfluffer. Oh, and hubby was easily able to do it all himself. As I suspected, rotors did NOT need to be done, just pads and the radiator flush. It cost him less than $90. Stay far, far away from this place. I've been going to this location for 17 years and I have to say the last few visits have been of friendly service, but not of quality service...Yea Yea they are up selling until my ears want to fall off, but it's the little things that matter .., for instance I went there last week and you know how they ask you to turn on your lights, blinkers, brakes, they check your windshield wipers, and put the sticker on the inside of your windshield that reminds you of the approximate time the next visit should be? (I even remember when they would even clean the front windshield and add actual windshield washer fluid (not water)...well none of that was done. I think companies are so quick to up sell from what the "computer states" than rather check themselves on other things they could've up sold too. I took my friend's car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Customer service was great. I was in and out pretty quickly. Everyone was super nice and professional. Went back the next day with my vehicle. Had planned on taking it to the dealership. However, I'm pretty convinced that they didn't actually change my oil as it was very dark, no sticker was given, and the settings were not reset. After the customer service that I received from Jiffy Lube for my friends car, I felt confident bringing my own car there. Was not disappointed. I'm so completely booked up preparing for a work trip, I called these guys to see if I had to make an appointment and Jeremiah answered and told me to come right over. From there it was nothing but polite professionalism. Rodrigo and Floyd took fantastic care, checked lights, cleaned my windows, assured all was running smoothly before I left, all this with suggestions but zero pressure sales for air filters etc. I get free oil changes from Hyundai but it's always a complete headache. STAY AWAY Assistant mgr. Jordan gave me a diagnostic price when I first came. Then Bill the mechanic played around with the car radiator and said it had a leak but couldn't show me. My car overheated and I asked about coolant. They try to convince me my radiator needed changing. The manager Lionel said he could match the price of $400 from my mechanics shop but then said it had to be $450. I waited 2 hours for them to me they weren't sure when the parts would come. The women came back to us saying we needed brakes and it would be $800+. We just got new brakes 2 weeks prior so you can image our surprise. Ahead of a 6 hour drive, I felt it imperative to get an oil change and tire rotation. I had been putting it off since it always seems to be a painful process. I chose this Jiffy Lube location since it is close to my house, I had a coupon and the positive reviews on Yelp outweighed the negative ones. I pulled around to the side of the building and parked. A gentleman walked over and greeted me halfway. He asked if i was looking for an oil change and when I said yes, he told me to pull my car around to one of the bays. My car was taken in immediately and I took a seat in the waiting room. The same man who welcomed me also showed me around the waiting room and offered me come complimentary coffee. The entire process took about 40 minutes and that also included a tire rotation. A lot shorter than I expected it to be. The entire bill came to around $87 for the oil change and tire rotation with the $24 off coupon. The service was prompt and friendly. They took care of my car I did not feel like I was overly charged. I will definitely be back next time i need car services and hopefully my experience will be the same! read more

I've been to this Jiffy Lube a few times and each time I've gone the experience got less and less assuring and more and more uncomfortable. It is clear that the staff has been trained to constantly upsell literally everything they offer - which I get because they are there to make money. However, the team members can be very unrelenting about their upsell. Sometimes it feels almost as if they been told to not take "no" as an answer. I only go here to get oil changes every few months and each time I go the team constantly starts looking at areas of my car that I didn't ask them to and start telling me all these things are wrong with my car that I know for a fact aren't. Also, if I tell you I'm there for an oil change, just do that so I can be on my way. I also get the vibe sometimes that the team makes an assumption about how much car knowledge each customer has and tries to "scare sell" them services. Which, again, I understand to an extent, but they take it way too far. In fact, I once had a team member almost trick me into signing up for a LOAN to fix something on my car that I didn't even ask for. Thank god I read the application they told me to sign. This most recent time I went to get an oil change, there was only one car in front of me and I ended up waiting over an hour and a half for this simple service. Then, when I finally got to my turn for the oil change, I was told that the usual oil I get for my car (which was recommended by the first team member I ever had during my first ever visit) would only last "a week or two" and that if I didn't upgrade it would just send me right back to them. This was a very concerning thing to say to me because the oil was recommended by a previous employee and now I left feeling a bit paranoid about the service I received. Also, during my consultation I asked for my usual oil and the price they gave me was for the enhanced oil to which I questioned and the team member replied that "all the prices have gone up. So things are just more expensive now". That actually wasn't the case because, after I made sure they gave me the right oil, it was the same price. Anyway, the fact that I have so much to say about an oil change experience should tell you enough. The problem with so many car repair shops is that customers never want to leave feeling worried about what services they received and I did. Any car shop can perform an oil change, so what separates them from each other is the overall experience. Jiffy Lube won't be getting my services for a while now because honestly it's just not worth the long waits, scare upsell tactics and more. I just want an oil change, buds. read more

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!. The workers at this location are clueless and negligent. I got an oil change here about a week ago. The next day my car overheated and started smoking and ceased up. Towed the car to the chevy dealership and was told they didn't put the right amount of oil in the car and it was not the right type of oil. After contacting jiffy lube I was contacted by the "market manager" Carlton and he reviewed the "footage" and confirmed they put in 2 less quarts then they should of but is totally avoiding taking any accountability for what this caused saying that this would not cause any issues! He said at one point to me he was sending an inspector out to verify. I said yes and so did Chevy, but now he is telling Chevy he "doesn't want to waste the time " and is covering nothing. Chevy is 100% saying the issue is because of their messed up oil change. How can you admit your guys completely screwed up on the oil change but then take no accountability.
