Went to have my vehicle inspection done. Pulled into the line of cars at 9:30am and because there was only 1 male named Troy that was work on all the inspections and each vehicle takes about 15mins. I had to wait in line until 10:15am when it was my turn. Due to the wait time and i strongly believe that it takes Teamwork to be successful is the only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 stars. Troy was excellent. Fast with the inspection. Communication was prefect. I would highly recommend this location for inspections with Mr. TROY!! read more

Went in for a full service oil change. Changed the oil, didn't check the tires, didn't check the cabin filter, did check the air filter, didn't fill the washer Fluid, didn't do half of the things that were said were done on the receipt. Save some time and money by going somewhere else read more

Crystalline was an absolute blessing! After 4 fails due to needing to reset drive computer, she explained what she was looking at on her computer. She also checked to make sure it would pass before running the re-inspection report. My husband was getting very frustrated and she was very patient and explained and physically showed me what she was seeing on her computer. We finally passed on his 2016 Toyota! HORRENDOUS experience. I pulled in around 10:10ish. There was no existing line, 2 of the 4 bays had one vehicle in them being serviced. I waited for an attendant to tell me where to go, and was instructed to wait behind the vehicle in Bay 2 (I therefore assumed Bay was closed for some good reason, and Bay 4 typically reserved for inspections). In addition to not being busy, there are at several more employees than I've ever seen there on duty before. Nevertheless, nobody was doing anything productive. There was talking, eating, walking around, talking on the phone, going in-and-out of the office but little to no work. When there was visible work it was one quick thing and then walk away, everyone moved like filled with lead. After I had been there for 10 minutes another car arrived and lined up behind Bay 1. After I had been waiting about 20 minutes that car got moved up (ahead of me) and another car arrived that was immediately put in Bay 3. After about 30 minutes waiting behind one vehicle that was already in service before I got there, I was finally moved up. The 15-minute oil change took 35 minutes with long periods of nobody around or doing anything. Two cars got inspected while I was getting my oil changed. No explanations or apologies were ever given. It was far from over-staffed or particularly busy. Beyond the oil change, none of the other fluids, filters, wiper blades, battery, etc. were ever checked. When I left and stopped at a car wash I checked myself and all of the fluids were very much in need of top-offs that I paid for and they did not receive . To make matters worse, I was there ahead of a 3000+ mile road trip that I am still unprepared for due to this negligence. Today, the three staff were talking and laughing for 5+ minutes and didn't even approach my car to determine the service needed or tell me which bay to go to. I waited almost 2 hours to get an emissions test. First the guy was a lunch but would be back in a "few minutes". 45 minutes later he showed up and kept the truck in front of me about 1 hour. Never seen the tech work on the car. Absolutely the worse car experience I have had in 20 years. Asked one tech WTF and his answer was pretty much "duh". There are more professional places to get the very complex (ha) emissions test. Find them instead. read more

Had been waiting in line for at least 25 minutes, and the car behind me pulled up about 2 minutes ago. Tell me why the guy working decided to go talk to them and bring them up into the bay, then after doing so got in his honda and drove off so now there's one less person working and I'm getting cut. Still nobody has spoken to me, but the car behind me got instant service and I'm still waiting. I'm about to just go somewhere else, this is ridiculous. There are several other options just on Williams Drive. As annoying as it is my main issue isn't necessarily that they jumped me, because maybe they do different services in different bays or something, but it's the fact I've been sitting here for half an hour with nobody talking to me to see why I'm here while they had someone coming up to their window within just a couple minutes. Just lazy customer service. UPDATE: Just happened again! As soon as another car pulled up someone came out and brought them into a bay. As I was leaving I talked the guy and I asked him why nobody spoke to me and almost 40 minutes. He told me that I was in the wrong place that that's not true. There was a line of cars one in front of me and then both of the two that I mentioned lined up behind me it was a direct line of cars. Both of those two cars were spoken to immediately and nobody came up to me even one time, so it makes no sense for them to blame it on me when they didn't even come and talk to me. He also said with regards to the second guy that he kind of shouted at him and got his attention. How are you gonna use that against me when you're too lazy to come up and just talk to your customer? I went to attempt to get my inspection done today at this location. I was told that I will fail inspection because of my front lights are foggy. I asked the guy if this was a new rule or law because I've never failed inspection for my headlights and I've had my car since 2017. He then said "I can show you my manual." I called around and did some research to find out this is false. As long as my headlights are visible to others on the road they are fine. A friend of mine went here to get her car inspected and they did the same thing to her and she did end up having to pay the extra money for the headlight cleaning. If you have a little side business going on I'm fine with supporting it, however don't blatantly lie to me in order to try and trick me into spending more money. Don't go here. read more
