The same afternoon I took my car back to them and the Tech looked for any leaks or other issues but all looked good, Morgan wanted to check my cabin filter inside my car and when he pulled it out he noticed it had been put in wrong by the last place that had changed my oil which was Jiffy Lube. They had crushed it when the tech at Jiffy lube took it out and put it back in. Morgan at Ft Meade auto center ask if I could go buy a Cabin Filter and bring it back to him and he will put the new one in the correct way and he did just that and my A.C. has been putting out much cooler air, im 100% satisfied and will recommend this place to everyone.

I started with a "simple" inspection (simple does not equal shallow) and received a detailed printout of everything necessary and recommended, along with prices for the work. Several things I could take care of myself at home, but for the big stuff I trusted them to do at a fair price. I could not be happier! I made the mistake of just stopping by on a Saturday morning for an oil change but had to come back the following weekend because they were booked. Recent comparison shopping - I needed front brake pads & rotors. The dealership wanted to charge $700. At Auto Doctor, I only paid $400 which included an oil change and tire rotation. The day I brought my car to him, it was raining so he suggested we not try top speeds in the rain and asked if I could leave the car with him. The next day he text me immediately to update me on the condition of the car and what needed to be done. One issue was the front tires needed replacing (they don't do tires) so he gave me recommendations on where to get cost effective replacements and advised me on other possible replacements. When I inquired around what could wait vs. immediate needs he was transparent and told me what was a now fix even if it didn't put money in his pocket (like the tires). I'd definitely trust him with any future work. He seems to care more about your safety than just making a buck. Never tried to upsell me on anything and explained each step. Transparent. Ethical. Fair pricing.
